Filled out a Prequalified form on line and talked to an adviser. We figured out a plan in 15 minutes that payed of 4 credit cards! Excellent service and response.

Victor G took good care of us. I was a little skeptical at first when he told me that they would disburse the loan funds and not allow me to do it but he reassured me of the plan and the benefit of going this route to get a better rate on our loan. I recommend this lender to anyone who is looking to consolidate debt into one payment. They worked really fast to get the loan approved in a couple of days and required very little documentation.

SHADY SHADY SHADY business practices, loan consultant refused to disclose the interest rates and would only give me payments.
I had done a lending tree check your rate and I hadn't liked the options I was given, but a Mr. Richard H from FreedomPlus called me. I told him that I was not interested as I hadn't liked the interest rates on their loan offers. He told me that was the worst case, and if I had things like a 401k balance, etc that my actual loan offer would be better. Since I had some of the discounts they offered, I went ahead and applied for a loan (hard credit pull now) and Mr. H told me I was approved for two options and they gave me the payments and lengths of the loans.
That was it. So I asked what the interest rates were and Mr. H said he did not know, that I would only find that out when the underwriters got back. After plugging in the payments and term lengths into a loan calculator, I came to find out that I was being quoted 23 and 26% APR loans.
Yeah, no thanks. Screw off and thanks for the hard pull on my credit. It's already got me turned down (it was the sole reason for the denial of credit) because the inquiry was from a non-traditional source of lending.
Why is it you can't disclose interest rates again?

Freedom was very good at the initiation of the loan and the processing; that's where things fell short.

They started charging interest the day after signing, however, they did not pay anyone until a week later when I began calling; I was told they would pay within 4 days at the signing of the loan. I called and spoke to someone in customer care who told me that they were all paid electronically. Called back and was told that they could not see if they were paid. I asked for a manager and was transferred to someone who represented themselves as a manager, however, further in the conversation told me that they were in fact a 'Job Coach' and not a manager as they had originally stated. He said that a manager would call me back later that day, no one called back. The next day I received a call from the 'Concern Department' who in fact said they listened to the recordings and that I was told that payment would be made 4 days from signing, they also said 'Sorry you were not told the correct information' but there is nothing we can do.

In short, really bad experience with this company. They are clearly not interested in being reputable, more interested in putting on a good show. I would think very carefully before using this company, lots of run around and no real concern for their customers.
