All the chemists were supportive so nice, helpful, and passionate *** the products. I am so happy with my lipgloss line. Frost created my custom lipgloss line with a custom flavor oil that was created custom for a different type of fragrance. Frost all the research and coordinated all step. I usually don't like to tell my financial business but Frost has expressed that clients will receive a discount on all posting our review on their business; on our next order. Anyway, I spend a total of $30,000 for my custom line with Frost and Frost gave me complete attention, assistance, and knowledge on the cosmetic business. My lip line will be on Amazon very soon because I purchased Frost business service package. I am so excited and happy. Thank you Frost Cosmetics Team!

I purchased products & paid for product labeling service from this manufacturer in Feb/2015 for my Cosmetic Line.. Per their (Build Your Brand) service for Entrepreneurs. My inventory arrived without my Brand's logo on the inventory. After MONTHS of contacting this company; In Nov/2015 I was told my order failure was being compensated per their insurance company & my business line's inventory would be the first wholesale order shipped for their 2016 order fillments. As of March/2016 I was told my business inventory went into their Production lab for print/label. I have now been in contact with this company since 5/18/16 asking for a shipping date for my inventory. We are BEYOND EVERY timeframe this company has EVER disclosed for their fulfillment/production/ & shipping. This company has placed a very dark cloud over my start-up ventures for my business due to their unreliability. I have lost out on various business connects, opportunities, & mostly MONEY due to the carelessness of this manufacturer. I am demanding what is OWED to me & what I paid for!! This company has NO RIGHT to string along what's rightfully mines. This entire situation has been a NIGHTMARE! SEND ME MY PRODUCTS!

This company contacted me in March & April of 2017, I was contacted by their puppeteer company Rep *** who proposed they would send me out my PAID products ONLY if I REMOVED my Revdex.com complaint "FIRST". I REFUSED to follow this specified proposal and to this date in 2018 I've NEVER received anything from this company. I'm not removing a VALID complaint in order to receive what I paid for. proof of payment has been attached along with ALL email complaints & complaint filed with Illinois Attorney General's Office. This company has BOUNCED from IL,to AZ,& now CA committing the SAME petty SCAMS I would like a FULL refund of $718.83 payments I made to their company via PAYPAL 2/5/15 & 2/24/15. On February 20,2016 I placed a wholesale order with this company the person I spoke to by the name of *** stated that it would take 15-45 days for me to receive my order, but she would try to expedite it sooner. Week later went by they contacted me about my Logo proofs in March, 2016 for my confirmation/approval on the way the Logo labels would be printed out, I clearly thought this business was legitimate because everything seemed professional. I spoke to them in late April and in May which is this month of 2016 the first call I spoke to a guy he stated the 45 business days weren't up as yet and they were still waiting on logo labels. I called back last week the same guy stated my order would be shipped out on Monday May 23, 2016 and I would receive a tracking number via email, "I haven't". Last night May 24, 2016 around 9:12pm I saw a missed call from the company, when I called back the guys stated that he had called me by accident so again I asked about my shipment and why haven't I received the tracking number, he stated he would forward it back to me when he got back to the office because he had all calls forwarded to his cell phone which seem odd to me, this morning May 25, 2016 I checked my emailed and again no tracking number, I logged into the my account on the company's website and my order status states (awaiting fulfillment) this is the same status is saw when I first made the payment of *** to this company. I have reached the point where I no longer would like to do business with Frost Cosmetics and I would like a full refund of *** This has been a ridiculous wait and an inconvenience for my company because I'm losing money by waiting so long for products my customers have been waiting on.

I recently did a purchase order with Frost and I received every piece of products I purchase. I placed an order for lipsticks, lipglosses, foundations, and liquid highlighters. I am almost sold out of all my products. I will be reordering really soon. The only issue I had was with one of the Salesmen named "Cory". Please stay away from him, he was so horrible, I am so glad I reported him to management. I was told he when I called in to get my reorder setup; that he was no longer with the company. I would so recommend any and everything to do their private label cosmetics brand with Frost. They are so professional to me. Thank you, Frost.

I met frost cosmetics at Cosmoprof last year. I was able to come to test products while I attend the trade show. I have been working with frost since than, they were the only company that was able to customize my lip brand the way I wanted it. I have a line of lip products that once you pop your lips together you can see the glitter. Frost Cosmetics made my dreams come true. I love my brand and I love Frost. I highly recommend Frost to everyone who wants a cosmetic brand that will sell worldwide.

