Review: My complaint is that someone at Future Nissan CHANGED the agreed upon contract regarding the trading of a leased vehicle on a new car purchase. After several hours of negotiation, we had agreed that the 2013 Nissan Altima would be accepted in exchange with ZERO equity. When I arrived home I noticed that the contract actually stated a NEGATIVE $1515 equity to trade back the car, which was only 6800 miles and in excellent condition. It was obvious that the sales manager on the floor had changed the agreed upon deal. The contract was difficult to read and I did not see this . I immediately came back to the dealership the next day and asked for a correction or to simply keep my leased vehicle and turn it in at the end of the lease. Both were denied but the manager in the booth gave me a $530 credit. However, this does not compensate for the $1515 secret addition to the amount agreed upon. The dealership has refused to correct this error and only offered me a free oil change. Customer relations said only they were sorry but nothing could be done.Desired Settlement: The dealership needs to acknowledge that the sales manager was not truthful on the floor and changed the agreed upon numbers and refund the balance of the negative equity. This same manager, [redacted], has a negative review on Yelp claiming he also lied to another customer to make a sale.

Response:

Spoke to [redacted] at length about his concerns and lease end options with his trade in "ALTIMA". If anything there was a misunderstanding between both parties, all of our offers are full disclosure and are computer generated. We tried to make up the misunderstanding with additional credit for said trade in and offered free services.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: The floor sales manager , the salesman, and I communicated for several hours over my need to have a zero equity on my Altima trade in. I was clearly told that

my request had been accepted and that the deal was to purchase the new Juke 2014 and have zero equity. The sales manager even asked how much mileage I had on the car, and when I told

him it was approximately 6800 he was then able to make the deal. Please note that the allowed mileage is 10,000 per year and I had the car for 16 months. I also advised the sales staff REPEATEDLY

Review: Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to explain a really bad behavior of the Sales [redacted] and his false promise which really hurt me and my family includes 9 year girl and 4 year boy.

Here is the detail what happened with us at Nissan Dealership at [redacted] I was in touch with Mr. [redacted] a sales person at Nissan Roseville via email. I negotiate with him on the price and he said you have to come down to dealership with open checkbook to get this your price. And after that I went there with my family to buy a car for my wife, we reach there by 5:45 PM

He again started negotiating the price, I told him I want to pay cash I have a check with me as you have requested (I have the email) do you want to sell the car or not? He spend at least 1 and half hour and agree to talk to his [redacted]. Now the actual harassment started his [redacted] came and ask do you really want to buy a car or not, my wife and I were surprise and asked do you think along with my two kids I am here just for fun? I can do the same thing 2 miles from my place at Nissan [redacted] I don’t need to come here. I want to buy the car but with the price which was agreed on the email.

He started and telling me such a lie things that the car we have advertise doesn’t have power seat and mats so we need to add $500 on top of the agreed price and he also said that in order to give you this car on the price you have to finance through Nissan and you can paid off in two month you have to pay 1.99% which cost you $15 a month so $30 vs $750 discount .I asked if you are telling me truth I need to discuss with my family It is already 7:00 PM can we go out have a dinner and discuss and will comeback if we like to buy the car, he said if you go out for ten minute I will not offer you this price , your family is here I can give you ten minute discuss and let me know.

Once we agreed on the price stating that I believe you that the car you have advertise doesn’t have power seat and floor mat I am agree to pay additional $500.I asked can I leave a check here and go out to have dinner my kids are really hungry it is already 8:00 PM, he said no you will have the car in 30 minute and you can go out.

I checked and found that the price which was order for the same type of car with power seat and floor mat than why they have took $500 more from me.

Than here started the second harassment: my kids were hungry I can’t go out and the [redacted] who went to bring the car from inventory told us it will take 15 minute to come back meanwhile our finance person will work on the papers. I went to the finance person he said have you seen the car you want to buy I said no the [redacted] went and bring it here in 15 minute. He said unless you see and finalize that you are okay with the color and car I can’t finalize the paperwork. We waited almost 1 and half hour.

[redacted] bring the car around 9:15 and we said okay now the finance person having issue with printing his papers he tried number of time with printer he went to different offices to bring the cartilage and finally after 30 minute he was able to print the papers. Here come 10:00 PM.

Now he asked me to sign at least 30-40 place both paper and electronic, unfortunately after that much frustration I did not have courage and power to ready any of the papers. I want to get out of that place and feed my kids they were really cursing me and my wife for not feeding them I hope you can understand their situation as an adult we can hold our hunger but what is their fault. Finally I came out from the dealership.

Now after 30 days I received the first installment papers and I found that it has 3.99% interested instead of 1.99 % as promised, I called the sales [redacted] about that and he said you should contact finance department. Their finance department phone has endless waiting time I tried number of time but after waiting 10-15 minute I discontinue, today I finally get in touch with their representative “[redacted]” told her about this and she said I checked your agreement and you have sign on it. Now you tell me after that much frustration will a common person wait to read the document or he will think about their kids hunger. Didn’t it is Finance person responsibility to tell us that your interest rate is not the same as the sales [redacted] has told you.

She humbly apology for the inconvenience we had and she has wrote a note on my request, but she said for the rate you should contact

Please suggest and help me to give me the right justify.Desired Settlement: Please refund the extra amount I need to pay based on the false information provided by the sales guy and please also return the amount which I need to pay extra as the % difference.

Regards,

Review: I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima at Future Nissan on 05/18/2015. The dealership allowed me to take the car after doing the necessary documents were signed. A trade-in was involved. Unfortunately, the deal fell through on 05/23/2015. Afterwards we signed an "ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CANCELED CONTRACT". After getting back my 2006 Nissan Sentra trade-in back, I noticed one of the car's remote was missing. I went back to the dealership four times to retrieve my remote with no results. They have told me they would call me back, we have not heard from them at all. I always have to drive to the dealership to get any information.Desired Settlement: I am asking Future Nissan to replace my lost car remote. I asked their service representative what it would cost to replace the remote; he gave me a quote of over $400. They'd have to re-program the remote and the system on my car. That's very expensive and I don't feel I have to pay for it. Future Nissan was responsible for the missing remote and should pay for the total cost.

Response:

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this afternoon. I agreed to replace the lost remote to his vehicle.

Review: I received my first bill for my car payment I purchased with Future Nissan, there are some discrepancies on the payment their billing me for it increased about $100.00 and terms were changed from 72 months to 61 month from what I was told, also I realized that my trade in they made me pay more than we agreed on. I contacted [redacted] and they said needed to speak to dealer but has not gotten a response back from them. Please let me know what steps I will need to take Thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: Correct my billing discrepancie, so I can continue to make my payments at what we agreed on.

Business

Response:

I talked with Mr. [redacted] today about his issue with his current loan with Nissan Motor Acceptance that he purchased back in January. He was thinking his term went down 1 year and payment went up over $100 and was confused and not understanding his new loan. His current vehicle he was trading in was a $400 payment and his new loan is $523 which he had agreed to on the new loan with his salesman at 72 @ 12.45% a month prior to coming to finance. Our finance manager worked very hard to save him some interest and got him a 0.9% loan for 60 months that shortened his term. After talking with Mr. [redacted] again and showing him his savings he was very thankful and now understands why the term is less and his happy as can be with no more complaints.
