We had a small leak over our garage and called Garabar based on Angie's list reviews. The roofers came out and fixed the problem quickly. When we noticed there was still a small leak (after the next storm that hit) they returned promptly and fixed the leak for good. I also appreciate the warranty on the work, which makes me confident we won't experience a leak in the same place again.

My dad was more then pleased with Garabar's work, work ethic and customer service. He lives in Illinois for part of the year and Florida in the winter. While away he learned he needed to have his roof replaced. I dealt with Tom S., who made it possible and took the extra steps in his absence. They sent pictures and kept me very informed of every step. The finished product was superb as was the finished package including all the lien waivers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair or replacement work.

My experience with Garabar getting impact windows for my mother's house was affordable and hassle free. They were recommended by a co-worker that had an excellent experience with her installation as they were professional, hardworking, no delays or excuses on date of deliveries, etc. I just had impact windows installed on my property by New South Windows and it was a horrible expensive experience. I will definitely be using and referring Garabar again for more windows and roofing problems.

Garabar is an excellent company to do business with. They did an excellent job with the installation of my cement tile roof. From the carpentry work to the install of the tiles they were very professional and conscientious in every way. They have excellent follow up procedures in place, and cleanup after each phase of the job was superior. Everything about the job was explained and performed to the specifications they stated. Just had my home re roofed by Garabar. First class operation, professional workers. Left the property clean and undamaged. Kept their word as to work and prices. Five star company for sure!

I am 87 years old and live in Admirals Cove. I had a roof leak and my daughter gave me a name of a company and we meet with a man named *** and we decided to let them do it since they did my daughters. We payed them 3900 deposit and they were suppose to fix the roof redo the barrel tiles. Well after over a week of problem we sent up another contractor to look and he took pictures and it was a mess. tiles broken, not replaced, white caulk like glue all over the roof and not done or they did not pull inspection permits. I had no idea. I am old and not well and what this man told me was a lie and he talk over me so I could not understand. My daughter got involved thank God when she realized they were taking advantage of me and lying. We call the owner who meet with my daughter and I and he said he would make right. Well after 3900 and weeks of waiting we still have issues with the roof and its not repaired at all. I am asking for them to give me full refund and I have filed with the Credit Card company. this has mad me sick and now my home is in jeopardy. Help please

We needed a new roof and looked in the Palm Beach County area for a reliable roofer. We contacted three companies and ultimately chose Garabar. They were the most professional in the process to evaluate our roof and quote a price. While not the least expensive, the quality difference was really evident. They were on time, cleaned up daily, and provided an excellent product.

I would recommend Garabar to anyone needing a roof and want to deal with a reputable company.

We highly recommend AJ & Garabar Roofing. The Office Staff was also very efficient. We had some minor adjustments that were needed upon completion and that was done immediately. Thank You Garabar for a Job well done We had No postponements and the supplies and Permits were submitted immediately after a 1 hour Total Review of The Process. Upon receipt of supplies and permits the Project began immediately as was set up by AJ. He also immediately responded to calls & e-mails to answer questions and concerns.

Garabar roofing did an excellent job in terms of quality on my roof repairs and fascia board repairs. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the communication. It took me a couple of calls to get the job going and after it was done I didn't hear from them until the bill came. I will say though that the quality of their work was more than I anticipated. They did everything that was quoted and more. It took them a bit longer than I had expected, but I was very happy to see it was due to them taking their time to do it right rather than just speeding through it to meet a deadline. Will use them again if I need any further roof repairs.

I had my roof replaced by Garabar. I received a detailed, competitive quote. The work was done in a timely manner, the workers were great at cleaning up after themselves. I believe I receive good value for what it cost me. From start to finish I dealt with A.J whom I have a very favorable opinion.

Excellent company. Very satisfied with workmanship and attention to detail. AJ was allways available to deal with my questions and concerns. Ordered the tile & pulled permits 2 months before the project start date. Crew was great and did
a careful clean-up after each day. So far no problems after 6 months. I feel
confident that this company will honor their warranty if problems arise in the future.

We had nothing but negative experiences with Garabar from start to finish. After getting the signature on our contract, the representative lacked follow up and follow through. The work was postponed multiple times without prior notice - they just didn't show up. Once the work began, there were "new issues" found daily that kept increasing our cost. Knowing that the sale of our house was dependent upon completion of our roof....we were held hostage and at the mercy of doing whatever it took to get the job done. If the devil himself had the only other roofing company that could do the job - I would choose his company over Garabar.

Garbar was recently hired to do a major roof repair at one of our properties. They were super professional and transparent when explaining things to us. Their pricing was lower than other companies I called to get quotes and they completed the repair within the time frame they gave us. Company did a great job of setting up to replace our roof immediately after we closed on the house. Completed the job with amenable crews that cleaned up and kept the neighbors happy. With the first rain, we noticed a leak in the garage. They were out the next day identifying the problem as an issue with the flashing and made a temporary repair. 3 more trips and they completed a permanent repair. Would have been better not to have the leak problem as perfection is a goal for many. Yes, I would recommend Garabar. Gutters were completed by another company.

Garabar was hired to repair the metal roof in our building. Garabar's prices were fair and they were informative in what issues my roof were having. They were quick to come to the office and provide us with a price quote. They were also accommodating as they agreed to work on our roof during the weekend as to not disturb my business hours.
