Review: I placed an order on December **, 2015 for a masonic keepsake box. My account on their website says pending and processing on the same date that I placed my order. I get an update on January **, 2016 saying it has been ordered. It has been over two months since I placed this order and paid for it and I haven't received it. I tried call their number numerous times. For one whole week the voicemail box was full so you couldn't even leave a message. Then I called 4 other times and one ever answers the phone. I left a message with my name, phone number and order number. No one ever called me back. I even sent 3 e-mail messages and no one responded to my e-mails. I feel that they took my money and are not sending what I ordered. My dad is a mason and I ordered that as a gift for him. I guess this company doesn't care about their customers.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered shipped to me immediately or I want a full refund.

Review: On 4/**/2015 order# [redacted] 2 square and compass car magnet; 1 blue lodge lic plate emblem and 1 Masonic sq and compass sticker. To date I have only received the blue lodge lic plate emblem. When I called in June of 2015 was told there was a new shipment coming in. I have not received and notification or reason for the delay. I have not received a refund. I have called their number several times and recording states all operators are busy must leve a message. This was done over and over and no one has called backDesired Settlement: I had first wanted to get something else for the difference of $23.85 plus tax. I am very apprehensive of this situation. I have done business with them before and did not have a problem

Review: I purchased a Mason ring December of 2013 from the FreeMason Store. I sent to them the [redacted] of July 2015 for a repair estimate. I havent been able to get in contact with them or have heard from them since. I have tried to contact them at the [redacted] number on four separate occasions without success. Their answering phone never has anyone there. I always leave my name, the order no for the repair and phone number. I have tried emailing them and still no success.

It appears they have taken my ring and I suppose I will never get it returned or hear from them. At this point , I would just like to have it back and seek a repair elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the ring repaired or just returned.

Review: My wife ordered and paid for a Masonic Ring in November of 2014. To date we have not received this ring. I made multiple phone calls to check on the order and get the response that an order was never placed even though my order information is still available on their web site. I cannot get a reasonable answer from the woman that answers the phone at the store and she will not let me talk to anyone else.I also ordered an iPhone 5 phone cover in May of 2015 and have not received that order. The same thing, the order information is still on their web site. In early 2014, I ordered an OES ring for my wife and that arrived in 8 weeks, a nice ring and nice service so thats why I ordered more products.I sent them a Fax in August demanding a refund for both items, no response of any kind but I would sooner have the ring. I hate to see a Brother treat a fellow Brother this way. I even had my lawyer send them a letter in late August with all the order information that I had and my wife's bank statement showing they were paid at a cost of $175. To date, no response to my lawyer or myself. If the order was shipped for either item, it sure did not arrive at my house and it seems funny that 2 orders from the same company would be the only things that did not make it through the mail. I truly hate being ignored.Desired Settlement: Guaranteed Delivery!!! We will sign for the package. If the item was delivered, I sure did not receive it. They should collect the insurance or track the packages. With no contact being made to me by the company, I do not know if this was done or not. Most reliable businesses of this size have other insurance to cover things like this. As a Mason, I so desire to have this ring. I no longer have the iPhone 5 so I would appreciate a refund for that item.

Review: On November [redacted] 2015 I made a purchase in the amount of $391.43 using my [redacted] debt card, which was taken out of my account the same day, on freemasonstore.com., since I was a new customer I was supposed to receive a 10% discount on my purchase. I completed my transaction and it did not give me the 10% discount. I called and spoke to a customer service Rep. and she said they would give me a refund in the amount of $39.14 and she sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that my refund was being processed. I did receive my order and was very pleased with it but it is now Jan. **, 2016 and I have yet to receive my refund. I called again to ask about by refund and was told that they do refunds on the end of each month after a purchase. The end of November has passed, the end of December has passed and the end of January is approaching and still no refund has been given to me. I have tried to contact them again and get a answering machine stating to leave a message but it's full and no message can be left. I just want my refund as promised and I promise to never patronize this business again.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have my refund placed back on my debit card.

