The experience I had was very good, the representative was very attentative and answered all my questions, the whole process was not too stressful , they completed the process within a few days and some of the creditors have been notified already, I would refer someone looking for a loan to them

Our lending officer was responsive while trying to obtain our business. Once we signed docs that ended up being incorrect (errors on their end) she was no longer returning calls or emails. Very poor customer service. She continues to not want to help. We have also called customer service to try and straighten this out and we get auto disconnected everything time. I’ve sent emails to customer service and only received a response to my initial email which was absurd and didn’t address the issue at hand. I’ve asked for managers to call me...nothing. BE WARNED! Do not use this company!

FreedomPlus was easy and extremely helpful. Trev was very helpful and walked me through every step and answered every question I had. We had a very bad phone connection and every time we lost connection he would call me back. Before I start, I don't have a bad credit rating and my bills are paid on time, and no one is calling or knocking on my door for money. I was looking at saving some money at a lower interest rate. Which the credit card companies were not willing to help with lowering my interest rate.
Before I signed anything I was given 4 payment plan opitions along with the coresponding interest rates. Everything was paid off within 7 business days, as I was told, or by the first of the month, which I was also told would happen.
I have read other reviews, and this might not be for everyone but it's diffently working for me.
I'm saving over $300 a month with the help of Freedomplus.

I applied online for this loan to consolidate some debt. The FreedomPlus representative called me within minutes. After giving some basic information and providing verification, I was qualified. The process was simple. The representative, Jeff, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The loan was funded within 5 days. Completely satisfied with every aspect of this transaction.

I have the same issues as several others that rated you poorly as well. You would never provide me the interest rate, even after you checked on my credit rating. You would always ask for a payment amount as an answer to my interest rate question. I also recorded the conversation where I specifically asked how long it would take to execute the loan and I was told 3 days - on a recorded line. Because I needed to execute a transaction, I signed the loan. After 7 days the loan was still not processed so I asked them to cancel it. I called but got a recording to call back - every time I called. I send an email which resulted in an automated reply and then after the second email I got a replay stating someone would contact me. Never happened. After I no longer needed the loan and asked them to cancel it, they executed the loan. I now have to use legal resources to undo the mess.
