This is a WOUNDERFUL "Mom & Pop" owned and operated company with some of the most professional curtious and respectful service I have seen in a long time Bob the owner went out of his way to make sure I got my gun stock ASAP He asked me to simply put the word "Rush" in my email and he shipped it out right awayI ordered a stock and Forend on Thursday and received it on Tuesday the next week even with Monday being Labor DayBoth prices are absolutely perfect Told Bob that I was restoring a family owned Remington Model and he picked out two beautiful pieces for the restoration I will happily purchase more items from them in the future

Bob sold me a hammer spring for my shotgun. I had trouble firing it because the spring in the gun was broken. He saved the day because of his inventory.
This afternoon Mr. Bob B., owner of Bob's Gun Shop CALLED ME, to verify that the part that I ordered was going to be correct for my gun, as there were many options to choose from with this old piece. He took his time in explaining what would work and how to identify correct mainspring style as I searched for my file photos. He upgraded my order for a very slight price increase. He also gladly agreed to ship the parts to the current owner of the gun at another location. Would I do business with him again? You bet. It's so rare for top notch customer service these days and I think I found an example of that today. Plus, he is a pleasant, common sense, American man to talk with with. Thanks Mr. B.
