I am rejecting this response because: I indicated that I have not been contacted by anyone in my last correspondence, yet again, I have NOT received a call from ANYONE in upper managementHowever, I have been working with a supervisor about the issue (also indicated in my last message) who didn't understand how it was calculated the way it was either and was supposed to give me a callback OVER a MONTH ago and never did, despite the voicemails I've left for himThere should be a LONG trail of notes about issues I've had with you guys since you assumed this loan in August and I'm completely disgusted with the run-aroundI request a member of upper management with the power and ability to get this solved call me ASAP AND EMAIL me to confirm that I received the callPlease leave name, number, and extension on both correspondences.

I requested a refinance at Freedom Mortgage , who currently holds my mortgage on 9/23/and they still haven't completed itNote I am a single female and an older oneComplaints include non-returned phone calls, bogus demands such as their not reviewing an appraisal until the days had passed and therefore requesting another, withdrawing $dollars on October for a subordination on a second and not processing it until 12/requesting return of documents w/in hours on my gmail account or the loan would be cancelled on a Saturday night when their website was downPassing the loan from a variety of people, a shell gameOver inflation of loan amount and wanting it to be signed again w.in hours, refusal would result in a cancellation, with no return phone callsMy summation is that this uses a shell game approach to their service, is sexist and agist , to avoid refinancing at a lower rateI remain confused by why they haven't been sanctioned in some manner given the number of complaintsClass action suit anyone?

We did receive pay-off funds on July 1, but the amount was insufficient to pay off the loanThe pay-off amount was $shortWe tried numerous times to contact the title company for resolutionWe did eventually get in touch with the title company and the remaining funds were received on August 2, Your loan is now reflecting zero balance
In addition, reporting to the credit bureau will not reflect an adverse credit rateing for the July, payment

Our analysis performed on 5/1/lowered the escrow portion of the payment to 260.04, based on the deposit back into escrow, eff 5/1/The tax line has been notated for the partial tax exemption and once the property tax estimates are available, if the assessor confirms that the amounts will not change, a new analysis can be performed per borrower’s request.

process but the need for a subordination (which is required every time you refinance when you have a second mortgage) and the lien release would have still been neededWE have no control over the subordinating lender and we needed you to provide us with the lien releaseWithout those we were at a stand stillI am sorry that we were unable to close on the loan and that you were frustrated with the process