I am so happy that I did my private labeling with frost cosmetics. The account representatives and production chemist is the best! My products are amazing. I love me logo design that the design did for me. The company that frost work with to do my hot stamping on my tubes was amazing. I am able to have a great presentation for "seen on tv" production team. They love the products and packaging. Thank you so much frost cosmetics!!! I recommend everyone who is super serious about getting into this industry to contact frost cosmetics. They have resources to assist you with getting into retail chain locations and top directors in the tv production area.

I love my products from Frost Cosmetics. I did a private label "lip liners, lipsticks, lipglosses, and pigment" packages. I received amazing responses from my customers already about my products. I am so happy with the quality of my products. I am so happy that I went with Frost. My friend went with another company and she did not have a good quality product. My intuition was correct about Frost.

It is mostly thought companies like this is a scam but this is the best makeup that I've ever bought. This company is so special and dear to me because it made my mother's Christmas full of joy, she's in the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with the results my mother and I saw. My mother can't go to our families Christmas party so we wanted to surprise her by bringing the Christmas party to her. I knew about the surprise party but my mother does not like our folks seeing her without any makeup and she's been seeing Frost Cosmetics promotions so I took a chance on Frost Cosmetics and order some lipsticks. she loved it and I can't wait to order from them again.

I recommend to whoever hasn't used Frost cosmetics products to try them and never buy from another cosmetic company ever again. This product It so grand and keeps me looking so young and radiant, I can't believe it I was so full of worry and trepidation about this company for the last few months. I thought that hampered me was perhaps they weren't legit because theirs so many companies out there trying to scam people for their money but Frost is real, I placed my order and we love it! Thank you Frost Cosmetics!

3 years I started a lipgloss line that was created by Frost Cosmetics. I remember when I came and set down with the sales team back when Frost Cosmetics was in Calumet City, IL. When you walked into the house the living room was the production shipping/packaging area, the kitchen was the production area, and the bedroom was the office for the sales team. I remember receiving an email message about the move to 79th Street; which I told the owner not to do because that area was horrible. Man, I really wish they would have listened to me. I later learned that someone drove their car into Frost Cosmetics storefront windows; that caused so many damages that all their production machines, desks and etc were ruined. The last thing I remember was an email stating that the company decided to close the location and the business in the midwest area. They did state that clients could either wait for them to get to the west coast to re-launch or wait for the next 8 months to receive products due to the shutdown.

When I see all these negative posts and comments about Frost I was so taken back to why someone/people would exaggerate about the timeframes, and lack of communication. Frost always kept clients/customers informed of what was going on. It is so messed up that a people would go to the extend to dog a company out because you don't like the response. I can tell you, Frost clients was a community and all of us in the mid-west area knew each other. Everyone was advised and was updated.

Fast-forward to today Frost Cosmetics is now at there home location in California "the home" of businesses. Please, don't listen to these people with these horrible comments. I really don't think that these comments were from customers/clients. I truly believe Frost competitions motivated a lot of people to overdo with these reviews. I mean I been with Frost for 3 years and I never disclosed my supplier, until I was at work listening to a co-worker talking about a private label vendor. She did a google search and was dogging Frost out when I was sitting there looking at her like "you know you purchased Frost already since they are may supplier". Keep in mind that I sold a lot of products at my job, lol. Well, of course, I am guilty of not really telling my co-worker about my experience with Frost but I don't want her making more sales than me. I don't want her with Frost since I am selling like crazy.

So, this is why I decided to go on here to leave a review because I owe them since I did not help them with closing a sale with my co-worker. I so, cant tell them that lol. However, Frost is an amazing company with amazing products. I can't wait for foundations to come out and there other location in Hong Kong.

Thank you, Frost. I ordered a lipgloss package for private labeling. I received my package and love all my product colors and styles. The only issue I had was with Paypal with the shipping address that is on my account. Frost only ship to the address Paypal has on your account, so my request for another shipping address was doable. Paypal did not help me at all, however, Frost production team helped me to call USPS and get my package to be placed on hold at my nearest postal office. I loved the sales team with Frost too they were so honest and helpful with cosmetic projections. I will be placed another order very soon for my winter collection. Thanks, Frost.

