The items stolen were gifts from my dad that passed away and had sentimental valueThis company has caused me nothing but emotional stressSo if you value your belongings, do not use this company
We were very pleased with them helping us avoid what could be a very stressful situationWe thought that having to relocate to a different city would be a very unpleasant experienceWe enjoyed the staff that helped us with the packing, they were polite and considerate of any concerns that we hadI will recommend this company to my friends, because the move was so painless and efficient

As I lived in a high-rise apartment block, I had to notify the manager of exactly when I was movingThen the manager gave me a time slot to use the elevatorWhen I called united relocation group to move my stuffs, I notified them of this issue since I would lose the slot if they arrived lateTheir crew arrived exactly on time and since it was the first appointment of the day, they were all very charged upThey finished bringing everything downstairs within the timeframe I was givenMy manager said that he has seen many movers but never has he seen such efficient onesI was even more impressed when they managed to transport all my belongings in perfect conditionThese movers managed to complete this move so fast and efficiently
He and the team at United Relocation Group are such accommodating and friendly folks and make it very easy to get a quote They responded to my inquiries late at night and early in the morning Definitely a great experience!

I have never in my life felt so disgusted and violated On May 11, 2016, United Relocation Group was hired by myself and my husband to move our household goods from Ohio to Texas They arrived late and loaded our things finally at around 11:pm May When we arrived in Texas, the movers told us they would be there the first week We waited, and waited I have children mind you with no beds, no toys, We basically have our life in that truck The next day I called to check the status, and the customer service was rude when I asked for an update They told me they could not tell me where my things were Well a week goes by, and the supervisor calls apologizing that our household goods were somehow driven to Florida! So still with no items, having to pay these people was making me very angry A week goes by I receive a call from Hank promising our things be delivered Memorial Day weekend No show Hank calls the Tuesday after Memorial Day, telling us that the drivers lied to him and told him they were on the way, but instead had been in FL partying So more waiting with my five children sleeping on a floor with no clothes but the ones we brought My baby sleeping in a hard playpen Hank calls again that Thursday telling me our goods will be there that evening They did not arrive until am on a Saturday morning As they began unloading the items, I see boxes that are marked fragile completely crushed Large antiques coming out of the truck in pieces The driver states thats how they gave it to him As we begin going through our things, we start noticing many items and electronics missing To include a brand new ***, a surround sound system, TV, even boxes of my children's clothing! I have many antiques missing, and the driver still insisting that that's all they gave him in FL I am in the process of taking legal action, but I would not recommend this company to anyone! I feel violated, lied to, we were robbed, and electronics can be replaced, but it is the anger of knowing that ruthless people stole irreplaceable things like picture albums, family heirlooms, etc They are thieves, and my children are so upset about this and so are we We have had a rough time getting back to our routine, just knowing that someone took basically everything worth value

It is the second time they made it look like no big deal about moving from one state to another. I went from North Carolina to Ohio and got pretty accurate timescale for the transportation and also the price did not vary too much from what we initially agreed.
They were short on stuff this time, it took them a little more to load everything but when they arrived to our front yard I didn’t feel a difference when they unloaded everything since they were really professional.
I hate to move, but if I’ll have to do it again, it definitely will be through them.

I had to move and needed a good mover. My coworkers have used United Relocation movers and had many good things to say about them.The moving rate was cheaper then others. It was a full pack move. I got a moving quote online from Nick. We went though the list of items need to be moved. I liked the moving quote I got. $5.300.00 It was my first move for the past 12 years. Movers showed up at their scheduled time, they were careful and professional.I signed all the paperwork work, mover's
"foreman" was nice guy, he explained in detail about delivery date, packaging FEE , how many hours they need to complete the move, etc.
And Cynthia, mover's dispatcher asked me to leave online review and share my experience. During the job Foreman explained me about additional charges for overload, long carry and Packaging( they quoted $270 to pack my stuff and charged $700). About overload, it was a full moving van with mu belonging, even mattresses were placed in the back, movers compared hard copy of the article list they had on move date with original list they load to the truck and it was way more items.
I talked to the office manager, and got a huge discount $1700
Happy!!!
We shook our hands, I agreed to a new price. $7000
Probably the best thing about them is that they don't have hidden charges. I own a business myself and I know as long as you are straight forward and you know what you want and need then you will get an accurate quote and the service that you look for.
They arranged everything as agreed, I was told initially that my date is not available and the closest was in almost a week, which was not good enough. I said now or never and they fitted it just right. Of course was a charge of 300 dollars since there was a detour from another order just to comfort my request but this is what business and good customer service is about, to make it possible when even it seems impossible.
A little more than 24 hours and 3350 dollars Colorado to California. Packed, delivered.
That is all I needed and that is what I got from them.
Do yourself a favor and stay away.

HELL after that. Overcharged by almost double the cubic footage (more than $3,000 overcharge!). The delivery truck arrived without support stuff and I had to do most of the work with the driver (until a couple day laborers showed up towards the end of the move). I've been given the run around for over 5 months, being thrown back and forth between their insurance company (which apparently does not handle overcharge claims but took 18 weeks to let me know) and the moving company's customer service. Moving is stressful enough without hyena's trying to rob you shamelessly on the way.
I have only one regret after using United Relocation Group and it was that I didn't know about them before. It saved me so much time and effort. Usually it is an annoying week to call, get different quotes, have dates that you don't want and so on. But with them I was fully covered. They packed everything, they helped with my daughters piano and it has few hundred of pounds and they didn't complain about it being heavy or that they had to go two floors with it. They just did it as part of their job routine.

Got pretty accurate quote from the first interaction(maybe a hundred on top of what they initially said) and also they did not ignore my wife which constantly was calling customer service to find out how much closer they are to our home, even vow it was taking 5 to 10 minutes to get through to them.
Only thing that bothered me is that they couldn't assist me with assembling the furniture, but nothing I couldn't handle myself.

They packed everything properly and we waited for half an hour more just for one of their sales representative to make the list and after I signed I was expecting something to happen. But nothing really happened, they delivered everything in time.
Two of the chairs we a little more loose than before, probably too much weight was on them during the transportation, but that is not a big deal, we wanted to change them anyway.
I called later customer service about my chairs and I was guided how to make a claim, but it is taking too long, I’d rather pay few bucks to take new ones and avoid this endless time on the phone.
