I am rejecting this response because:I have received SIX emails since Friday from GearXS.  I have unsubscribed several times and called customer service as well to ask to be unsubscribed.  The message this business has sent me is the same message I have received in all of my previous attempts to be taken off of their mailing lists.  They never follow through.  I need some type of guarantee that I will not receive any more emails from this company.  The emails started again on August 12th.  I have not logged into the site nor have I bought any merchandise.  There is no reason for my email to constantly be receiving spam messages.  This has been going on for over a year now, on and off.  The emails will cease for a few months and then start up again.  SIX emails in the matter of three days is absolutely ridiculous, especially when I have requested so many times for them to stop.  I need more reassurance than what I have been given.  I will also be contacting the Federal Trade Commission with the proof I have.  The sent emails, the logs I have of unsubscribing, and my phone records to prove I called and asked to be unsubscribed.

I did receive the apology and offer from the customer service manager. I already denied it. I asked for a full refund and and mailing label with tracking and insurance.
These people lied, flat out lied and they are still lying.

I provided the business with documentation that I did not receive the package. Their claims department is supposed to review it, it has been 10 days already with no package or refund.
So for approximately 1.5 Mos have passed with no resolution.

I did receive a refund and I appreciate it greatly. While it did take a bit of research the head of customer service was very polite and helpful.
The one thing I would suggest is that the regular contact address on the Web page prompts a response. That would have eliminated all the time put into this as well as the time spent by the head of customer service.
