Unprofessional/Unresponsive
All started out well but went down hill fast on delivery. The movers did not put furniture back together as promise, many broken items on delivery, scratch flooring and damaged baseboards (completely new house, 1st owners). The movers were in such a hurry to get to their next job they left us no paperwork so we cannot file a claim. WE have notified the main office and to this point they have not returned our calls or even sent a follow-up email. I guess our only recourse is to file a BBB and Attorney General complaint? All this could be avoided with follow-up communications, but I guess since they have our money it is not likely to happen (Seattle WA. to Summerfield, FL.)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They promised full insurance and gave me partial I had over $of damage and were about days late and are only offering me $to change my opinions I don't think I should be penalized for any of their damages and I don't think they should be allowed to do business with the practices they hold like forcing individuals into signing contracts Ive just emailed them declining their offer Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , First allow me to apologize for the delay and shortage of communicationwe have experienced numerous delays on one load and unfortunately it is the one you are onI have personally gotten involved in handling the delivery and service aspect of these shipments as we are aware we are running much later then anticipatedi believe you have already received notice of estimated delivery 17-furthermore we have discounted $of of your delivery balance and have adjusted from $to $1187.I hope to get you delivered in a timely manner and will see what we can do to expedite it.please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] for any more concerns if that is more comfortable for you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me All they hey have done is take my stuff and threaten to auction every time I ask them to abide by contract

To whom it may concern,The client has indeed asked to provide with a binding quotevia visual estimate***, our manager personally arrived for a visual thatgenerated a 3,CF quote at per Cube at over $8, [redacted] explained thereis no way to do this with one foot truck as an avgfoot truck can accommodateCubic feetThe client requested to build a flat rate for one designatedfoot truck at $4,and claimed he will downsize as much as neededI haveattached the quote explaining he is paying for one dedicated truck at a lockedand discounted rateWhen [redacted] (same guy that did the visual) loaded the truckhe ended up taking over Cubic feet and had explained yet again he willload the truck as much as possible (I am sure there are no arguments on that)Theclient has received all services paid for and moreWe have explained to theclient that if he would like us to come load the remainder of the items it willbe additionalWe have provided a quote and will not be able to change anythingelse as we believe we have met all expectations

As explained before, there is a claim department designated licensed and authorized to handle all claims submitted based on federal regulations. The client was provided with this complimentary adjuster details and should move forward with the claim process in order for us to handel and address all issues

To whom it may concern, We have looked through all records (from initial estimation process through the final loading contract) they all state our regular delivery procedures up up to business days from first available dateMr [redacted] contacted us in writing on 9-to place 10-as his first available date, we re-explained the delivery procedure back on 09-againand then on 09-he sent another email changing the 1st available to 09- with 09-being first available we guarantee delivery within business days from that date (based on quote, contract and federal regulations) hence we are only business days inThe load is in route and should deliver within 4-days

My family and I recently moved from Sacramento to Las VegasWe had never moved out of state before, and we had never used a full-service companyWe used Full House Movers to pack and move usThe whole experience was greatMy contact person was available to answer any questions throughout the processWe were communicating via email in the beginning, but he took the time out of his day to call me and make sure I didn't have any further questionsHe even called on the actual moving day to make sure things were going wellI was excited that the movers arrived in our house when they said they would arrive! The crew was friendly and professionalOur house was packed and ready earlier than they had told us it would beAn efficient crew, but a quality job as well! They made sure that our wood floors were protectedThey arrived in Las Vegas when they said they wouldThey unpacked us and made sure things were put where we wanted themWe did not have any broken things, so that was a huge plus! Overall, I am happy with Full House Movers and their customer service is awesomeThey were prompt when I had a question or concernThe quote for the move was accurate - no hidden fees or surprisesMoving is stressful, but they made the move easier than I had imagined! We will use them again!

Dear valued client,We apologize for the difficulties in explanation on the contract as our worker was still in training as a forman and may have not explained all documents the way they should be.if you wish to file a claim I will be more then happy to provide the claim department details and am available for direct contact @ [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

To whom it may concern,We did an initial quote for the client based on an average of 3,LBS due to the client not being present at the house to provide with a detailed inventoryThe quote from the beginning was based on a non binding per pound estimate pounds @ C per pound with a 13% fuel totaling an estimate of $On load date the customer requested in writing and signed for a non binding revised estimate based on 4,LBS that was filled up right away through a visual survey prior to PRIOR to loading. The load was taken to a certified guaranteed truck scale and weighed before and after at a total of 4,LBS @ C per pound + 13% fuel ==> For some reason there were payment issues and the 50% payment (due on pickup and prior to shipment) was declined by our credit card merchantas I explained to the client, this payment will need to be taken care of asap in order to avoid any delivery delays. We will be willing to offer a gesture of good faith in the total of $to the client that will require a signature on a satisfactory release

