I *** was told it would take 45 business days and I would receive my order by 01/11/2018
I have not received my order yet I have been receiving emails from *** OWNER and Director *** CSR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FROST COSMETICS stating
that My ETA would be shipping out 02/16/2018 AND I WOULD BE RECIEVING A TRACKING NUMBER
I'M GETTING THE RUN ARROUND I NEED HELP RECORVERING MY PRODUCTS OR HAVE THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY

Hello,

*** places an order on September 28, 2017, Four days after placing an order, Ms. disputed charges with the claim stating that her bank disputed charges themselves. The customer waited 2 months later to complete the payment of the balance she disputed on her order. Frost Cosmetics policy states "all orders must be paid in full before production starts". When this customer disputed charges with 1 out of 2 credit cards, Frost Cosmetics were instructed by the bank to allow 60 days to go by to make sure Ms. would not dispute charges after receiving merchandise. This information was given to the customer. Ms. has been in regular contact with Frost sales team and customer service directors. Frost has informed Ms. of her order status. Ms. violated our "Terms and Conditions" policy. After reviewing of Ms. Grants belligerent and treating calls to our staff, Frost Cosmetics will no longer do business with Ms.. This complaint is the last resort to discredit our business.

No I do not accept I payed them in full they received full payment through my capital one credit card and western union I been promised to receive my order on January 11 still no order I have all emails from *** with different eta dates Unacceptable They did not keep there promise on delivery on time they were paid in full I'm requesting a refund or product delivered

There is no voliattion they didn't keep there promise to have my order delivered I have made several attempts through chat on frost cosmetic website to have my order delivered sometimes I'll get no response call there number voicemail full again it doesn't take 5 months to delver my order frost cosmetic failed to deliver I'm asking for refund or product delivered

Never received products purchased
When I first conducted business I ordered a set of Nail polish and everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. Because of this, I decided to place a second order of Nail polish and lipstick in August of 2017. After three months of no correspondence, I decided to place a call to find out the status and was told I still owed $20 and they would not started my order until it was paid!! I questioned why would they hold up my order for $20 when I paid $*** to them!! They alleged it was their policy and now I would have to wait another 45 days for production. Still no communication from Frost I called them in December 2017 and was told it was not ready and assured it would be shipped in January 2018. It is now February 2018 and still no product!!! I have emailed and called with no response from the company!! I'm fed up! My company has lost money from this!

For them to provide a refund and to provide better service for future companies.

Please we any customer checkout online for any purchases, there is a mandatory checkbox to that stated: "I fully understand that I will need to be a charge for add-on colors". There was a called and email send to you from our email team about your extra amount due. For your personal reasons; you took the extra timeframe to contact us back to make payment. It does not matter if there was a balance of $1.00. All balances must be paid in full before production starts on any and all orders. Your order is scheduled to ship from our location March 1, 2017. There were emails blasts that went out to all customers about the California mud storms that stop production for a few weeks. This situation caused a delay in all orders. I received no corrospondance from the company since the time I initially placed my order late August. I contacted the company myself and paid the remaining balance on November 6, which was after the wildfire in CA. I was advised verbally that the order would be shipped within 45 days. That would be January. With no concern or apology from the company I waited and recontacted them January 28 and was told by a rep. the ship date was February 2.
Since then I have called with no response until now with a new date of March. That would make it 5 months!!! No do not accept this response, I want a full refund. I cannot do business with a dishonest and thieving company. The owner is unprofessional, instead of resolving the issue, she resulted in posting to my business page with defimation of my business. This women doesn't know my business. She has my money for I am the consumer. I have lost money and time. I would like to cut all ties and request for the money to be returned

After researching this client order history. The client had an open balance that is still pending. Orders do not ship out when there is a balance due. This client was advised of balance several different ways. Client choose not to pay balance which placed order as abandon.

Your company has not resolved this matter. So I don't know what false records they are ooking into. The fact remains this company took my money and failed to return it or send products ordered. It has been more than a year and your company refuse to take responsibility for failing this order. If my company failed to pay a balance , why did your company accept and refuse to return $***? This company are run by crooks and frauds. This issue remain unsolved and I am not satisfied.

