It could not have been a better experience, especially since I was so disorganized. They made the whole process smooth sailing. I definitely recommend the company.

I cannot recommend them enough...completely respectful of my home and my "stuff". Each of the five movers did an outstanding, back-breaking job and you can tell that they love what they do, how they do it and who they do it with. No damage, clean and even took away things that "didn't make the cut" to be donated. They are the best in the area. I will recommend to all of my clients!

The movers who helped me, they were amazing. They were so nice and professional. United Relocation Group is an easy company to work with and are very accommodating.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews here. I also had the worst experience of my life with United Relocation Group (to the point of hysterically crying on the phone with the sales rep...). I would not recommend using this company for any future moves, regardless of how nice the Sales people are. They cannot control their drivers, thus they will hold your things hostage and they make no effort to compensate for the undue stress or lost/damaged items.

Here is my experience:-
Hank was the person who gave me a quote for 2500 to move from Madison, WI to Denver, CO. He spoke very nice, remembered our dogs name, etc. He asked me to pay 2 payments, 1 before and 1 at delivery (cash or post office check only).

The delivery guys came and wouldn't load the stuff for 90 minutes while they attempted to charge me more. Eventually we agreed that it was likely more, but they were saying to much and that they should load the goods and determine the actual sq footage and then I would agree to the price. It was almost +$1500. (this isn't totally unique behavior, just added to the list)

I called them to change the delivery address a few days before the delivery, to a storage unit and told them a 52' truck wouldn't fit up next to the unit. No problem they said.

Delivery guys arrived on time, charged an additional fee to walk to the storage unit. Because I hadn't been told of this fee I didn't have cash/post office check to cover this and called Hank to do a credit card authorization. The driver proceeded to tell me "I no take credit card, only cash. That my money not business money," which is the sketchiest thing I've every heard. He said if I didn't pay them in 10 minutes they would leave with my stuff. It was $75, which I was willing to pay, just not in cash.

Our Xbox One never arrived.

They continued to remove all the blankets from the furniture, even though we were putting them in storage and charged us an additional $300 to keep the blanket on.

Best movers ever!
-prompt
-careful
-courteous
-communicative

A seamless experience from start to finish, and we ended up coming in under our quote!! Will absolutely use them again.

United Relocation Movers were GREAT! They helped us to move to another state. It was first time using this moving company. I got a a call from Chris and and we went through the items I need to move, he gave me a quote that I like. He asked me about 25% deposit to reserve the move($605). The binding estimate for my move was $2500.
On the move day I decided to add xtra boxes, movers( LEO) explained me the contract's policy, I was billed for another $700 same day.
Guys were friendly and hardworking.
Delivery guy in FL repositioned all of our furniture, they were very careful with our stuff.
I would recommend this company and use their service again!!!

Use these movers if you want to damage your furniture and deal with rude movers who don't even know English and loose the money. They hold your stuff hostage. They are criminals and worst movers ever. They are criminals who steal the money and break your stuff if you talk more. You should probably hire an attorney before signing with them.
Here is my experience:-
Chris was the person who gave me a quote for 2000 to move from Madison, WI to Austin, TX. He spoke very nice until he received advance payment of 530. Asked me to pay remaining as 2 payments before and after delivery.

The delivery guys came 1 day late than they scheduled. I had booked my flight ticket and had to reschedule it. They started moving at noon, and finished at 10 PM night, and the moving guy said 1000 bucks more than quote, he had settled down in the apartment and not getting out, I told I will call cops and he left.

On delivery in Austin, I had most of furniture broken, or they on purpose broke it on delivery,. I was asked to file a claim and send pictures in email , no response with email or phone after delivery.

