[redacted] I was told by a mechanic at town and country by the name of [redacted] that that is in fact the wheels causing this. His exact words where " this is as smooth of a ride that you will get with these aftermarket wheels". Mr [redacted] was very argumentative towards me. He felt the shaking and became very aggressive towards me. He was telling me I am crazy, I am looking for problems. I asked him to stop being an "[redacted]" and he said let me out of the car. I said "sir, I don't mind taking you back, he said no. So I pulled to the nearest parking lot which was McDonald's and let him out.

In regards to the customers complaint, as the customer has stated in the complaint we have tried to satisfy him. Unfortunately we are finding that that is not possible, service has driven it with the customer and a sales manager. The...

“shaking” that he refers to is what has been explained as a normal characteristic of the 4 cylinder Dart. The wheels are not the issue, this has been explained. As for the comments in reference to [redacted]. When Mr. [redacted] was riding with the customer the customer became argumentative and threatened. Finally Mr. [redacted] asked him to stop the car many miles from the dealership and got out. If the statement was as the customer stated why would Mr. [redacted] ask to get out far from the dealership? I am sorry the he is not happy with the ride of the car, but smaller cars with 4 cylinders have a different ride and drive. Town and Country Ford, LLC

The customer was explained that the [redacted] is not a recall, it is an “Extended Coverage Program”. Therefore it is only replaced if [redacted] is causing the concern, Town and Country Ford charges $83.00 diagnostic fee. If the concern is caused by [redacted], Ford Motor Co...

would absorb the $83.00. If concern is caused by some other issue customer is responsible for the diagnostic charge. This is Ford’s policy not Town and Country Ford’s

Due to Ford still not being able to supply us with the part needed to fix the customers truck, Town and Country purchased Sgt. [redacted]'s truck on 07/29/2016. This enabled the customer to get back to duty and [redacted] school in Colorado. As a good will gesture and as a way to say thanks to Sgt....

 The button on the door panel does not work this was a result of the work performed on my car. In addition to this I noticed and filed a complaint stating I have an additional 400 miles on the car when service was performed on my car for staying overnight at the service bay. Of which the manager feels this was a typo. This was not a typo because when I placed the car with them for brake work they logged the car as having 52337 miles and a week later as having 52335 then overnight when I druve away I have 52989 miles.

I would like to start by saying that all genuine Ford motor company parts are warranted nationwide for two years unlimited miles. Secondly, the fuel pressure regulator (part # [redacted])has an MSRP of $278.32 from Ford (see attached) not $84.93. Obviously [redacted] Ford is pricing something...

different. I have analyzed RO#[redacted] and I see noting out of line on the repair, infact Town and Country Ford put Mr. [redacted] n rental from [redacted] for 8 days at Town and Country Ford's expense. I simply do not agree with M. [redacted]'s claim, I see an EXTREMELY normal repair with 182,000 miles 6.0L diesel engine.
