Review: I purchased the Garcinia Cambogia Online for the 14 day trial period on 1/3/16. When I went to check out there was an offer for a colon cleanse I did not select it I just clicked "process payment." To my surprised I was charged shipping for both the Garcinia & Colon Cleanse. I checked back I saw an extremely tiny button to decline the colon cleanse that (tricky). Nevertheless I received the orders 1/6/16. By 1/12 I had not started using it so I decided to cancel. I called the number on the box and was not able to successfully cancel so I sent an email requesting the cost and T&C's to determine if I would keep them just pay for the order. That email was rejected and I have the copy to prove it. I did not realize it had been rejected until 2 days later. I tried calling again and this time the automated system gave me the option to cancel. After cancelling I tried to get a live person for more info and the call was disconnected 2x. Later I realized that I had been charged for both products $89.97 each. I called for a refund and was told that since I cancelled on the 14th day I would not be refunded. I explained the situation, offered to send a copy of the email. At that time the agent spoke to a sup and offered me a 75% refund which I declined b/c of the situation I truly feel I should be refunded 100%. After speaking with the sup we both agreed that I purchased the product at 10:32am and requested a refund at 9:30AM so it had not been 14 days EXACTLY but he refused to process a full refund for me. He totally dismiss the fact that my email was rejected. I plan to dispute this with my bank but wanted to give the company an opportunity to make this right. The box I checked read as follows: I agree to the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy of this Order which explains that I will be billed $89.47 per month AFTER the 14 day trial period. I clearly cancelled on the 14th day and not AFTER.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for both orders.

Review: I purchased a free trial 30 day trial of Source Garcinia Cambogia online in my daughters name on 11/02/2015, the company said that I only pay the shipping. The product arrived. On 11/16/2015 I noticed that my bank account was being charged $89.56 for Source Garcenia Cambogia. I then looked at my emailed order confirmation and called the 855-445-2622 and canceled the order. Then I called my bank because the transaction was going to overdraw my account. The bank asked if the company was going to return the money, which I didn't know. I then called the number again and talked to a "[redacted]", and explained the situation and asked for a refund, he said he needed to talk with my daughter since it was in her name. She talked with him and gave him permission to talk to me. [redacted] told me that because I didn't read something very important when I made my purchase, they were not liable to refund any funds. That I had reached day 15. He said the trial period was only 14 days, and that we had reached day 15. I told him that I had not agreed to this transaction and that they should return the funds. He then told me that he could refund 50% of the funds which he did while I was talking with him. I told him that I should be refunded all the funds since I did not approve the purchase. That they are dishonest and they are sharks. He then asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and I told him he could refund my money. He said goodbye and ended the conversation. I then printed the terms and conditions and discovered that today is day #14, since the purchase was made on 11/02/2015. We called the number again and talked to a "Joes" and explained the situation again, and that we should get a complete refund of the money since it is day #14, it being 11/16/2015. He told my daughter that day #15 had been reached. We asked him what the date was, and how he did his math? He contended that day #15 had been reached and hung up on us. I then went to my bank and filed a fraud dispute.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of funds to my bank and any overdraft fees caused by this transaction. This is in connection of another complaint of Revolutionarycleanse.com that was a 30 day trial purchased on the same day.