I was planning to move from Ilinois to Florida. One of my friend/neighbor recommended to me this company United Relocation Group, so I decided to contact them and to see how much will cost me and how long will take to receive my staff. I talked initially with Nick, he was very supportive and very helpful. My initial estimated was quoted for almost $5000.00 but there it was included the packing and all other staff witch it was fine with me because I work very long hrs and I have no help for packing, so this it was very convenient for me. The drivers showed up on time, as the dispatcher Mariana called me 2 days in advance and informed me the time when they will arrive, they did an excellent job, they pack my staff very good and work super fast. I requested my staff to be delivery in 3-5 days which they did it in 4 days, it was great. They arrived at the location, unpacked everything, put my staff together. As a single mom this experience was one of the best for me because I almost didn’t do anything. I had a very good experience with this company; I am not sure why people are complaining unless they have nothing to do. I didn't receive any damage or missing staff (like some other people said). First when I read the reviews I didn't have a good impression about this company but I still decided to go with because I trusted the person who recommended to me, and his recommendations proved me right. I will go with this company 1 more time 100%.

Very good experience, well organized, on time, staff was professional and efficient. Price was reasonable and they took care of everything including packing the kitchen, moving storage and setting up the tables and bedroom furniture. Will use them again. They were excellent. Thank you!

I am sure you know, moving is stressful. It is a #3 in the list, after bankruptcy and divorce.
I had every confidence that United Relocation Moving Group will provide with great service, Ron and Nikolas were helpful during entire move, until they contacted me that my furniture was loaded into the truck/trailer and I was told that Driver will get to my house in 2-3 Days. By the way, this movers moved my belongings from Chicago, IL to Phoenix, AZ.
Driver never answer my calls, Ron could not reach him out .At the end we found out truck was broken on the way in New Mexico, because of hit, and truck ran 2 days later.
Generally I am happy with United Relocation Group, hope during next 5 years not gonna move out of state ,if needed will go with them again

I really wish I would have never used them. My things were picked up on 7/15/16 and here it is now 8/05/16 and still sitting on an air mattress. Amazingly enough when they were trying to get my business they wouldnt stop calling and once they got it I cant get a return phone call. Was promised (lied to) that it would be 7-10 days at most. I've tried calling their customer service that is supposedly 24/7 and get a voicemail message with the following sorry mailbox is full. I also have called numerous times their "direct line" also without a call back. Finally talked to Cynthia again this week after she promised that she would contact me as soon as my things were loaded on the truck. I called her (during business hours) to find out that it was in transit but and she apologized again very sincerely (lol) saying that she had just been notified and would file another "complaint" because it was unacceptable like she was actually concerned. So after being told that it was in transit and it would be friday or saturday or sunday they just werent sure when they would get to it the driver calls me at 630pm on Friday to let me know there is going to be another $350 charge because they can't pull the semi into the apartment complex and they are going to have to use a shuttle service. Not the drivers fault not blaming him at all but he still cant tell me when he will be here maybe tomorrow maybe sunday. But now that he cant drive the semi and trailer in here if I were to use the shuttle service he has no idea how soon I will get my things. DO NOT USE THEM! Again the guy Ron [redacted] that I talked to in the beginning of this nightmare was Johnny on the spot up until the contract was signed. Now again I sit here on Friday knowing that Cynthia wont be back in until Monday to return a phone call (I only know this because she informed me she doesnt work weekends and if she takes a day off no one answers her phone or returns calls) 24/7 customer service what a joke. I've called Ron, Cynthia, Customer service and the driver. Still no answers or calls back. I can't stress enough about not using them. The driver who called said he would contact dispatch and have them contact me but then he called back and said they would tomorrow. I am not paying them another penny. I will have them unload it on the street! Really wish I would have seen honest reviews before using them. And now as I go to post this I see other bad reviews with replys from their customer service they must be too busy surfing the net to answer the phone. But they have the apology down to a tee! And they can save their time replying to this one because it will fall on deaf ears.