Frost Cosmetics response time to any of your inquiries are either vague, no response at all, or the run-around. From start to finish, dealing with this *** has been very frustrating and has given us a bad taste in our mouths to even deal with another private vendor. You could not reach their representatives for help or clarity without having to privately message their personal facebook accounts. We placed and paid for our order in full, with receipts provided to their ***, yet they have failed to keep up with our documents or properly communicate hiccups in the process with our order causing us to receive our order literally 4 months after we placed our order. Unfortunately, we have had others who have had the same occurring to them with this ***. This *** does not stick to their word and I encourage any business dealing with this *** to keep all receipts, conversations, and e-mails saved because they will not show accountability or admit that their business process is flawed and does not show the interest of the customer. They are probably going to state they we are liars as they have done every other person who have provided their negative experience with this ***, however, the truth hurts. We would not recommend this *** if you are expecting to have your products delivered on time. We do not recommend this *** to business owners who are new to the cosmetic process because they will do nothing but tell you to read and not explain or clarify anything in their business process to help you better understand to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Needless to mention, we received our package late April (we order in November), and it was a partial order. We had to, again, reach out on facebook to ask where is the remainder of our order, for them to tell us the other half would be sent later that week to then retract that statement and tell us that $600 was applied to our balance due to them covering charges that they verbally and in writing stated they had taking care of free of charge. They gave no clarity as to how that affected the remainder of our order. They only stated to contact customer service who could not even help because he stated he could not access our account right? A customer service rep who was directed by their executive director to contact for questions couldn't access our account. This has been by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a ***. Sadly we are patient people and understanding, but this process and this *** pushed every button any business owner could imagine.

You choose to have add-on colors that required a payment balance. There was a 3-week delay in receiving your final balance for add-on color charges. The other issue with your purchase was the logo design that you uploaded for your products. Frost policy stated that when an order is placed and there is an uploaded logo by any client, that is created by the client, Frost will not edit any work to that uploaded design but forward it over to the design team for production print for packaging. Frost Support Team contacted you on all of the above issues also you were advised that the production team noticed that your labels were printed blank because your logo did not provide a background for production printing. The production company could not re-print your order for free. Frost PAID for a new print run and edited your logo Free of Charge for production print which came to a total of $450. Because of the above issues, Frost customer support team went over and beyond to accommodate you with your launch party date due to your error of counting incorrect business days with the late payment timeframe. In showing good faith, Frost overnighted; you samples of your colors which were ($125) Free of Charge to present to your customers on your launch party date. Frost also emailed you a video clip of your products with your logo on them. There was also some miscommunication on the different type of labels for the packaging you purchased. You requested your color names on the tube of products. However, you purchased our signature mirror tube packaging which only allows logo name and/or ingredients of the product. You did not purchase "Full Wrap Labels" which includes color names. This information was also provided to you during production by our support team. The products that I recieved were exactly like the picutres on Frost website. My customers are in love with my products and I have to thank Frost Cosmetics for that. I am a client for life. I sold so much products at my event from the goods Frost produced. From the sales team to the production team and to customer service team; I was so impressed with all the following-ups and continue contact with me. I would like to tell everyone to purchase from Frost Cosmetics when looking for a relible cosmetic manfacturer.

