I would like to personally thank the team at Furnished with Finesse for going above and beyond during our transition time in Nashville. Our home sold very quickly and my husband had left for Georgia to start his new position. Our children had several months left of high school and we were in a situation where we needed to find temporary housing until the end of the school year.
I called Saundra and she listened to my needs. We needed at least a two bedroom unit and we preferred something close to the Mt Juliet area. At the time they did not have any available 2 bedroom units in their inventory, so Saundra and her team made some phone calls. She found a great unit right in Mt Juliet. We could not have been happier!
Saundra personally picked out the decor for our unit and it was so beautiful and trendy, we loved it! When the team went to the new unit to start setting it up there was a small hiccup. The previous tenant had damaged the kitchen cabinets and counters. Furnished with Finesse is very concerned with quality control and quickly let me know the unit was not up to their standards. They wasted no time working with the apartment management to find us a different unit. They worked tirelessly all day and into the night to make our unit ready for us to move into on time.
When we walked into our unit for the first time we were delighted with the layout. We loved all of the windows and the balcony that was accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The furnishing were top notch, something like we would have seen in a magazine! Our kitchen was fully furnished with all of the necessary items for cooking and cleaning, and the table was set for a beautiful dinner party.
The boys were happy to have a big flat screen tv and instant access to internet and cable. They quickly hooked up their x-box and made themselves at home.
Our experience was great. The team at Furnished with Finesse went above and beyond to make our temporary home comfortable and move in ready. I would fully recommend anyone needing to rent a furnished apartment to contact Saundra and her staff at Furnished with Finesse. You will be so glad you did!!

I have been beyond disappointed with the customer service and product that Furnished with Finesse has given me.
Due to scheduling and travel plans I signed the misleading contract without seeing the apartment in person. What a mistake. The apartment was cheaply done and so gross I wouldn't have lived there during my college years. Every time a neighbor moved, closed a door or flushed the toilet it sounded like they were in the same apartment. The minute I walked in I knew that I was fooled by internet photos and a sales pitch over the phone. When I tried to retract my contract the day of signing it, I was denied and even had to call and leave a message that there was a water leak in the apartment just to get a call back. The apartment didn't have a cable box or a wireless router set up either.
I was moved to two other apartments that again were both very disappointing. Second one presented that same problems as the first. The third one again didn't have cable or internet and went days before anything was fixed and was 10 yards from a railroad station that ran and blew hours 24 hrs a day. This company is truly unprofessional and a total bait and switch situation. If I could do it all over again I would pay 4x the price and stay in a hotel just to avoid working with these people.

We rented an apartment through Furnished with Finesse and it was a big mistake, because their representatives lied to us by making promises they did not follow through on, so we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com to inform everyone that the actions of this company did not match what their promises were.

I have had a very positive experience with the staff of Furnished with Finesse. They were prompt in responding to my requests and in answering any requests that we made with regard to our needs at the apartment. Very satisfied with this company.

I just want to say that I could not be more pleased with Furnished with Finesse. I was in a very difficult situation and needed to find housing immediately on a Sunday and Saundra got everything done so quickly. They are true professionals and so kind and helpful. The unit itself was in a great location and nicely appointed. What an incredible experience!

Excellent housing company, took excellent care of my apartment needs here in Nashville. My apartment was beautiful, decorated with style! All utilities & parking were included, what a deal! I will be renting with them on my next trip.
