Review: I placed an order on June **, 2015 for two auto emblems after 2.5 months and many calls the order finally arrived but was incomplete, there was only one auto emblem out of the two ordered delivered. I have spoken with the company multiple times in regards to when the other piece of my order will be shipped and delivered. The customer service is poor always saying the item is coming, they will call me with tracking information and and every time I call I am told the item is going to be shipped. As of 11/**/15 the rest of my order has still not arrived, this order was placed in June and I am very frustrated at this point.Desired Settlement: I would really appreciate if the company would overnight the rest of my order and provide a tracking number.
Review: A ring was purchased based off advertisement. It appeared to be of a suitable size for a man to wear. Once received in mail I was disappointed with size of ring. Phone call was placed to Customer Service explaining my unsatisfactory issue. I was assured someone would respond to my complaint in two business days. That didn't happen. It has now been 6 business days. I have left voicemail messages and have sent to emails to their listed customer service email with no response. Their policy does state, if a ring is not special order than you can get a 15 day money back guarantee. During the first conversation, the only thing suggested was, spend more money and get a different style ring. If I didn't like the quality of the first ring, I don't want to chance spending more money for something worst.I believe there customer service response is very poor and an online business should not be allow to operate like that. I feel I have been taken advantage of.Still waiting for a response from the Freemasonstore.com.Desired Settlement: Due to their lack of communication and store policy I would like to return ring and have the credit back on my credit card.
