I had John out for a furnace cleaning. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. The prices were great and things went really well! I will be using them again and would definately recommend them to friends of mine!

When I got home from work I noticed my heat wasn't working. I called Freedom which is in the same town that I live and surprisingly they were there with in an hour. I was sure that I was going to have to wait longer but they started up my furnace and they were on there way. Very pleased with the service and timely response.

Great equipment, at a fair price, professionally installed, reliably maintained, by an exceptional crew.

With two young kids, we were terrified to have our A/C go out in the heat of the summer. Freedom was sent to us by our Home Warranty Company. Our phone number was apparently incorrect on paperwork and a tech dropped in to talk with us within a very short period of time to check out our issue. He made a minor repair and, when it helped but did not resolve the issue entirely, he returned quickly the next day and fixed the problem to 100% satisfaction. We were amazed by the quick turnaround time during A/C's busy season. We had an awesome customer service experience with Freedom and recommend them.

I told her she has to call the home warranty company when she contacted me. I told her I have to get it documented from the warranty company for me to be able to come out. There are plenty of companies who charge more for prices of products or service, I am not cheating them.  The home warranty...

company will not allow us to check for a leak if it’s less than a certain amount of pounds.  I tried contacting the consumer about this and she didn’t answer. I will be willing to come out and address the issue.

Freedom is great company they gave me great price and great customer service.

Freedom came out and diagnosed the problem on my AC. They were more thorough than anyone else I have used in the past. They explained everything and gave me a choice how to fix the problem, The AC was replaced and the team that came out was on time courteous and professional and I will recommend Freedom to anyone with any heating and cooling problems. I called them again for my mother's furnace not working correctly. The pilot light was not lit and they walked me through on correcting the problem. Again they were right on the top of the problem and resolved it in minutes. I would recommend this company to everyone as they are the best in the business and guarantee quality and exceptional work.

Freedom was recommended by my close friend, I decided to call them when my furnace died on me. They squeezed me into their schedule and I had a tech at my house in about 1 hour. He was very informative during his search for the problem. He found a bad part within 15 minutes and told me my options. I decided to switch the part because the price was fair and it was a quick fix. I recommend Freedom very much, you can count on quality service.

I had them out because my furnace was not heating at all. Their technician was dispatched quickly out to my house and he was able to figure out the best and most cost effective way to repair it. The tech was polite and knowledgeable, and explained everything I needed to do to maintain my system. Best experience I've had thus far with an hvac company.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING. I WOKE UP ONE DAY FREEZING IN MY HOUSE AND I NOTICED MY HEAT WASNT ON. I CALLED MY FRIEND BECAUSE I KNOW HE JUST HAD SOME WORK DONE ON HIS FURNACE. HE RECOMMENDED FREEDOM. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN LOOKED AT THE FURNACE TO FIND OUT IT WAS A MOTOR ISSUE. HE TOLD ME HE COULD TRY TO REPAIR THIS ONE OR GET A NEW ONE. I TOLD HIM MONEY WAS TIGHT. HE FIXED THE OLD MOTOR AND MY FURNACE WORKS. THANK YOU FREEDOM. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN WORKING NOW FOR 3 MONTHS

Freedom heating and cooling did a excellent job in repairing my furnace when it went out late at night with freezing temps outside. I have two kids and could not risk not having any heat. Freedom contacted me at nearly midnight and was at my house first thing in the morning to solve the problem and fix the problem. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. I really appreciate their promp and professional response and thorough work.

I'm very satisfied with the service I recived from FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING. I called and they come in as soon as they were available, fixed the problem I've been having for past couple years. They come in right as scheduled, amazing price, compared to other companies I called, very friendly, descriptive, detailed and technician knew exactly what he was doing!!! Very pleased with the work he did. For sure going to be a known customer! And great part is they come out yearly for a clean and check up!:))

First of all, the entire unit was not replaced on the initial call. I attached invoices for those interactions. The technician that came out for the call after the unit was replaced was [redacted], whom is also the owner. There is not an office number to call or a location to visit. I reached out to every single number online and the number on my invoice. That number goes to his cell phone. Also, a [redacted] search of the address returned a [redacted] listing and I was not going to show up at someone’s home. I have attached the secretary of state filing so that ownership can be cleared up, as well and the text message chains to verify all of my claims. My husband is HVAC certified so we know how to change a thermostat. My Husband didn’t replace our unit since it was covered under our home warranty program. Also, he did not manipulate the system since he knows if he would have touched the unit itself that would void the warranty, so after our unit went out, we changed the only thing that we knew we could without voiding the warranty. The warranty on the unit was 1 year and it was less than 1 year when I asked for service. Since it wasn’t the thermostat that was the problem we returned the thermostat; which again since my husband is HVAC certified has the know-how to change. Also, I was COMPLETELY without A/C for a week during that heat wave. I have attached the text message chain that supports that he was aware I didn’t have A/C during the heat wave. After, realizing it was probably going to be awhile until he came and checked out our unit and not wanting to obtain another provider in case it was an issue that could be covered by warranty we were able to obtain two window units to keep our living room only to a bearable temperature. The only thing that could come close to harassment is that I told him I would be changing my positive reviews if this wasn’t resolved, since as you can see via the text messages I was being led to believe that he was still going to be repairing my unit, so I wasn’t told that he was too busy and I needed to find someone else. So, I changed my positive reviews to reflect the experiences that I had following that one night on [redacted] and Revdex.com. Not sure where he thinks I put other reviews. In fact, I kept being told a technician would be there and he was in FLORIDA during the heat wave, not servicing other people’s homes. There did wind up being a short in the wiring but it wasn’t from the thermostat to the unit and wasn’t affected by us changing our thermostat. It was from the unit to the outside unit. I have attached that invoice as well showing that the thermostat to the unit was ok. Also, this was all supposed to be done through my home owner’s warranty company, but when I called after filing this complaint I was surprised to learn that he didn’t purchase my unit through my home owner’s warranty so therefore there was nothing they could do either.  I never had any contact with anyone but [redacted] who is the owner. He had someone with him when he installed the unit initially, but I wasn’t there for that. I have already had another company fix the wiring… THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT, so I definitely do not want his services. Finally, when he came out to replace the fuse he led me to believe that was going to solve the problem and when it didn’t and he was supposed to come back… that’s when he said it’s wiring because a fuse blew. If you knew that in the first place, why didn’t you fix the wiring then, why just replace the fuse.

My AC had a crack in the coil. First company diagnosed problem incorrectly. Tried Pete and correctly diagnosed and gave me a fair price. Service was expedient and clean, courteous staff. I have faith when I am in need of any service they offer, I will return to Freedom. I have since recommended two friends to Freedom and they too were very happy with the service they received.

Also to clear up any misunderstanding the customer may have as far as coverage with her home warranty, they do not cover normal maintenance on hvac systems unless you have a specific policy stating so which in this case it does not appear to be the case. We do not bill them for anything in regards to your homes maintenence nor will they pay us for any nonrelated items as well. We did try to correct the overlooked mistake and schedule the service, however the customer was unwilling to at that time. Also we feel that since 1 maintenance check out if the 2 included with the service plan was completed as well as giving you the promised 10% off parts and labor with the purchase and not prorating those % you've saved that 1/2 of the purchase price is fair to all parties.