We decided to hire United relocation group based on very good reviews. The guys moved everything very smoothly. They have been honest to keep the walls and floors stain free and they did the job pretty perfectly. The movers brought blankets to pack delicate items. I was gifted a grand piano by my father and the crew packed the instrument very professionally, which was not possible for many movers. I had to check every single item but nothing got damaged. I was so happy with the work they did. I wish their success.

United relocation group is such an amazing moving company. They took such great care of my valuables while moving them. I originally hired them only because their quote seemed amazingly reasonable to me. I wasn’t expecting much but their performance turned out to be very satisfactory. The movers arrived right on time with all their tools. They wasted no time while packing everything. They were extra careful while packing my breakables. They neatly finished packing and loading everything. The delivery was made the next day and nothing went missing or damaged. It was then I realized how perfect this move really was.

I made a final decision to hire a mover after getting bids from four moving companies. I contacted the three other movers who were not selected via email to inform them that I had selected another mover. United Relocation Group called me and asked for an opportunity to re-bid for my business. I then emailed them the typed property inventory list so a re-bid could be made in accordance with the previous company (the first bid was based on a verbal list). United Relocation Group called me back and stated that the supervisor had approved the move for $880.00 lower then the company I chose. Based on this assertion I chose to give my business to United Relocations Group to pick up my possessions on April 16th in Indiana and deliver them on May 2nd to Texas. However, at the time, I did not know that United Relocation Group changed the original cubic feet from 1,900 to 1,600 in order to lower the price.

On Saturday, April 16, 2016, representative from United Relocations Group arrived at the storage facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana with a truck that I could clearly see was too small. Immediately the mover, Leo, indicated that he could not get all of my items in the truck. He tried to charge me more for the entire 1,900 cubic feet, but I refused because the truck would not hold the entire cargo. Then, Leo decided to start loading the truck.
My complaint is that the actual cost was not in accordance to the estimate, the bill of lading, nor per weight. The following conclusion drawn is based on the following;
• First, the movers just picked items between the two storage units and loaded the truck. They paid no attention to what was on the actual inventory list, the possible weight, or size. Their only mission was to pack a truck.
• Second, there was no weight certification indicating that these items were weighed. There is no Certified Automated Truck Scale ticket showing the weight. However, I have evidence from the subsequent moving company that I was being charged for 12,000lbs, when I actually had 7,560lbs.
• Third, the items moved were actually 1,400 cubic feet.

My evidence is derived from my subsequent moving company that then moved the same items (with about 10 boxes more) from Texas to Georgia I know this 43 days later. I received a job offer in Georgia. Upon receiving this information I did not unpack or open many boxes, but left them in the same state and called another moving company. After the truck was loaded, I was invited into the truck to see for my own eyes that the actual cubic feet was 1400. I also received the Certified Automated Truck Scale ticket indicating the before and after weight.

Based on the above, my complaint is that my business was obtained by fraud, I overpaid for the move, and I am suffering further cost. I overpaid for 2/3rds of my items to be moved. According to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, once my goods are loaded, the mover is contractually bound to provide the service described in the bill of lading. My personal possessions did not total 1600 cubic feet. Thus, the actual moving price, based on this measurement, was not in accordance to the condition imposed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The actual cost should have been adjusted to reflect the actual cubic feet or the weight.

In addition, as a result of their misrepresentation and fraudulent act, I am therefore, required to hire another moving company, purchase an airplane ticket to fly back to Indiana to move the other 1/3rd, and have my possessions delivered to me at an additional cost that far exceeds what was represented to me by United Relocation Group. The misrepresentation/fraud by the customer representative and/or movers were deliberate untrue assertions of material facts with knowledge of falsity and intent to deceive, that induced actual reliance, to result in my economic loss.

