I had a very poor experience with FreedomPlus. They tried changing the terms of the contract after I had accepted their offer and provided all necessary verification (income, credit score, identity). They did not give good cause for not honoring their original offer. Because of these facts I rejected their new offer and instructed the loan officer to deactivate my application.
I have received daily phone calls regarding my allegedly deactivated application, and each new representative claims that they will "properly deactivate" my application. These phone calls are becoming harassing. I'm not interested in doing business with a company who doesn't know how to operate ethically within contact law. They made an offer. I accepted that offer. They changed their offer and weren't even upfront about the change. The loan officer just rattled off the new terms, as though this was normal. For this business, it might be normal. But for this individual, that is not proper nor ethical. I don't do business that way.
I will not be utilizing any services from FreedomPlus, nor will I recommend them. In fact I strongly discourage family and friends from entering into any business deals with this company.

Everything from customer service, to how quick I got my funds, and how fast a couple of my debts were paid off were great. Follow up calls and emails were professional and courteous.
