I will honor this providing that this company fully refunds my money as I requested during a previous conversationAs of April 24, 2014, that refund does not show. In addition, this company is lying because if in fact, they practiced sound customer service and value customers then they would not have hung the phone in my ear and treating me rudely. As far as their terms and conditions that I agreed to, the terms I read on the website indicates a day trial, which to me means I get to trial the product for days. Their terms did not indicate any where on that website that the day trial begins the day that it is ordered! I did not receive the order until 4-days after the day I ordered it! So their terms and conditions are misleading and a bait and switch! Lastly, The times I spoke to a representative, they were very rude, condescending and basically told me your out of luck! That is why I reported it!
