The consumer received her money backI'm no longer obligated to her

We have already resolved the issues with Mr [redacted] 's bat problem as of 7/10/Job was finished and insulation was replacedWe now consider this mattered settled

Her money has already been charged backedShe can make all these claims all she wants about my business but the work has already been done with exception of a minor clean up in her attic spaceAll her gable vents have been screened, the soffits have been silicone caulked all the way around her homeIf anyone got ripped off it was meShe can call my work ' half ***' all she wants but I did all this work for nothing and it cost meI don't want her money or her business and this just a display of consumers like her will say anything to get something for nothingThis matter has been resolved and I don't need customers like her anyway

In response to [redacted] ***s complaintAll they paid for was a set up fee for the trapsWhich I performedI'm not leaving traps for an animal that is not there to be capturedSince they did not want to exclude the structure from skunks or other wildlife from their porch, I am not responsible for if they develop another reoccurring problemThey phone calls went unreturned because of his abusive behavior to meI've been in this industry for years and regardless of [redacted] wants to say about me, 99% of my clients would disagree with himI know I have some complaints but I do over 1,new and repeat clients annuallySo naturally, I cannot be 100% and please everyoneI'm sorry [redacted] feels this way towards me but he got what he paid forI'm an no longer obligated to [redacted] since I already rendered service and there is no refund on trapping set up feesService was rendered, plain and simpleI do not wish to have any further contact with [redacted] and I would rather not a person like him as a customer anyway

In response to [redacted] 's complaintShe did try to contact us in reference to a bat problem she claim was havingUnfortunately we have been extremely busy and haven't been able to come back out to address these issuesAs far as satisfying this issue I am willing to come back to address this problem and extend the warranty for an additional months on us or I will refund pro rated $for the one month of service we did not provideSince she hasn't had a problem in years and months I'm not refunding her the full amount for the service that was provided back in June,

At this time I am refunding Ms*** the $that she initially paid us since I am overwhelmed with other work elsewhere that requires more of my timeI apologize for the inconvenience but I am voiding the agreement because I just can't drop what I'm doing because she's having a problemThis

This in response to the complaint made by *** ***On 1/1/His wife had contacted us about removing a skunk that was living under their screened in porchThe terms of the service was $for the initial set up of skunk traps and as we captured and removed the skunks its
$75.00/skunkWe set up traps at that time and came out daily to check the traps, reset the traps and re-bait traps as need beWe did this for a week and their was no skunk activity despite making daily visitsWe pulled our traps and we leftThe weather was extremely cold for almost months the skunks were not going to be activeThen in March *** *** contacts us that he saw the skunk in his yardNone of my technicians were available to provide immediate serviceHe informed Kevin when he arrived there later that afternoon that he called the local police to dispatch the skunkHe demanded that I refund him his $because we didn't capture the skunkThe set up fees are non refundableWe came out there and set up traps as the agreement statesNo skunks were captured by us and we never billed him or charged him for trapping skunksWe also gave them the option to exclude the porch area from skunks and other burrowing animals to prevent them from dwelling under the porchHe declined that serviceThe bottom line is we did render the service for setting up skunk trapsThat part of the service was performedHe never paid for any skunks removed since we captured skunksWhat he paid for is a trapping serviceCapture or not the $set up fee is still dueI stopped returning his phone calls because of his vile and disrespectful language that he used to me and my staffIf I didn't set up any traps then we would be entitled to a refund because I didn't render serviceSince I set up traps, checked reset, and re-baited daily for a weekThat's considered service renderedI don't provide a warranty on trapping services alone and it doesn't state it anywhere on his agreement. traps were set, he paid the $service rendered

Technicians will be coming out today to address this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have bats! He is correct in that I received my money charged back to my credit card, so people should be warned to not pay cash to this business.

Ms. [redacted], Since my last email below, I have not heard from nor have I received a refund from the company Fur and Feathers Wildlife as they stated they would do in their response dated June 2. Please re-open this complaint and inform me as to how the Revdex.com proceeds in cases such as this. Again the complaint # is [redacted]. I have considered the extra # of days that they may need to issue my refund, however if you consider a work week as M-F, Friday, June 26 would be considered 18 days beyond the date of their response in which they said they would send out the refund within 15 days. If you consider calendar days beyond the June 2 response this brings us to 24 days past that date.
I'm not going to proceed until I hear from you.I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible

It is not true. The work has not been done, the owner did not returned several calls attempting to schedule completion.  The only recourse I had was to request chargeback through the credit card company.