6/14/17 I ordered samples and company states 7-20 business days I will get order I got the middle of August. 7/11/17 I placed my order #909 totaled $2,327.25. $500 was paid on 7/13/17 and the rest was financed. Email states after $500 was paid I will receive promissonary note for the finance company however I did not receive that until 10/31/17.
8/4, 8/8, 8/15 I sent emails and placed calls inquiring about my sample order which I have copies of.
8/16 I emailed expressing my dissatisfaction with the customer service
I then received my samples after they sent to wrong address.
9/7 I emailed colors I wanted for my order and 9/12 they emailed back saying add on colors must be paid upfront with a signed authorization form that was attached to email. I emailed Back asking about estimated time of production and they responded 15-45 business days. On 9/13 I emailed authorization form for $112 Payment and that was deducted on 9/15/17. On 10/12 I got an email about production freeze due to mandatory evacuation and on 10/20 I received an email stating production has resumed. On 10/20, 11/3 emailed back asking about the status of the order. 11/4 I emailed expressing my interest in wanting to cancel my order because I was a very dissatisfied customer and cannot run a busines with a unreliable vendor. 11/4 Company responded that I must sign promissory note that was sent on 10/31 when it was suppose to be sent after the $500 deposit was sent on 7/13/17. Why didn't I get this almost four months later? On 11/8 in response to my cancellation email frost emailed me saying my order will continue to process and that was the last time I heard from them to this day 12/4. On 11/14 promissory note was mailed. 11/15 I emailed them letting them know according to tracking they will have it on 11/16. 11/20, 11/27 emailed about my order status and got no reponse. 11/28 I called twice and left a voicemail which I have a screenshot of Call logs and have copies of EVERY interaction via email as evidence on what I just typed. In the voicemail I expressed my frustration with this company and wanted out if a rep did not get back to me. You will not take my money and allow me into a loan agreement when I have yet to get my products or even a response from the company. 12/3 my bank was contacted and I told them abou the issue. 12/4 I sent bank documents to support my claim and they said they will issue me a refund for the 500 and 121 and changed my account info to prevent the company from touching my account and I was told to report them. It has been101 business days since order was placed and about a month of no contact after I have attempted to reach business on numerous ossasions. I am not interested in working with frost cosmetics and since I have yet to receive the products I will like to discontinue our business relationship and cancel this loan agreement which states it is active 30 days after products are received

Desired Outcome

I want no further contact from this business and i want my "loan agreement " to be dismissed. Loan agreement states payment will be required 30 days after products have been delivered. I have yet to get products and i NO LONGER want the products or anything to do with this company ! I have contacted them NUMEROUS times with no response from them therefore i don't need a response now.just remove me out your database

Customer is a Fiancée to Frost. Customer was told over the phone and via email to complete process for package she must print, sign and mail promissory note. Customer was advised throughout the whole process that our terms and conditions must be followed in order to completion to receive order in 45 business days. Order processing timeframe is estimated 45 business days excluding weekends and holidays after Promissory Note is recorded in from shipping center. Ordered items for private labeling through company has been 6 months have not received products, requested a refund company has not responded since.
I made my first wholesale purchase through company April 22 then May 8th & 12th of 2017. The site stated that it take 45 business days to make products before shipping products for private labeling. I invested about $*** into private labeling with Frost Cosmetics. I made payments over the phone with my business account through TD Bank. I followed up with several email to follow up with item, July and August and September and early October. All contact was through via email or phone with Sales Rep *** He keeps advising that they had production issues and evacuation issues. The order numbers for the products are *** of $*** (this fee is the bundle package cost for 3 bundles), *** (this fee was the color fee), #XXX XXX.25 ( this fee was for a deposit for a line of credit to purchase glitter lipsticks ) *** (this fee was for addition products for lips, eyes and hot stamping for products) *** (this fee has not process was the amount that would be owed for the line of credit that I was approved for when they ran my social security number so now they have my personal information in there system. *** (this fee for more additional color charge). Todays date is November 19th 2017, I have not heard from Frost Cosmetics since October 17th. It has been a whole month since the company reached out about my refund that I requested over the phone end of September via phone. Then I submitted a request via email for refund Oct 16th of 2017. This company has multiple Revdex.com reviews and complaints because they create multiple pages I wish I had seen all the reviews they had before I invested my hard earn money to a fraudulent company who doesn't keep there word or just doesn't delivery proper customer service. The company doesn't even have a return policy on there website so I deserve a full refund on my products. They do not inform you on any legal matters in terms of shipping or refund policy.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a full refund. If I can not receive a full refund further legal actions will be taken for products I have not received within six months of trying to do business with a unfit company.

