This was a recurring charge for yearly services.I have reviewed the account and we will issue a full refund.Depending on their financial institution it can take up to 10 business days before the funds appear in their account. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

cancellation or complaint about the service until today, we will not be able to refund the $599.99.However, if you are not interested in continuing the service for the entire year you paid for, we can process a partial refund back to your account for the unused portion. Downgrading you to paying for just a one-time service and the protection software we installed would result in you being responsible for paying $348.99. $249 is the standard price for a one-time service and $99.99 is the standard price for the Anti-virus and Anti-malware protections that were installed on your computer. I will submit a refund to your account for the remaining $251.00. The protection software we installed will remain active until June 6th, 2017. Our technicians used ESET NOD 32 Anti-Virus and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware to clean your mothers computer, along with other software mentioned in the previous message.If your mother was having problems with her computer, she had the option to contact us back for additional assistance. Her services were fully explained at the time of purchase. Our technicians would have happily helped her with any problems she was encountering with her computer. As your mother's year of service has not yet ended, our technicians can still assist her. We are still offering the refund mentioned previously, in addition to providing technical support until the end of your mother's contract.Had you and your mother contacted us within 7 days of purchasing the service, we would have happily refunded the entire $599.99.
