Dear [redacted], First allow me to apologize for the delay and shortage of communication. we have experienced numerous delays on one load and unfortunately it is the one you are on. I have personally gotten involved in handling the delivery and service aspect of these shipments...

as we are aware we are running much later then anticipated. I believe you have already received notice of estimated delivery 17-18. furthermore we have discounted $210 of of your delivery balance and have adjusted from $1397 to $1187.I hope to get you delivered in a timely manner and will see what we can do to expedite it.please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] for any more concerns if that is more comfortable for you.

They promised full insurance and gave me partial  I had over $1500 of damage and were about 18 days late and are only offering me $400 to change my opinions.  I don't think I should be penalized for any of their damages and I don't think they should be allowed to do business with the practices they hold like forcing individuals into signing contracts.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Satisfaction would require me to be truly satisfied.  I've spent lost/spent over $5000 due to the companies illegal practices (e.g. loading my items in the vehicle prior to reviewing my contract) and the misinformation you provided in sales versus the contract.
 
To be made whole would require that actual facilitation of your team paying me for the massively late period of time you were based on original terms and conditions and additionally compensating me more for the damaged goods based on the promise of full insurance.
You haven't sent me a link for the insurance claim.  However, I will go through the insurance and I am also fighting these charges through my credit card at this poing because you did inappropriate practices and are not making me whole in the scenario.
Further, I've reported you to the movers licensing committee within the state of Washington.  They are aware of this situation and the reputation of your company that was in California and are looking at the "pending" status of your current approvals to move within the state of Washington.
For future reference to make me whole would have required your team taking action in the BEGINNING of this process and not misleading me in the sales.  Additionally, allowing me to ADD the full protection I ASKED for prior to loading my items would have been a positive.  FURTHER, delivering my items at a proper time frame based on the sales call (14 days) versus EXCEEDING 21 business days is inappropriate.  Your team also could have communicated much better with regards to the move and given better progress updates or even checked in.
Revdex.com if you are reading this the only reason I sent this complaint is not for the money purpose because I can handle that myself, it's the fact that this company has treated MULTIPLE customers wrong across multiple state lines (CA, WA) and additionally has a sister company named [redacted] in AZ that has a very similar reputation.

To whom it may concern,
We have looked through all records (from initial estimation process through the final loading contract) they all state our regular delivery procedures up up to 21 business days from first available date. Mr. [redacted] contacted us in writing on 9-13 to place 10-2 as...

his first available date, we re-explained the delivery procedure back on 09-13 again. and then on 09-29 he sent another email changing the 1st available to 09-29.
 
with 09-29 being first available we guarantee delivery within 21 business days from that date (based on quote, contract and federal regulations) hence we are only 6 business days in. The load is in route and should deliver within 4-8 days.

I am unable to find the actual complaint from [redacted] complaint [redacted],...

however I do know he had a couple damages and communication issues. we offered him a full reimbursement that he requested and should hopefully be settling his claim completely within a couple days.