Review: I have ordered a box of garcinia cambogia from this company and in the page it showed $4.95 for 1 month supply of the product and that is what I was willing to pay. I also did not agree to any subscription fee or recurring shipment. To my surprise, not only the order came with a Cleanse product I did not want or order (and I was billed for it), I tried to cancel the order before it came, calling the phone number on the order summary. The person who received the call said the only way to cancel was to receive the products and then return them canceling the subscription WITH NO CHARGE.Now the products arrived and I tried to call the hotline NUMEROUS AND MULTIPLE TIMES and I cannot get through to talk to a person. When I pressed cancellation options, I received a message that my "subscription" was canceled and I was charged $29.95 for the cancellation. This is a complete absurd, I am outraged at the customer service and the business model of cheating customers that this company has adopted. I hope nobody else buys any of their products and I hope I can solve my issue and never make purchases with SOURCE GARCINIA CAMBOGIA again.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the $29.95 fee charged to my credit card when I cancelled the unwanted subscription and I want to return the "Revolutionary Cleanse" product that I did not order and receive the refund for that product. Review: It was suggested to me from my diabetic doctor that I try Garcinia Cambogia. I found it on line and ordered a 30 day supply to try it. The Change was $4.91. I used my debit card and ordered as I have previously online many many times. After I received my order ,12 days later I received a call at 9:30PM on Sunday night from my bank that a company in BEJING,CHINA was trying to charge me 2 charges of $92.00 plus International fees and they NEEDED to be sure these charges were done with MY APPROVAL. OF COURSE THEY WERE NOT!!!!!!!!! What right did this company have to charge me as I NEVER AGREED TO THE RiDICOUSLY HIGH FEE. Why not send something in mail and see if I WANT to order more?? I read the information carefully and at no place on the order was this CRAZY prices mentioned or did I APPROVE OF THESE CHARGES!!!! I believe this company acting FRAUDULENtLY and also this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. PLEASE- investigate this company and put a stop to it ASAP. Review: I ordered a sample of Garcinia Cambogia (90 vegetable capsules) from this company on their website. Shipping was advertised as free. They sent this to me, in a small bottle. They also sent a small bottle of Colon Release (60 capsules), which was not mentioned on their website and not expected by me. They charged me $15 shipping on my [redacted]. I didn't expect any charge. I ordered this in Dec 14 2014. They have a policy that I wasn't aware of, of giving a 14 day trial period and then charging me Can $127/month/bottle without notice. This policy is hidden on another page and you have to go looking for it in the fine print at the bottom of the main page, just to find where to click to go to the fine print policy page. Remember, I now have 2 bottles, one of which I didn't want or ask for. So, it turned out that the product came in maybe a weeks time and unbeknownst to me I had a week to try it and cancel if I didn't want to be charged Can $127/bottle. Their 14 day trial time includes travel time. Their 14 day trial time also includes Sundays and holidays. The 14 day trial time also included Christmas Day and Boxing Day (2 big holidays in North America), which they counted as business days. Despite using every single day of the calender to count out their 14 days, THEY STILL MANAGED TO CHARGE ME $254 Can ($127 X 2) AFTER 13 DAYS! One day before allowed. They did not live up to their own policy rules, which state that they will wait 14 days before billing. Also, ethical practices would not include holidays, let alone Christmas Day and Boxing Day in their trial period. An ethical company would not throw in another unordered product and charge you for it. My husband called the company (as well as [redacted]) immediately after we received the [redacted] bill, numerous times, to try to resolve this, with no luck. Source Gardinia was exceptionally rude every time. We ended up paying $270 Can for 150 vegetable capsules. I should mention that they came in a box with no paperwork at all.Desired Settlement: I was taken to the cleaners by an unethical company, one that makes it's money on negative billing and flashy websites that make no mention on the first page about their billing and shipping packages. They are very rude on the phone and they do hang up on you. I have documentation for everything I said above. I want a refund for $254 Can dollars credited to my [redacted]. I changed my [redacted] number immediately after I realized that these guys were going gung ho on my card. I would arrange a [redacted]/Source Gardinia meeting for the refund.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They replied with an UNSIGNED FORM LETTER. They did not address my main complaint, which is that they broke their own "Terms and Conditions" by charging my credit card $200 US Funds ($250 Can Funds) after only a 13 day period, not 14 days as stated in their Terms and Conditions. They also unethically used Christmas Day and Boxing Day as normal business days in their "14 day trial period". As well as Sundays. But they broke their own Terms. I will not be satisfied until I get my money back. The $200 US Funds. I will gladly return their unopened "samples". Don't forget this $200 US$ is for two small bottles of pills. Also, they stated that I chose the "cancel subscription" option on the telephone. This is not true. When I called them the first time to straighten this out, their phone system kept repeating "To cancel your subscription, press 1". This was the only option and it kept repeating. I deliberately waited for someone to come on the line, I at no time ever chose option 1. That's when the company rep came on and the runaround started (as described in my complaint).

This resolves my complaint. It took me 6 months and the help of the San Diego Revdex.com to get a refund. Thankyou, Revdex.com, for your intervention and help. I know I wouldn’t have received a refund without you. The company (Garcinia Cambogia) called me up and said that I had “slipped through the cracks”. The truth is that I wouldn’t slip through the cracks and go away, like all of the other people they duped with their unethical billing practices. Thank you Revdex.com

Review: This company does not advertise their policy clearly and is shady in the way they market their free trial. On 7/28/15 I ordered my free (shipping cost only) supply of Source Garcinia Combogia. I was billed on 7/30/15. I did not even receive the product to try until 8/9/15. On their conditions it states it will take approximately 2-5 days and this time will be deducted from the 14 day trial. My product took 9 days and I live in Orange County, close to San Diego, CA where the product is from. 2 days later the company billed me $89.74. Their terms and conditions are misleading and allow you to think that this gives you additonal time based on your product delivery. 2 days is hardly a 14 day trial. I was willing to try it out for that time and possibly order more but when I called and spoke to customer service they were rude and kept cutting me off. The first man I spoke to hung up on me because he was unwilling to listen to my explanation. Apparently he was the lead floor supervisor and his name was [redacted]. In my follow up call in attempt to speak to another customer service representative, I was treated the same and he referenced his his floor supervisor, [redacted]. On my 3rd attempt to call, I got someone new and they had no record at all of my information and could not find me anywhere in the system; not by name, phone number, address, invoice #, or email. I find this quite odd considering I just spoke to 2 incredibly rude customer service agents who accessed my order using this information. They took my $89.74 and refused to return my money even though I am sending back the product unused. They took 11 days out of the 14 day trial to get me my product, and now my information has been wiped from the system as if I never even existed or placed an order. I was actually looking forward to trying their product and possibly ordering more, but due to horrible customer service and business practices I will only be warning everyone I know about this terrible company.

Review: I ordered a trial bottle of the Revolutionary Cleanse on January 20, 2015, but I called and canceled it before the first shipment and payment would have been charged to me. When I called, I put in my information and it told me my subscriptions were canceled and then hung up. I was not given any other option. I called back again to make sure both bottles were canceled (I was only given one phone number) and it told me my subscription was already canceled and I was not given the option of speaking with someone. Then, I was charged on February 3, 2015 in the amount of $89.47 but was not sent a bottle and again on February 4, 2015 for a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia and was charged $89.74 and was never sent a bottle. And again on March 6, 2015 I was charged $89.47 and this time was actually sent a bottle. I want to be reimbursed all the charges and sent a return address paid for stamp so I can send the bottle back. I called to try and get this matter resolved and was only told they could cancel both subscriptions (which I had tried to do on the phone already) and they only gave me half the money back on the March 6th order of $44.74. They claim they cannot do anything more. I have not received the refund of $44.74 yet either.
