I will address the concerns in order:1) We will work with the factory to try to get your warranty extended.  It is a factory warranty, not a Fun Town warranty, and as such we cannot control it.  While we can request that it be extended, which is what we will do, we cannot control the outcome.  2) We will be more than happy to fix the leaking sink.  If you will send photos of where it is leaking we will try to just fix it while you wait so you don't have to leave it here again.  3)[redacted] never said we fixed the recall, he said your hitch wasn't affected.  We have an LCI factory representative on hand in our service facility that he asked, as well as calling the factory to verify it as well.  I will check again just to make sure that the information you were given is correct.

It was my understanding that the unit was finished when I posted my response.  I was later informed that there was some metal that was to be replaced, which was done two days later, and is completed now.  Gulf Stream is sending a technician to inspect the unit day after tomorrow, and he will be able to ascertain if there are any additional issues that need to be addressed.  I will discuss with him the current state of the trailer and whether the problems experienced thus far point to more significant issues or have been resolved.In the event that the problems can not be remedied, we will work with the factory towards a reasonable solution for the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept closure when I get my trailer repaired or replaced if you can't fix issues that have been wrong since I bought it. Especially the oven pilot light.  This and the seal that keeps putting water in my trailer every time I drive in a rain storm. If this is structural issue because of damage done prior to purchase then replace it.You have worked on seal 2 times already and stove 3 times supposedly. One time you said nothing was wrong with the stoves pilot light (not included in the 3 adove). You are putting my family at risk with this.

We have found a 2014 Rockwood Windjammer 3065 WA that we would like to purchase from an individual but our credit union will only do dealership purchases only. We were wondering if you guys can do kind of like a consignment type of thing and we pay y'all a certain amount to run it through Fun Towns business. The individual we are planning to buy it from originally purchased the rv from you guys. The Cleburne store. Please get back to me an let me know if it's something that can be worked out. Thanks

Mr. [redacted],You would have had to have filled out the online app and clicked the button acknowledging that you knew it was a non-refundable deposit.  The form won't allow you to continue if you don't.  Legally, we can keep the $1000 for the work that we did preparing the unit that you agreed to buy.  However, in the interest of goodwill, I have authorized our finance manager to refund your money.  It is our desire that everyone have a 5 star experience with our company.  It is apparent that you were not with the way things were going.  We will refund your deposit and hope that you will be happy whether you buy from us or some other dealer.   If we are ever able to earn a second chance at your business, we would be grateful.  Please contact me should you have any further questions about the refund of your deposit.

Thus far the only thing that has been done is they have called me. No repairs have been made to the RV, just more promises to fix it, which is all that I got before I started this complaint.

One of the owners of our company has contacted Mr. [redacted] and is working on a resolution with him.

We had already started to get this ready for him. We had spent approx. 500 already on getting this trailer ready. He is right he had not signed anything it was done over the phone. I have attached the receipt of his refunds.

We have been unable to evaluate the trailer as the customer hasn't brought it to us for diagnoses or repair.  The regional manager has been in contact with them and has arranged for them to bring the trailer in and either fix it or trade them out of it.  We will continue to work with them...

Tell us why here..The tire in question was shipped directly to from the factory and delivered to the customer on 11/29/2016.  If for some reason he has not received it, we are unaware of it.  Please see attached order form and proof of delivery.

It is our business policy to take a deposit any time a deal is finalized.  This not only holds the unit but allows the lenders to know that the customer is serious about the purchase.  At no time do we tell a customer that they will be financed, because we are only the dealer and have...

nothing to do with the bank's decision to loan money.  If your credit is excellent, we are able to obtain automatic approval and finance on the spot.  Mr. [redacted]'s credit was not due to his lack of credit history, not his credit score.  Our finance manager worked with our lenders for people with credit issues, which sometimes takes 4 or 5 days, but was unable to obtain financing for them.  Since we were unable to obtain financing for him, his $1400 deposit is being refunded.  He was instructed that we would not be keeping it and would be refunding it to him.  It is in the process now and he will have it shortly.

I am truly sorry for the problems they have experienced with the Kingsport Travel Trailer they purchased from us.  I have spoken with the service manager to find out what is going on, and he said he has contacted them to update them on the status.  We will work with Gulfstream to complete...

the repairs according to factory specifications.  While we are not able to refund the trailer, we would be willing to work towards a trade if a sufficient solution cannot be reached on the repairs.

We are sorry that the [redacted] have had the issues with their trailer.  We are working with the manufacturer to get the parts covered under warranty, but there is a process that we have to follow to get it covered.  I spoke with the Vice President of Sales and he said that he would cover the...

cost of the trim pieces if Forest River denies the claim.  We are going to get the trailer ready so that the [redacted] can use it on their upcoming trip and then when Forest River sends us the remaining parts we will make the repairs as soon as possible within the [redacted] schedule.  We will continue to work with them to resolve any issues.

It is my understanding that our service department has reached out to the [redacted] explained what remains to be done and has come to a suitable agreement on the time frame and repairs.  Please let me know if there is something that I missed.

There are a few points I would like to make:1) We had a deal with the customer to try to get her financed to buy a new trailer.  We took a partial payment as good faith money to hold the unit she wanted.2) We did not make the financing decision.  We go through outside lenders and we...

submitted the deal for approval and they came back with the turn down.  If it was up to us, she would have been financed.  3)  Returned checks have to clear and a return check has to be issued.  This process can take a few days in a company the size of ours.   I spoke with the manager and he located the check and spoke with the customer.  She is going to come in tomorrow and pick up the check.
