The bank then contacts our company to verify whether or not the charge is authorized. When it is verified that the charge is authorized, the charge is reapplied by her bank. We have not additionally billed Mrs. [redacted], the charge in question is her bank reapplying the charge as the dispute is complete and was decided in our favor. The amount of time it takes for a refund to process depends on your bank. What we show is the account has been refunded $87.63 Trans-ID: [redacted] on 04/24/2014. Generally it takes 3-7 business days for a refund to process, depending on your bank. If the charge has been processed on to a credit card it can take up to 30 days from the date of the issued credit.

Review: After receiving my trial bottle for $4.95 I only had 9 days before being charged $87.63. When I called was told it didn't matter when I received it that I was charged 14 days from the order date. I ask if it could be returned and was told by a rude CSR no, that was the way it was. I ask for a refund and was told there was nothing that I could do. I think that I should have time to try it or be able to return it for a refund. They were very rude.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded what I was charged.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during her allotted trial period, Ms. [redacted] was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 4/1/14 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Ms. [redacted] contacted our company on 4/4/14 with a request for cancellation. Her account was canceled as instructed and she was sent a confirmation email confirming her cancellation, no refund was issued because she was outside of her 14 day trial period. As a courtesy, at this time, we have refunded Ms. [redacted]'s account in the amount of $87.63 as we value customer satisfaction. Although, Ms. [redacted] ordered our product on a 14 day trial basis and kept that 30 day supply past the trial period, she has been refunded fully in the amount of $87.63.

Review: I ordered some supplements on Jan 8, that had a 14 day free trial, I received them 10 day after the order, They had UPS delivering the package on the 15th to the apartment complex office. I never receive any notification, I was notified of the package when I received another package at the office. I took ownership on Jan 19 and on the 22nd I was charged for both products. I thought I had 14 days to try the product how can you test a product when by their own words it took at least 7 days to arrive at my apartment complex. I called to cancel when I seen two charges and they said I had 14 days from the date shipped. I told them in received the package just 4 days ago, the missing leading advertising is wrong, if I had not replied 14 days after taking the product then I am at fault. But to have over half my trial period used as shipping is completely wrong. I have researched this complaint on this product and there are hundreds of reviews on the same issue. I do not want the product and do not want to pay for this. I never had the chance to adequately test the product.Desired Settlement: I do not want the product and do not want to pay for this.
