Unless you ALWAYS purchase renters insurance, which I do on a case by case basis, this property along with 40 other properties managed by “FURNISHED WITH FINESSE aka SHORT N SUITE” management company is absolutely HORRIBLE to work with. They have no sympathy or compassion and have no reservation taking your money no matter what the circumstances. We had reservations for the beginning of May but COVID 19 took the world by storm and federal, state and local authorities implemented the travel ban and many states including Nashville where our reservation was for had implemented “stay at home” orders or be arrested for non essential travel. We stayed quarantined per Governors orders to minimize exposure and to assist with the spread of the virus. I emailed Furnished with Finesse numerous times to ask if they would work with me, not on providing a refund but allowing me to extend my reservation until the epidemic was under control and the travel bans lifted. I even suggested I absolutely would not interfere with dates they already had reservations for on the calendar and would select dates that were available and open for booking. The company was ruthless in their response and basically told me that they would not work with me under any circumstances and basically left me the choice of traveling during a nationwide travel ban, expose my family and myself and others we came in contact with during our travels, or lose my reservation altogether. I am furious at their lack of judgement and human kindness. I will NEVER book with this company and owner and will NEVER recommend them for any reason.

We rented an apartment through Furnished with Finesse and it was a big mistake, because their representatives lied to us by making promises they did not follow through on, so we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com to inform everyone that the actions of this company did not match what their promises were

I would like to personally thank the team at Furnished with Finesse for going above and beyond during our transition time in Nashville Our home sold very quickly and my husband had left for Georgia to start his new position Our children had several months left of high school and we were in a situation where we needed to find temporary housing until the end of the school year I called Saundra and she listened to my needs We needed at least a two bedroom unit and we preferred something close to the Mt Juliet area At the time they did not have any available bedroom units in their inventory, so Saundra and her team made some phone calls She found a great unit right in Mt Juliet We could not have been happier! Saundra personally picked out the decor for our unit and it was so beautiful and trendy, we loved it! When the team went to the new unit to start setting it up there was a small hiccup The previous tenant had damaged the kitchen cabinets and counters Furnished with Finesse is very concerned with quality control and quickly let me know the unit was not up to their standards They wasted no time working with the apartment management to find us a different unit They worked tirelessly all day and into the night to make our unit ready for us to move into on time When we walked into our unit for the first time we were delighted with the layout We loved all of the windows and the balcony that was accessible from both the living room and the bedroom The furnishing were top notch, something like we would have seen in a magazine! Our kitchen was fully furnished with all of the necessary items for cooking and cleaning, and the table was set for a beautiful dinner party The boys were happy to have a big flat screen tv and instant access to internet and cable They quickly hooked up their x-box and made themselves at home Our experience was great The team at Furnished with Finesse went above and beyond to make our temporary home comfortable and move in ready I would fully recommend anyone needing to rent a furnished apartment to contact Saundra and her staff at Furnished with Finesse You will be so glad you did!!

My wife were in the process of moving to Nashville and needed a place to stay till we found a house. All of our stuff was in storage so we felt our options were limited. We could not have been more happy to connect with Furnished with Finesse. They set us up in a wonderful fully furnished apartment.