Review: This complaint is in reference to Order # [redacted]. I ordered a Scottish Rite Ring on 6/**/2015, it cost $812.00. When I received the ring, it did not appear as it did on line. You could hardly make out the image of the eagle. I called the company and told them I wanted to return it as they advertise a money back guarantee. The just told me the address to send it to and the information to send which was the item #, my name and address and why I sent it back. Also, I did not receive any paperwork when I received the ring, just a ring in a brown box. Anyway, I sent the ring back with all the information sometime around 7/*/2015. I called them a few days later and they confirmed they had received the ring and I would receive a refund in 30 to 45 business days. I still have not received my refund. I have talked to the girl who answers the phone and she referred my complaint to Krista C[redacted], she had told me when they received the request it would be processed. It has been at least 65 to 70 days since they received the returned ring. I was told a refund would be sent to me on Oct **, and then again I was told it would be sent on Nov *. I have still not received a refund. They have both my money and the ring. Also, now a person will not answer the phone you just have to leave a message. I have also e-mailed them several times.Desired Settlement: Refund my money immediately

Review: I ordered a ring in Dec 2015, it hurt my finger, therefore I tried to return it, the website says to call first, I left numerous messages with no response. I thought maybe they were closed for the holidays, so first of the year I tried calling again. No response, I even sent several e-mails, no response. Review: I ordered a pin at the cost of 247.00 on Feb *, 2015. I received it on March *, 2015 and it looked bad. The enamel was over filled and you could not see the emblems on the pin. I called and was emailed the info to return it. They received it on March **, 2015. I still have not received a refund and they will not let me know if they will refund my money.Desired Settlement: I paid and the money was taken out of my account immediately. The least they can do it let me know if they will be refunding my money.

Review: I placed an order on July **, 2015 (Order #[redacted]) for: 1 Eastern Star Stick Pin ($19.95) & 1 Eastern Star Past Matron Pin ($8.95) with the shipping of $5.25, the total came to $34.15. As of the current date (8/**/2015), I have yet to receive my product. I have called Free Mason Store on numerous occasions spoken to someone, requested a supervisor call back and also a demand for either product or refund. I have not received none of the above listed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $34.15

Review: On April *, 2004. I purchased 14K gold ring from Freemasons store located on [redacted], and also they have store on [redacted]. When I received it, it was sterling silver , immediately I called and complained. They asked me to e-mail them a picture and they give me instructions to send it to [redacted]. in New York. After the weeks I received the ring and it was gold color that was the end of May. In august . I went on vacation and washing my hands with soap and water. The yellow color start to disappear, in September I e-mailed them and complained that is not gold but sterling silver with gold coloring on top, after numerous e-mails and phone calls they e-mail me back with the explanation that I should not wash my hands with this ring on. The person name was [redacted]. After further complaints and e-mails I sent them the ring back certified mail (requiring signature by the post office as its recieved) , when I demanded my money back, they denied that they received any ring. So I sent them a copy of the recipt with their signature stating that they recieved it. Finally, they acknowledge that they do have the ring. After more e-mails and phone calls I receive any e-mail from [redacted] saying refund pending that was feb. ** 2015. Never got anything neither my money nor store credit. I e-mailed them trying to find out what is going on, the beginning of May 2015 I received the e-mail from their customer service saying that my case was solved. In another words, I am not getting my money back or the ring or store credit. With one simple word nothing nothing.Desired Settlement: refund of $ 313.00

Review: On November **, 2015, I placed an online order with this company. I ordered a masonic ring and my credit card has already been billed the entire amount of $385.95. It was listed as "processing" on November **, 2015 and has been listed as such ever since with the order number [redacted]. I emailed the company twice in late December 2015 with no response. I called the number listed on their website, ###-###-#### twice. The first call said all representatives were busy and sent me to a voice mail box however, it was full and told me to call back later. I called again a few days later and got the same thing except I was able to leave a message with my cell phone number included but never received a response. I have sent a third email today, January **, 2015. I would like to receive the ring I have ordered. edDesired Settlement: I would like to receive the ring I have ordered as I have now canceled the credit card used. The ring is a 10k yellow gold ring size 10.