To whom it may concern, We are aware we were past the regulated delivery time and were sure to reimburse the client for the troublesWe apologize for taking so long and offer the client to contact us directly if there is anything ele we can do thanks,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Satisfaction would require me to be truly satisfied I've spent lost/spent over $due to the companies illegal practices (e.gloading my items in the vehicle prior to reviewing my contract) and the misinformation you provided in sales versus the contract To be made whole would require that actual facilitation of your team paying me for the massively late period of time you were based on original terms and conditions and additionally compensating me more for the damaged goods based on the promise of full insurance You haven't sent me a link for the insurance claim However, I will go through the insurance and I am also fighting these charges through my credit card at this poing because you did inappropriate practices and are not making me whole in the scenario Further, I've reported you to the movers licensing committee within the state of Washington They are aware of this situation and the reputation of your company that was in California and are looking at the "pending" status of your current approvals to move within the state of Washington For future reference to make me whole would have required your team taking action in the BEGINNING of this process and not misleading me in the sales Additionally, allowing me to ADD the full protection I ASKED for prior to loading my items would have been a positive FURTHER, delivering my items at a proper time frame based on the sales call (days) versus EXCEEDING business days is inappropriate Your team also could have communicated much better with regards to the move and given better progress updates or even checked in Revdex.com if you are reading this the only reason I sent this complaint is not for the money purpose because I can handle that myself, it's the fact that this company has treated MULTIPLE customers wrong across multiple state lines (CA, WA) and additionally has a sister company named [redacted] in AZ that has a very similar reputation Sincerely, [redacted]

Understood, as we have informed you the driver is estimating arrival tomorrow I believe I have addressed the rest of your concerns if not please let me know

To whom it may concern,We have provided the client with the relocation service and placed everything in the room of their choice in the requested location. After the move was completed, the client called in that she would like the bed movedunfortunately this is after then move was completed and the team had already leftwe do have a hour minimum on all service calls and were willing to waive that and end a team for one hour charge for them to move the bed to her desired locationthe client refuses to pay anything extra therefore we are unable to send a team back to move additional items

Dear Revdex.com, I am very sorry, for some reason we have not received this notice and therefore the lengthy response timeWe have completed the delivery for this job and it did take a few days longer then our guaranteed business dayswe are very sorry for that and have already refunded the per diam based on our contract and federal regulations

I am rejecting this response because: In addition to my first response that the manager never returned on of my calls and never called me offering me the opportunity to pay more money for him to resolve the problemI feel that I shouldn't have to pay them any more than what I paidI was quoted a price of $but because it took Full House Movers so long to disassemble and reassemble my bed I ended up paying the and addition $not including a $tip that I gave to the three men totaling in cashI kept the email of how much is was suppose to cost me for the move and I also have the receipt of how much I paid the Full House MoversIf you really want to know who's telling the truth just request a copy of his phone bill for his company calls for the month of July and you will see that he never contact me via phoneI know I can furnish mine phone bill regarding how many times I contacted his company in an attempt to solve this problem

We are no longer replying to complaints with the Revdex.com as we have experienced a biased treatment ending in revoking our Revdex.com accreditation due to us not willing to do something that is against our contract with the clientBut I will make an exception as this client seams to not understand a simple fact, he needs to take possession of his items and pay his balance This client was not available to accept delivery although his wife placed on the paperwork that she is ready for delivery right away, he confirmed he is ready right away as well verbally through the phone with our lead Forman At this point we have sent an SIT conversion converting the items from storage in transit to long term storage allowing us to place a lien on his items (he has received a notice for that as well) and now we have sent an auction notice The customer MUST pay his balance and take his items from storage as we have completed transport on our endAnyone misleading him to do otherwise will be in fault of his items being sold in a public auction and him losing all of his life possessionsWe are following all necessary regulations and are only concerned this client will wake up once it’s too late

The inventory that Ms [redacted] gave [redacted] prior to her move, the inventory that [redacted] based her quote on was for pieces The actual inventory at pickup was pieces The price is based on cubic feet When her inventory increased by pieces, the cubic feet increased, thus the price increased On December 22, a quote (not a purchase order) for $was emailed to Ms [redacted] by *** The quote clearly states in large red letters “The above estimate is a binding quote for the inventory listed belowCustomer may add or subtract any item and final charges will be adjusted accordingly.” She was not emailed a contract, she was emailed a quote We only fill out the contract at pickup. The movers loaded her apartment first There were only a small amount of items in the apartment and garage Once the movers arrived at the storage units, the foreman immediately notified Ms [redacted] that she had more items than what she had on the quote and therefore the price was going to increase He communicated this information as soon as he arrived at the storage unit and continued to keep her updated throughout the loading process As Ms [redacted] stated, we did give her separate discounts, one for $and another for $ The total cost for the move was$9208.00, not $10, Ms [redacted] went over the contracts and signed them at pickup and she was given a copy of the contract on the spot [redacted] is customer service and it is her job to speak with customers after pickup, not the salesperson This is our standard practice.Once a move is picked up, we update our system and the job is marked as closed Once a job is closed, the quotes are no longer available online Again, this is our standard practice; it was not done to deny access to the quote. We apologize that everyone was out in the field working when Ms [redacted] stopped at ouroffice We would have gladly scheduled an appointment with her had she let us know she was coming ahead of time.Ms [redacted] ’s contract was not violated We must collect 50% of the payment before sending any shipment out for delivery, as stated on the contract We gave Ms [redacted] a breakdown of the cost of the labor if she wanted to pick up her belongings instead of having us deliver them to Georgia She chose to have us deliver to GA We also discounted the transaction fee for her to pay with a debit card [redacted] gave Ms [redacted] an estimated delivery timeframe when she called for a deliveryupdate She explained that the driver will call when he’s hours away to schedule the exact delivery time with the customer and until then, we can only provide an estimated delivery window. The contract does not state that delivery would be within days of being loaded on the truck On the Long Distance Move Information form that Ms [redacted] filled out and signed, it states that there are up to business days from the first available date to receive delivery Ms [redacted] listed 12/29/as the first available date in which her shipment could be received Delivery information is also available on the quote The quote also states “Delivery: Please note that regulations state that we guarantee delivery within business days of first available day of deliveryOur average time is business days.” [redacted] is not ***I don’t know who this individual is but he is not our employee and never has been our employee