We paid for our order in full on 11/30/17. It is now 04/15/18, and we have not received our order which was told to take up to 45 business days.
On November 21st, we placed a bulk order (#1028) for the Frost cosmetics STARTER PACKAGE - $968 for 198 Units with 16 colors. On November 22nd, we received correspondence to pay for our additional add-on colors (order #1047) in the amount of $60. One of our co-partners called the sales representative to pay for the order around the 27th of November, however, no receipt was sent. Called back the following day and the guy stated it didn't reach the office in time even though our card information was taken. We received a receipt for both of our orders (1028 and 1047) on November 30th confirming we have paid in full for our order. Per website, it states that it takes up to 45 business days to receive your order. Upon contacting this business to confirm our delivery was on time (on january 18th), they stated the time frame our order would be shipped would February 12th. That following week, we received a call from a sales rep stating our logo did not appear correctly and they "paid/covered the costs" and resubmitted it back. He stated our order had a new ship out date of February 22nd. It grew closer to february 22nd and no communication was made in regards to sending proofs to see what our order looked like before shipping to ensure everything was correct, there was no "Hey your order is running behind", or any type of correspondence. Instead, I had to leave comments on their social media for them to erase and not respond. We had to literally reach out to the Executive Director via facebook to follow up on our order while she was undergoing health procedures in order to get any response from these people. In addition to, we were offered only $50 off, yet instead we requested samples to be sent to make up for the money we were missing due to booked vending sessions based off the time they stated our order would be here. They were suppose to ship these within that day to arrive on that saturday, and instead it cam e on Monday and we missed yet another vending session and opportunity to make profits for our business. After the samples arrived on March 5th, there was no follow up on the ETA of our actual order. We reached out again on March 7th on the ETA of our order, they then provided the "print order" for our lipsticks on March 9th (even though the print order was completed on March 6th (per the document). In order to assure they needed our approval to continue, we asked what were the next steps on March 9th. No answer. Reached out March 19th, no answer. Forwarded the message on March 21st to another rep, no answer. On March 22nd, we decided to post publicly onto their social media in regards to our order which was erased, yet no one ever reached out to us to say "How can we resolve this issue". Instead, again, I had to DM them directly to see what they were hiding as to why they 1) deleted our message 2) failed to follow up on a concerned customer whose order is well overdue. They then decided to tell us ON MARCH 22nd that their office is moving and that they no longer have an ETA on an order we have spent over 1,000 last year. The same order in which they told was suppose to come on February 12th then February 22nd, to having a print order prepared March 6th, to now all of sudden no clue on when we will get out order. They had disconnected all lines due to their "move". Once they sent out an announcement of their new phone number to call or text, we texted their text only number not once, but twice on Tuesday, April 10th then one following April 11th. It is now April 15th and we have not received an update, a response, or anything related to this matter.

Desired Outcome

The Dreamsellers Collection (LLC) has moved to the decision to seek 100% refunds for products/units purchased November 30th that were never received if the cannot be delivered by the week of April 16th, 2018. We have reached our capacity with the lack of professionalism, communication, and ability to deliver the promises its company states. We do agree that they may deduct the costs associated with the samples sent on March 2nd + shipping costs associated with that. However, we wish to not move forward with this company any longer and would like our monies refunded so that we may entrust into another private label who is able to deliver.

No, we do not accept the response from Frost Cosmetics as they are providing inaccurate information which is beyond belief and unfortunately proves how unprofessional and unorganized this company truly is to save face. For correct records, which we will be more than happy to send over receipts, our add-on colors were paid three days after our official purchase. Where are you receiving 3 weeks? We have receipts of where I have called and literally had to have the receipt sent over because your employees failed to even send over a receipt the day we actually paid for the add-on colors (which was actually 2 days, your employees made it three days). Not 3 WEEKS. Secondly, before you send a customer to go read, ensure you have information clearly stated for the customer to understand. This show your lack of concern for customer experience because that was never stated ANYWHERE on your site that stated if you order mirror tubes you would not receive name labels for your lipsticks. Please do not sit here and falsely claim information that was not even provided on your website in the month of November. If this was the case, why would a representative not reach out or sales representative confirm this is what your order is and with this order you are not allowed to have name labels for your lipsticks. You people honestly make up information as you go to save every bit of moral this business DID have. In regards to the labels that never arrived on time (as you all falsely claimed they would), I do appreciate the effort, but again, we are awaiting to know as to why you alls communication continues to be below average, the way you handle and speak with your customers is poor, in order to contact people here at your business it has to be unprofessionally through facebook. Needless to mention, you don't even provide you customers with labels to know what colors are actually which. I am sorry, but you and your company needs training on customer service, it needs training on product quality and delivery, it needs training on how to manage the demand and supply because clearly the changes you all have claimed to undergo and change has not happened and it is as clear as day. Sadly, we are not the only customers who are or have went through this with you all. This is unacceptable for a business. We placed out order in November and receipts were issued exactly on November 30th. Instead of showing responsibility and being accountable for just messing up and admitting your shortcomings, you instead try to come up with excuses as to why you are 4 months late with our order. You placed on your site where it stated to calculate how many days it would take for your order and send to your email to ensure you all keep up with the orders. Even when we did that, you all had inaccurate information and dismissed your customers to go "read". When you found out that we were right on the timing of our order, the you all decided you wanted to recant your statement as a "miscommunication" and stated our order would be ready by Feb 17th. In regards to the logo, that is another situation within itself in which we had called and called and called to ensure that we had everything submitted correctly, yet you all gave us no information or even open your mouthes to even state "Hey you all will not have name labels on your orders as I see you have on your order form", at the end of the day, if the mistake was ours most companies send proofs BEFORE ANYTHING HITS THAT PRINTER. One of our partners is a graphic designer and knows when it comes to printing, you are sent proofs for ANY TYPE OF BULK ORDER. Period. After the so called printing mishap, they stated we would receive February 22nd and then the excuses started rolling again after that. All of a sudden we finally received the "print order", something we should have received the first time. Now, on to the signatures, what signature was EVER required from us? Please, please be truthful in this. Please tell us or the Revdex.com with a proof of e-mail and receipts showing where you have ever told our company to submit signatures????????? Please. I would love to hear how you all falsely claim something your employees never did, said, or done. Again, even now, we have received PART OF OUR PRODUCT. We have not even received all of our product. There are no labels showing what is what color, they are thrown into the box, there is no organization to our order. This is A NIGHTMARE. An absolute nightmare dealing with this company and this process.

