Part was ordered, arrived and today, dealer contacted customer and will mail the part to them and pay another dealership to install it. Customer accepted.

could at great internal expense to minimize the customers discomfort with this repair process.The customer was provided the Revdex.com Autoline information to pursue remedy through that channel bt seems to have, instead, filed with the Revdex.com against the dealership.This is a manufacturer issue because we cannot make the part or get it from an outside source. It is an internal transmission component.Is it possible to route this through the Autoline?

The product purchased by the customer was cancelled immediately at the time of request.  The product was in force until cancellation so therefore it was a pro-rated refund.  The customer did receive credit for the correct amount.

We will expedite the 52 dollar refund.

The response from Ford is a clear example of the incompetence I have encountered during my efforts to collect my refund from my product cancellation request.  I, [redacted], NOT [redacted], am the original owner of the vehicle in question.  I discussed this with Ford personnel on several occasions.  As the original owner, I sold the vehicle to [redacted] and did not transfer the extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle to him (which would have required a processing fee to complete which I nor [redacted] ever paid for).  I instead chose to cancel the coverage and am now am entitled to a refund of the remaining term of the of the contract.  [redacted] is my "life partner" and lives at my address and he has NOT received a check for the refund.  The first time I inquired about this issue with Ford, they indicated they made a mistake when completing the original paperwork for my refund and the reason a check had not been issued is because [redacted] was listed as the original owner in their submission (WHICH IS NOT CORRECT).  On 4 different occasions I have discussed this very issue with a Ford representatives and they have repeatedly indicated to me that they would correct the issue, and once corrected I would be issued the refund.  Every time I contact them they seem to forget the last conversation we have had and the corrections they promised have not been made.  FORD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING A REFUND TO [redacted].  It is as simple as that.  What do I have to do as a consumer to get this issue corrected without contacting a lawyer?
