The techs are caring and they know what they are doing! This was the best investment I have made for my computer. Review: I got a warning on my computer that there was suspicious activity and it kept beeping really loud, and it said to call 18007050186 to resolve this issue. I called and I assumed I was talking to Microsoft. They asked when was the last time I had my computer checked. I asked if this was [redacted]? Mark R[redacted] said no this GeeksTechs. I stupidly gave him remote access to my computer. He informed me I had a Koobface worm and a 1000 other infections. The Koobface worm he told me can let people gain control of your banking info. I was petrified of that happening, so again stupidly I paid the 199.99 for 6months service to have it removed Mark then transferred me to a third level tech as he called it named Mike. Mike said he was going to fix the computer. He called me back 3 hours later and said it was all fixed. Both Mark and Mike were insistant that I call them back every 30 days for a check up on the computer. I was then transferred to a third person named Jason. who wanted to know how everything went. I am extremely worried that when they had remote access that they installed something to watch whatever I do.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and for peace of mind know that they didn't install something on my computer.

Geekstechs does not install any such software on the computer which would send reports or otherwise allow access to the computer through us or anyone else for that matter. It would also not make sense to install such software since it would fail the purpose of keeping the system infection free, for which the customer signs up for our computer maintenance services. Further, we request the user to contact us proactively for the regular maintenance since we would not know otherwise how the system is doing since we don't have access to it in any manner.

Geekstechs has done a wonderful job fulfilling the service agreement that we have with them. they reply in a timely manner to my request for service. I am very pleased with their service, would definitely recommend their business to anyone. I will continue to use them for all my computer service needs.

I have been a customer with Geekstechs since 2014 and have a subscription up to 2020. The service has been exceptional. They have always kept their word and exhibited professional service each time I have contacted them. I would recommend this service to every computer owner. They are Great!!!
