My transaction, though small, was handled with a very prompt e-mail notification as to the time to ship and when shipped. The product was received within a week in USPS mail, in perfect condition (new) and I thought that was great for a part for a 1952 mfg. firearm. I would have no pause to order again from this Co.
Very pleased with the quality and service of Bob's Gun Shop. Needed magazines for out of production Beretta 76. His after market mags are as good quality as the real Beretta. Happy to find these for such an old gun. Available nowhere else. His website is a little off-putting and difficult to use, but he is a small operator and cannot afford the easy-to-use lead-you-by-the-hand website most of us are used to. I heartily recommend him.
I have been dealing with Bob's Gun shop for over thirty years. It is an old fashioned business which means you will get personal attention and good service. You will not get same day shipping or instant gratification, just the right parts as described sent to you in a couple weeks. This used to be the norm in this business. Bob also carries parts no one else has, so is is the last resort for some things.
This Gun shop has caught flak from all sides.... It isn't a big shop, its very small, run by the elderly owner and his wife.... been there forever, has parts for obsolete guns that NO ONE else has..... The owner has replied to all my emails informed me when he charged my account, filled the order, mailed it off, etc..... better customer service than much larger businesses... I have shopped here, told others to go here, and will definitely shop here again..... Thanks for taking my review....
If you deal with Bob's, you will be dealing with one of the most honest people you have ever dealt with. What a pleasure to find someone who has the integrity that is so lacking in today's business world. I ordered a magazine over 2 years ago for one of my safe queens, a Browning Challenger made in Belgium, and finally went to shoot it a few weeks ago. It fit, but didn't work. I corresponded with Bob and he offered to exchange the mag for the correct one if he had one, or refund me in full - after I told him he should charge me a restocking charge if he didn't have the correct one! Unfortunately, he didn't have the correct one - they are like hen's teeth to find - so he refunded me AFTER 2 YEARS in full! I was searching for the last 8 months for a Stevens butt-stock, for a shotgun made for only 8 years in the late 70's. I emailed Bob's Gun Shop, and had a prompt response from this business. The business webSite shows "BRAND NEW ORIGINAL STOCKS", for my particular shotgun. He answered all my questions promptly, and I had my new shotgun stock in just 15 days. The owner was absolutely up front in telling me how long it would take him to get it to me. I am more than delighted with doing business with this company. A very POSITIVE experience!

I found Bob's Gun Shop in the internet after looking long and hard for .22 magazines for an old Colt pistol I have. Several sights listed the magazines, but they were out of stock, back ordered, or no longer stocked. After finding www.gun-parts.com I contacted Bob and had three additional magazines for my pistol within a few days. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, as I prefer to order things the old fashioned way -- by mail paying with USPS money order. That was no problem at all.