We thank you so much for your purchase and feedback. However, when you placed your order with Frost there were documents that required your signature, Frost never received the requested documents. You choose to have add-on colors that required a payment balance. There was a 3-week delay in receiving your final balance for add-on color charges. The other issue with your purchase was the logo design that you uploaded for your products. Frost policy stated that when an order is placed and there is an uploaded logo by any client, that is created by the client, Frost will not edit any work to that uploaded design but forward it over to the design team for production print for packaging. Frost Support Team contacted you on all of the above issues also you were advised that the production team noticed that your labels were printed blank because your logo did not provide a background for production printing. The production company could not re-print your order for free. Frost PAID for a new print run and edited your logo Free of Charge for production print which came to a total of $450. Because of the above issues, Frost customer support team went over and beyond to accommodate you with your launch party date due to your error of counting incorrect business days with the late payment timeframe. In showing good faith, Frost overnighted; you samples of your colors which were ($125) Free of Charge to present to your customers on your launch party date. Frost also emailed you a video clip of your products with your logo on them. There was also some miscommunication on the different type of labels for the packaging you purchased. You requested your color names on the tube of products. However, you purchased our signature mirror tube packaging which only allows logo name and/or ingredients of the product. You did not purchase "Full Wrap Labels" which includes color names. This information was also provided to you during production by our support team. We are always here to assist you with any questions and/or concerns. Please read over our FAQ's about "Private Label Terms and Conditions". We value all your feedback and concerns. Thank you so much for becoming a client to us. Also, you disputed charges after receiving products. This account is in collections at this moment. The Frost team can not have any more conversions with you at this time due to the fraudulent charge-back.

This company has to be the biggest scam of all time. Again, we have proven documents of RECEIPTS (refer to *** and your one and only customer support *** where is shows add-ons and package paid for. How in the world are you all keeping up with documents? Because if its how you all are keeping up with your shipping times then I could only imagine how incorrect your documents are. THERE WAS NO 3-WEEK DIFFERENCE. Regardless, it still does not make up for you failing to show accountability of our order being 4 months and counting LATE!

Secondly, it is proof showing you verbally and IN WRITING stating that you covered all charges from this "logo mishap". Then all of a sudden your company turns around IN APRIL to tell us you've charged $600 to our balance with no proof of receipts, no forewarning, no NOTHING. So miss us with your consistent lies, your unorganized business, and your scams.

You sent us a partial order when we PAID FOR 16 COLORS AND 198 UNITS. You failed to deliver on time. You failed to deliver our complete count of products. Your customer service is bottom of the barrel. Our lipsticks weren't even organized in the box. You tell us in APRIL that we don't have name labels on our lipsticks. Your cosmetic company is a joke. You've delete reviews from others calling them liars to save face instead of reevaluating on how you can actually make your company better and not just trying to scam people out of thousands of dollars for D-list products. You all have made this experience severely difficult, frustrating, and horrible for something that was meant to be full of joy. So thanks for your mediocre business practices.

Third, please stop with the "discontinuing" of conversation when your "facebook lawyer" contacted us asking us questions via facebook messenger like a "professional legal department" would. The only thing fraudulent is this business and its morale. We gave you all the benefit of the doubt upon reading reviews about this company to only and unfortunately find out that we now share the same horror story with those very same people we read about ONE TO TWO YEARS AGO.

Its not your customers. It's you all. I am sorry, but someone needs to tell you all. I hope you all get better, because this cannot be the way you do business otherwise reviews will ruin your company before you think you have a chance to even take off. Do better!
