Review: I bought a car from George Gee through Champion Events in September. On Easter 3/31/2013 we noticed the tire tread on the rear two tires were wore down to the wire on about an inch strip. We took it to Walmart the next morning 4/01/2013 where we bought 2 new rear tires costing us $206.88. The person who did our tires told us that we needed a Rear End Alignment and that they couldnt do it there and that we needed to take it to a place like [redacted]. He informed us that he believes the way the tire was worn and how bad the alignment was out that it had to have been purchased that way when we bought it 6 months prior. When I got home I called the warranty on the car to see if it covered the tires or rear end alignment and we were told it did not. We put the tires on first before calling because we have a 2 year old daughter and it wasnt safe to be driving around with the tires like they were. Then on 4/5/2013 We took the car to [redacted] to have the rear end alignment done and we were told again that for how bad the alignment was out it had to have been purchased that way. That costed us $90.43. We then tried to contact George Gee to see about getting the money refunded. We are a one income family with a 2 year old and times are hard. We made the first phone call on 4/25/2013 and were told that the customer service guy wasn't in and that he would call when he got in. He called back on 4/25/2013 but I was at work and couldnt take the call. I called back 4/26/2013 six times and left messages and I didnt hear anything back so on 5/1/2013 I called again and explained the situation again and he said he had to talk to his boss and would call us back. I didnt hear anything back so on 5/7/2013 I called again. After not hearing back on 5/15/2013 I made two more phone calls and left messages. He called me back on 5/15/2013 and said he needed to talk to his boss and that he would email him and then call me back. Today is 6/5/2013 and I still have not heard back from him.Desired Settlement: We were asking for them to reimburse $206.88 for the tires and $90.43 the rear end alignment.
