Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] they should have accepted all the info I sent by fax the first time. they knik picked about everything. I went down to fax the paper work 3 times for them and they still wasn't satisfied. I spent $[redacted] and I have the receipts for them. I have no other way of sending them the info. I have no smart phone or send the info by computer. I feel they were leading me on and I knew by the way they were operating I would have been turned down. Why didn't they tell me the first time I called for the loan!! I went into their business complaints and believe me there was a lot of people treated the way I was. they should be shut down!!! They cant be making fools out of people like this. I will not accept their lies!!!

Though it still seems curious whether or not they acquired my private information through legal channels or if they were attempting to gain it through manipulation. I received a voice-mail from Prosper stating that they will be charging me some kind of fee, even though the loan has been cancelled...Again, let me reiterate that I never received any money from these people. .I cancelled the loan before any monies reached me...So I don't know what fees they think I'll be paying them..I feel very harassed by this company..

The senior agent who left the voicemail advised that the loan was closed and no further action was needed to be taken. She did mention that due to transactions to and from the bank account there could be a duplicate payment issue which we would be happy to address if needed. We have been attempting to reach you regarding final resolution but have been unsuccessful.

they control the timeline for the information to become visible through their systems. In your case, the loan was paid off in April, so the bureau updates would have been sent in early May.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] I got a letter the other day from Prosper marketplace. They said they could not give me $[redacted].00 to put in for less. When I talked to them the first time on May 2nd they said I was guaranteed the money. So what I am telling you is they are crooks. They had me send all that paper work (faxed) 3 times and they still wanted copies sent twice. I don't have a smartphone or anything to send the documents they wanted on the computer. All I am asking is for my $[redacted] for all the faxes and they had no intentions of loaning me the money. Have them send a copy of the letter they sent me the letter stating I do not qualified and they led me on for all those important copies. I would like all my personal info send back and the $[redacted] for what they misled me for. Revdex.com I have a copy of the receipts for the faxes if you want them. I can send them to you. That company should be shut down!!! I went into the complaints for their company and this is exactly what they did to them. If you don't qualify then they should say so when you call the first time. I will not accept any of their lies and crookedness. all I want is my money they made a fool of me for. Thank you