I never felt so helpless and harassed in my life before experience with United Relocation group. Ron quoted an amount $1590 for my relocation from WI to NJ with an absolute confirmation of drop date of all my home stuff. My relocation was for our family of 3 members and we packed everything except big items like Dining tables, Sofa etc. Ron had mentioned any additional item will be charged as per the cubic feet rate per my quote with standard volume of each stuff. Mike who came to pick stuff added $900 extra for few additional stuff giving reason Ron does not understand estimation and is a typical sales man. My home at New Berlin, WI was in Ground Floor (13281 W Fountain Drive, Apt 1,) No stairs but the destination at Princeton NJ is at 2nd floor, so had added $150 in my initial quote as stair charges for delivery. Mike will change that $150 as stair charge at origin where there is no stairs and the delivery guys will ask you to pay $150 extra as stair charge for destination else will dump stuff at the ground floor at destination though my apartment is at 2nd Floor. I ended up paying $2640 for an initial quote of $1590 and had to deal with Rude people like Mike & the person came to deliver stuff. There is no update of shipment, no tracking mechanism. Ron picks up phone based on his own wishes and after closing the deal will just mention its no more his responsibility and helpline will provide all info. Anyone moving with family can understand the feeling and will not be left with any option other than praying to god that stuff arrives in time as there is no way to track any shipment and no one to answer. Cynthia at helpline will only answer that she will get back when she has any info. Not sure who keeps info in this company and if there is any check of customer complaints. Would never recommend this company to anyone as there are full of liars, rude people, no tracking of shipment and will charge you a lot extra by cheating and playing with documents you sign. Please be careful in signing anything as after your stuff is loaded you will not have any control. Ron, Mike and company is a big cheat and be careful in dealing with them.

Would like to share my moving experience (United Relocation Group) friend of mine [redacted] highly recommended this company.
Estimator came to inspect items need to be moved, 2 weeks prior the move date.
we agreed on price , $1800. Moved from Chicago to Sacramento, CA.
A week before the move day, I picked up moving supplies (10 dish boxes, 3 wardrobe boxes, 10 rolls of tape, roll of packing paper) from their warehouse in Chicago.
We had our boxes packed ready on the move day. The day before moving out I got the call from mover's Dispatcher Sophie, she was nice and confirmed what time movers arrive.
Next day, driver called me, said they are on the way. Movers arrived on time, wrapped my furniture with blankets, loaded to small truck. I got 30 days FREE storage. For some reason they kept my stuff 2 weeks only in Chicago location, after that shipped to California. I TOLD them I dont have place to stay, they placed my belongings in to the storage in Cali. 2 weeks later I confirmed with them the day I can receive my furniture. Because of my new job I could make it on the weekends only. I found the way, left my keys to office manager, driver arrived and put all my stuff in. I found that the furniture wasn't damaged and all boxes were delivered according to the list.
I would strongly recommend United Relocation Group for long and short distance moving.
Thank you guys!!!!

We used their services few months ago. What can I say, just perfect. Really reasonable price. Good packing, I mean even the boxes and the tape seemed really good, not like I am an expert in duct tape, but when we unpacked most of the things, it was clean and nothing was broken. I think the result speaks for itself. In the beginning we were unsure if anything was missing, after a week or two we finished unpacking, everything is in place. No worries there.
Thank you and definitely recommend united relocation.

Best move ever. Seriously, they were insanely efficient, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They packed and moved us, and did a great job at both. I'd hire them again in the area.

They have changed the price from initial quote with about 500, yeah I know it is my fault because I didn't include my motorcycle on the initial estimate, but any way it was acceptable.

But all the rest was good. We had to play a little with the dates to get it right because they were busy at the date I wanted. The movers had all the required tools to make it look professional. No contribution or guidance was required from my side. They were straight forward about the charges too so no surprises there.

I recommend them.

Can't say it was something special. Everything was delivered in reasonable time (3 days we agreed on), nothing was broken and they were helpful. It is quite what I needed and this is what I have got from them. Why 5 stars, because none of my friends had the same good experience with a moving company. They were professional, they knew what they were doing, they started with my bedrooms and finished with my garage and where packing it as it is their own belongings.
