Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I will consider once I receive a bill showing the creditAt this point I don't trust them to do what they sayIt took me filing a complaint to even get a call from managementNow I'm suppose to jump at them saying they left me two message on September 5, when I made several calls to have the issue resolved and it took almost a monthAlso it wasn't Frontier who made the contact for the repairIt was me calling John C [redacted] and finally getting a response from him and scheduled the repair appointmentI lost money waiting on them, so until I see with my eyes my next bill the matter will not be resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

Frontier Communications Frontier has received the following complaint : Ms. [redacted] ’s complaint states that she ordered... service with Frontier but that the technician did not show up. She states that she called several times and eventually cancelled the order. Ms. [redacted] states she now has an inquiry on her credit report from Frontier but did not get service. Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier records show that an order was written and due dated for October 24, 2017. Frontier records further show that the order was cancelled on October 24, 2017. Frontier has spoken with Ms. [redacted] and apologized for the failed order. Frontier has agreed to write a new order with the same credit report to avoid an additional inquiry. Frontier will escalate the installation of the service order and waive the one-time $75.00 fee. Frontier Communications Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] W [redacted] to our office for review. We appreciate his bringing this matter to our... attention. The Complaint states that: Mr. [redacted] ordered an internet and TV package through Frontier. The TV Service was installed. After waiting a couple of weeks, Mr. [redacted] found out Frontier could not install internet in his area. Mr. [redacted] requested to cancel the package, but was advised of a $480 termination fee from DISH Network. Mr. [redacted] requests Frontier to pay the DISH fee, or get them to waive the cancellation fee. Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier records show Mr. [redacted] ordered Frontier internet services and DISH Network TV services on January 7, 2017.Frontier offers bundled packages and combined billing with Dish Network with additional discounts depending on the Dish package selected. Frontier’s promotional materials regarding Internet clearly state that “Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Service subject to availability.” Account review shows that Mr. [redacted] ’ area is Internet capable and the agent placed an order based on this information. Once the order was placed and reviewed by engineering, it was determined Frontier could not provide Internet service to Mr. [redacted] ’ specific location. According to the Frontier Internet terms and conditions, service is not available to all locations, and may not be available at certain speeds (or at all) at your location, even if Service is offered in your area or our initial testing indicated that your line qualified for a particular speed or Service. Service may be subject to technical line qualification. Frontier and Dish Network are separate companies and all contracts and billing related to Dish are handled through Dish directly. The terms of service for Dish Network, including the 2 year contract and termination fees are presented to each Dish customer at the time the service is installed and they are required to read and sign those terms. These terms are between Dish Network and the Consumer. Frontier is not able to cancel the DISH Network contract for Mr. [redacted] , nor can we pay any early termination fee for him.
