Just had my furnace serviced these people are quick and responsive and best of all affordable

Had an old furnace that was intermittently workingI called Freedom who had a technician come out and service my furnaceThe technician was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong with the furnace and what choices I had to correct the problemI went with replacing the furnace instead of piecing it back together for a temporary fixFreedom came back the next day on time and installed a new furnaceThe work turned out great at a good price

I am very thankful for FreedomHarsh conditions didn't stop their emergency service from arriving to my home on timeAfter my furnace was fixed and running, I wanted to hug the technicianI knew going down into my crawl space was not a fun taskAt the end of it all he even gave me a coupon to use for 10% off my billI can not thank you enough Willie and the entire Freedom staff!

I was visiting my step-son in 12/His frunace was not working and he called two companies for estimatesBoth companies said he needed a furnace replacement which would have cost thousands of dollarsHis friend told him to call Freedom and CoolingThey came out and told him he only needed two parts saving him thousands of dollarsSince that time, he has recommended Freedom Heating and Cooling to all his friends and familyHe found the company to be efficient, courteous and cleaned up after the job was finishedHe will definitely use them again'

We went up to the house and it needed a partWe ordered the part and it has a Valve on the both ends and a little part of copper on itThere was a problem with the part that is made of copper and it was brokenI went to the supplier and told them it was broken and all of the parts we had were
broken, so I had to wait to get a new product that workedI called the consumer and asked if I could come by and put the part in and they said they weren’t home that daySo I called them the next week and she said she could only be available for hours in an evening and I could not make it out that dayThe woman called her home warranty company and they called me and told me they found someone elseI have never heard from the consumer, but I am willing to give her the $backI will mail it out tomorrow 8/9/

During the middle of the night my furnace completely stopped working...I had no idea what the problem wasI called Freedom & they arrived within an hourIt didn't take their technician long to find the problemIt turned out that a pipe was clogged with ice/snowThey had my furnace working within minutes & they didn't charge me anything, but the service chargeI would recommend this company to my family and friends

I told her she has to call the home warranty company when she contacted me. I told her I have to get it documented from the warranty company for me to be able to come out. There are plenty of companies who charge more for prices of products or service, I am not cheating them. ...

The home warranty company will not allow us to check for a leak if it’s less than a certain amount of pounds.  I tried contacting the consumer about this and she didn’t answer. I will be willing to come out and address the issue.

I had an issue with my furnace. I called Freedom Heating and Air. I was more than pleased with their prices, their customer services, and response time.

I had a malfunction with my furnace on the coldest day of the year. I Called Freedom Heating and Cooling for help. Had a tech there in within an hour. They did a professional job of going thought the basics on the system checking for issues. They started with filter then moved on to other basics where he shortly found the problem. Clogged intake piping was the culprit. I feel secure in using them again because I am not an expert and sometimes people come up with expensive repairs that might not be necessary. I definitely felt they were honest and trustworthy. I learned a valuable lesson also about furnaces and that is proper and periodic maintenance is key. It would have saved me and my family a very uncomfortable night in the house when it was -30 windchill outside. I happily signed up for the maintenance program and now feel confident I have honest and trustworthy guys looking after my most important investment, my home.

I have grown up with this company around me since I was a kid. So when I needed my Furnace and A/C checked as an adult it was obvious who was on my list to call. I was right they did great were fast and it was the best price I was quoted by anyone. Will go back to them anytime I need work and will reccomend to all friends and family. Thank you Freedom!!

I needed to find a heating contractor cause my furnace took a poop on the first day I turned it on. so I found Freedom heating and cooling on B.B.B. and they came out and fixed the problem in a timely and very professional way. I would recommend them for great service.
