Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have made every payment as required for this loan in good faith. However, if I was to stop making payments, it would go to collections and eventually after a couple months I would be offered a chance to try and settle for much less than the very fair offer I made. This was also admitted by your agents on the phone. So why should someone who pays on time and every month not be able to have a fair settlememt that allows the company to still profit when someone who stops paying gets to settle for much less? It seems that is the smarter business decision so once I get approval fo a mortgage I will stop paying Prosper until they do want to make an arrangement for much less than my curent offer.

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: my has all my information and BEGGED to make payments! Please pull your recordings. My daughter was flat out denied the opportunity to make payments even though she could verify my name, my address, my date of birth, my Social Security number, my telephone number, and my banking account information! So the response that you provided is not only incorrect it is insulting. You’re a company called my cell phone literally 2-3 times a day until my daughter was able to answer my phone and then a couple of times a week with my daughter still asking to make the payments and Prosper denied her. My daughter was able to make my mortgage payments, my utility payments and other bills that I have. I received a voice-mail from Prosper stating that they will be charging me some kind of fee, even though the loan has been cancelled...Again, let me reiterate that I never received any money from these people. .I cancelled the loan before any monies reached me...So I don't know what fees they think I'll be paying them..I feel very harassed by this company..

The senior agent who left the voicemail advised that the loan was closed and no further action was needed to be taken. She did mention that due to transactions to and from the bank account there could be a duplicate payment issue which we would be happy to address if needed. We have been attempting to reach you regarding final resolution but have been unsuccessful.

Interest does accrue until a payment has successfully completed; other fees are also applied as indicated in the Borrower Promissory Note. This was provided during the loan application process and is available in your Prosper portal.
