agreed to issue the refund of $364.98 as requested for the customer's complete satisfaction. This refund was issued to the customer's credit card.  Further we also reached out to the customer and agreed to a special extended 6 month labor warranty.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that they did return to my home and performed the warranty repairs to garage door after several days of numerous telephone calls. I still would like the public to know that this is not a business that performs as they advertise and would stay clear of this business. I consider this complaint resolved.
