Refund
I ordered door glass for my car found it here in town cheaper cancelled my order April 17 was issued a confirmation number that the refund will go through it's May 2 and still no refund of my money

We are awaiting return of the item in the client's possession to be able to refundIn our email dated October 10, we asked him to return the item and we are still waiting for his responseWhile we would like to refund and close this case, the item has not been returned

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Despite the negative reviews I've seen online about the business, including not following through on refunds, I will return the item and act accordingly if I do not see my refund in a reasonable amount of time[redacted]

Consumer states that business has delivered the other mirror and the issues have now been resolved

Company states: Our tracking number shows the item is deliveredTracking number: *** USPS

I am rejecting this response because:Package showed up damaged, glass was brokenI have tried to contact glassrack to return for a refund, and they have not respondedI have had enough of there liesI don't know what to do?

This company doesn't even deserve a star. It has been 6 mos and no refund, I keep getting the same excuse, the refund has been escalated but the credit card has expired with their bank, that is bull crap, if it expired with your bank then send a check. This is the worst company and customer service ever. Buyers be ware

I am writing to let you know that shortly after I received an email from you that my case was closed due to the business - GlassRach.net -  not responding to your communication, I tried once more to reach out prior to throwing out the paperwork. I not only got a reply to my email this time,...

they have since refunded me the money via Paypal.  I wanted to let you know the issue has finally been resolved after 8 months.  Thank you for your help with this.  Please let me know if you can go ahead and put in that it has been resolved or if that has to come from me.Sincerely[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the first mirror was sent back and is sitting at their local post office and I told them this in an email. After I sent the first mirror back, I asked for a refund since it took so long to get responses from them. I have no merchandise from them in my possession.   Then without even asking me they sent me an email that says another mirror is on its way. I responded promptly and told them I never requested another mirror and had told them I ended up buying a mirror from the dealership because it was dangerous wasting time not having it on my car. So when the second mirror arrived I refused the package (there is no tracking number for this since the post office just takes it back). I don't know why they would send me another mirror without telling or asking me if I wanted to exchange. Here is the tracking number for the first mirror which apparently is still at their post office and this is where they told me to mail the return:[redacted] Arrived on October 17, 2015 [redacted]I have a thread from our coorspondance from PayPal where Glassrack said they would refund me among other emails that support what I've said in this email. This company has been extremely poor with communication and I've never had this much trouble with another company ever.

They ended up refunding me this morning through PayPal.Just wanted to let you know and wanted to thank you for helping.

the replacement, we sent a return label for the first order/mirror. The consumer refused the 2nd order, which is on its way back to us. But the customer can not keep the 1st mirror and expect to keep the product, she can not have it for free. We are more than willing to refund her, but we need the merchandise back. Once she sends it back and provides a a tracking number, we can issue the refund. We dont mind giving her the refund once we get our merchandise."

Business stated” When I looked online to the USPS Tracking site it states.. "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." When I tried to look up the package that was refused it stated the same thing. I believe that USPS is doing a system update due to the holiday. Please re-submit your tracking number for verification.

Recently ordered a mirror glass, received it in time. Ordered another one a few days later, came in broken, called them and sent pictures in. They sent me a new mirror and return label. Will most definitely keep using this company if need be. Not everyone will be satisfied. Some reviews here are just hateful because someone somewhere felt they did bot get the service they needed...check out Walmart or amazon reviews.

Review: This website is a scam. There are plenty reviews that show that they NEVER deliver your product once you pay. No one replies to emails, and no one answers the phones.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund and for the site to be taken down. People have been getting scammed by this site for years. I don't want my order, I want my money back please!
