I am excited to highly recommend Garabar roofing. After interviewing 4 different companies, I chose Garabar because I felt they were the best choice, although not the least expensive. Ron *** the salesman, explained what Garabar was going to do for each of the three catagories of roofing offered. I believe everything was done just as described, and I am very satisfied. Garabar is a very reliable, dependable company. Their workmanship was excellent and they finished the job in less time than promised. I can definitely recommend Garabar to anyone looking for a quality roofer.

I Googled roofing companies and found Garabar. I couldn't be happier with the job. It took 3 weeks from beginning to completion. They would have had my roof done in 2 weeks if we didn't have a rainy week the second week. The staff Jessica and Rebecca kept me informed when the work crew was coming out. Enrique checked in on the progress to assure that we were happy with the install. The crew worked continuously in the hot, sometimes rainy weather. They cleaned up as if they were never here. The County inspector also indicated that the roof tiles were cut extremely well and that the mortar work was excellent. Great job on the facia trim and the gutters.

One of the things I did before choosing a roofer was to look at the reviews with the Revdex.com. I noticed the reviews for Garabar were really good and pretty much all of the customer complaints were resolved in a timely manner. I felt comfortable choosing Garabar for our roof replacement based on their many years experience in the roofing business and my numerous interactions with John P.. He provided me all the information I needed on the entire roofing process and did not pressure me in any way to choose Garabar. Definitely talk to John before choosing your roofer. I interviewed many other companies and none of them were as knowledgeable about their roofing process or as familiar with my roof and neighborhood. As far as price, they were average with all other quotes, not the lowest and not the highest. Also they pulled the permits for us which made that part of the process seem less! Once committed to Garabar and after signing the contract, the office staff was very professional during the entire process and kept us up to date with all the phases. Jessica kept my mind at ease with a calming attitude every time I spoke with her, and she always answered all of my questions. Our roof project was completed in a timely manner, even considering it was done over the Christmas holiday. We are very satisfied with our new barrel tile roof and happy that we chose Garabar.

Garabar Roofing did a great job re-roofing my townhouse. They provided a lot of up-front information and were quick to respond to questions. They coordinated all the paperwork, inspections, etc. Their workers were professional and kept the area clean. Their workmanship was top-notch and they stand by their work with a great warranty. We recently had our roof repaired for leaks in 2 sections by Garabar. The pricing was competitive with other competing roofers. Work was done timely, professionally and cleanly.As a return customer no deposit was required and we were billed at the completion of the work. EXCEPTIONAL in this day and age.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have saved our house twice now. In 2017 they replaced a roof that had been improperly installed by another company. We had spent two years stressed out with leaks every time it rained. We then hired Garabar to replace the whole roof which was not an easy task due to our complex roof. Their attention to details and work quality was like nothing we had experienced. Two years later, our roof is perfect! No more stress or headaches wondering if we will have a leak when it rains!

The second time Garabar came to our rescue was when they once again came and cleaned up another company's shady work. This time, they installed hurricane windows. The process was smooth and the windows were done professionally as promised. We no longer have leak issues and our house is finally fixed.

Garabar did a complete reroof for me. From initial estimate to final inspection the employees of Garabar went above and beyond any of my expectations. I was in the hospital and Tom went out of his way and brought documents for me in my hospital room to ensure the project proceeded without delay. Every employee of GARABAR from office staff to installers were so professional and made certain I understood everything. A supervisor talked to me every day from tear down to final inspection ensuring to answer any questions. Plus a big shout out to the workers, they were the most professional and well trained I have ever encountered. A final note: Garabar worked with me in financing this project through the PACE Program and Renew Financial. Garabar made certain things were as stress less as possible for me. 5 Stars and I HIGHLY recommend Garabar.

Garabar roofing is amazing. I have used them on several homes that I own. They have done everything for me from a complete roof replaced to minor and major leaks. They are so efficient and timely. I've even called them after hours and they've called me back immediately and came out to fix the leak. Their prices are also exceptionally fair! I would only recommend and hire Garabar Roofing and no one else.

Fantastic service. Tom was in constant contact, to office did all permits a paperwork perfectly, the crews were fast, VERY NEAT, efficient. Start to finish they took care of everything. Tear of to total replacement of cement tile roof, painted, fixed guttering. Estimate was "spot on" . Great people to work with.

Tom from Garabar Roofing came out, got on my second story, and gave me an estimate for an $1,800 repair & said the roof still had 3-5 yrs of life. This was after a previous roofer who came out & did not get on the second story gave me a $14,000 estimate. Garabar fixed in a week and am very pleased.
