Company has neglected to respond to our complaints after the project was completed. Issues still remain unresolved after contacting several times.
This was the 3rd attempt at reaching out to the company to have someone come back out and complete the project and here is a List of complaints emailed to company on Jul 16, 2020, 11:01 AM:
1. Where the pergola is attached to the vinyl siding of the house, the vinyl siding above the highest beam is loose allowing water to trickle in
2. The front left column - they didn't put the box around it all together - missing a piece to complete it.
3. The front left column of Pergola - hanging OVER the patio pavers, making it look unsightly and disproportionate. This creates an awkward gap. Not happy with the look of it.
4. The fence post - they dug a hole to take the fence out and when replacing the fence post back in the ground, they did not fill in the hole in and it looks terrible.
No response from the email.
I then called Zane (this is now the 4th time I have reached out in over 4 weeks) on 7/20/2020 he assured me there would most definitely be a crew sent out on either 7/23 or 7/24. No one showed up to fix anything and no communication happened to let me know why. So here I am!

This was handled as soon s received.
This was a matter of a miscommunication with our office and all items have been resolved satisfactory and the customer has acknowledged the product is complete.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
We couldn't be happier with our hot tub and our experience there. ***, the owner and *** worked very closely with us through the whole process to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. We love our hot tub and use it almost every night! They had amazing customer service. They even let me come into the showroom and do a "wet test" to make sure I liked a lounger seat. They were very professional through out the whole process! I would and have already recommended them to friends.