The company is lying. for one there is no policy listed on there website nor there reciets upon payment. second when I spoke with them over the phone and I have a thrid party witness of the conversation. I was told my items would be shipped nothing was ever sent on the second week of October. I then followed up and the man on the phone acted like he didnt know what I was talking about when I followed up and I told him hes is the one who told me when my package would leave. Then he goes and say there was a n issue with labeling and they would have to redo the whole entire formula for product then new tubings. After that conversation I asked what about my second order is that not ready he said no and they would ship when first order is available. I aksed why shoudl I wait on first package if you can process the second order. I then asked for refund and said how does it work. He said I can file a cliam via email through company and it will go under investagation. I never received an email back stating any follow up on investagation. That is when I sent a email stating to stop production, because I recieved an email stating they have stopped production due to California Forest fire which had nothing to do with there location. I request that I receive a full refund I will not tolerate this any further until I recieve my whole $***, that I invested in the Frost Company if I do not I will pursue legal actions. I have not recieved a product nor a satisfied customer. It is pushing 8months todays date is December 8th, 2017. I made my first order April 2017 and second order May 2017 then followed up July 2017 when I had breached my 45 business days of creating the product. Then I follow up Aug, Sept, and the in October I decided give me my refund, if I can not freeze my order because from the timeline nothing was ever made. So how can they respond and say my product was in its final stages at what point was it in its final stage? Because from July-October there was an excuse to shut down or slow down production. They could even attach prove to back them up on where it shows there policy on site or receipt. The man doesn't even use his real name that answers the phone and he says they are on a recorded line they will see I'm telling the truth but that's if they aren't lying about it being a recorded line. I just want my refund and can make business with other people. Don't say you can produce a certain amount when you can not fulfill large orders.

Our records show that this client canceled there work in the middle of the completion of there order. As our terms and conditions states "orders that are canceled after 5 days of order submission will not be eligible for refund or exchange in raw ingredients.

I placed an order with Frost Cosmetics on May 31, 2017 and I have yet to receive what I ordered.
I placed my order with Frost Cosmetics on May 31,2017 for the amount of $*** for *** items and when I placed my order the website said it should take from 15-45 business days. In July I received an email from them about my logo and we got that done. Well I ended up emailing the sales representative again a few weeks later and I never got an email back. So I've been calling and emailing them since then and have not been getting any response. No one will answer the phone.

I had to find another company to supply me so I would really just like a refund.

The customer was advised of our re-location warning letter that we will be shut down to relocate the company to a better environment. The customer was advised that there was a total shutdown in Phoenix due to the severe heat warnings throughout Arizona. The customer has been updated on all major issues. Frost Cosmetics products are made fresh and with all natural ingredients. Each order is made custom to customer preference. All customers are advised that no orders are refunded or cancel after ordering within 5 days after purchase. Our FAQ's advised all customers that all orders are "estimate" in case a major issue arrives. Customer must understand that cosmetics is a very important formulation that goes on a person skin and must be handle with extra care and compliance with FDA regulations. Our records do not indicate any inquiries from the customer about any updated issues. We are always here to respond and talk to our customers. The customer must know that the Revdex.com can not assist with Frost ordering systems only Frost representatives. So please contact us to clear up this matter. Thank you.
