I Highly recommend United Relocation movers. It was a corporate move, we were looking for trusted company in Chicago area. I got more than 20 calls when applied online for a moving quote. So, I suggest call movers directly.
Personally visited their office in Chicago. It is nice and big office with warehouse facility, cameras all around, storage was heated and summer time movers use A/C. Our office is moving from Downtown Chicago to Texas, Dallas area. We were looking for movers with storage, cause need to keep all furniture and equipment for one month. It was the right Moving Company. It took movers 2 days to clear our office in downtown and store belongings into mover's storage. Flat rate move cost my company $7K, I am happy that movers send over the Moving Agent, who inspected and created the inventory list of tims need to be moved, prior movers arrived on the move day. No Surprises!
Again, would like to give thanks to Nick, my personal moving agent and Marana ( customer support). Great Job Guys !!!
It is the second time they made it look like no big deal about moving from one state to new place.
I went with United movers from Chicago, IL to Austin, TX. First time I hired them, I have checked their status with DOT online, "NOT Brokers". I got pretty accurate quote, my moving coordinator Nick came in to inspect items need to be moved, provided visual estimate. No surprises.
It took them a little more to load everything, because of second floor( one flight no FEE).
Delivered on time, no damages, nothing broken , yes there were few scratches, I called United relocation claim department, they took action!
I hate to move, if I have to, again, definitely use United Relocation movers
I have to say after moving 3 times in the last 2 year's I have never had such a professional move with any company as I have with United Relocation Group. My rep Jason Was Great and was very helpful throughout my move. I also was very impressed as promised my price I received is exactly what I paid "first time my price did not go up 50% from my original price I was given. I just received my delivery yesterday and everything was set up as I wanted it and they even wiped down all the furniture and took all garbage with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a stress free move!!!
