The instructor that has been causing the issue with asking for cash payment, tardy on appointments, cutting corners etched is ** ***We had to let *** *** go because of his tardiness and him being not truthful to us about his reasons of missing appointments and his
conduct during lessonsWe are rescheduling all of his studentsPlease give us till this weekend to get things in order and rescheduledWe have offered previously and do so now the refund of fees of unused services

Last communication, per our records with *** was in late October and early November when we provided her with the extension of certificateWe are working with a *** agent to figure out why a batch of students are having this non-processing issueWe met with this agent yesterday tooWe have
been assured that this will be resolved for the students by *** and our coordination ASAPFor time being we will offer her another extension if required and work through with *** to close the gap and the issue for the complete batch of students

I am not sure why the responded suggests they have not accepted the offerAttached is the email where they have accepted the offer and we have processed the refund

We had already talked to the respondent on 9/night and confirmed refunding the funds The check has been mailed last week

The student's name is *** ***Her course was paid
for with a check (we have cancelled check in our files) and an additional cash payment was requested at the time of the first class*** took the required course in July of 2014, but hasn't heard from Friendly Driving School, and the *** *** or county court have received no paperwork from the driving school.

Revdex.com spoke with *** from the company and he stated that he has sent the check several times and it keeps getting sent back to him*** will have the check for the consumer at the business and for the consumer to email him a date and time between Tuesday through Thursday 7pm- 8:30pm

We realize the issues and concerns new hire [redacted] caused to our patrons and students. Hence he was let go last week. However, this has left an immediate void as we reschedule students assigned to [redacted]. The voicemail is full as we have 20 families calling and asking for an update which we are...

frantically working to provide. We are open to provide a refund for services not completed, however would appreciate opportunity to redeem the situation and complete the services.

I refused the offer of them providing the service. I have also emailed them about my refund which I have not received.  My son only drove for approximately 30 minutes since Doug Cook was suppose to be there at 9am and showed up at 9:28am. My son was back home by 10am.
