Review: I ordered a mirror for my car from this site. I paid and never received my product. I tried calling the number on the website but never received a answer. I also emailed them and also never received a answer. I finally got someone to answer using their chat feature on the website and they stated that they overlooked the order and will mail out. After this I still haven't received my product and they will not answer and method I choose to contact them. I am very angry because I paid extra for express delivery and I think this company just scammed me out of my money. Buyer please beware.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: Placed an order on 10/4/15 for a Nissan Sentra 1987/1988/1990 Driver Side Mirror Glass for $14.50 plus $4.81 shipping for a total of $19.81. Subsequently received an email stating that the item was shipped on 10/13/15 via USPS.Despite multiple messages to [redacted] and phone calls to ([redacted], I have not received a response nor shipment of the product. My credit card has been debited $19.31.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $19.31

My claim is in reference to the glassrack.net

1. False advertisement on the mirror showed 2 both sides for $305.00 only sent one mirror, the driver side that I already have on the car.

2. After I saw it was the wrong mirror I sent it back from Ups shipping [redacted]. Located in [redacted] Queens borough shopping center, [redacted]. I paid shipping cost to send it back.

3. I was calling for my refund since the week after Christmas 2014. The last time I was able to reach a company rep. was Jan. 5 and Jan 8, 2015.Desired Settlement: 4. I was told he would call back with a confirmation number and the refund would be returned in my account in working 5 days.

5. I haven't been able to speak with anyone ever since. I only get the answering service and them to return the refund in my account but I have gotten no cooperation.

Review: I returned an item over a month ago and have yet to receive a refund for $54.23 and can't talk to anyone on the phone. They did email saying it was being processed and that was a few weeks ago. Still call and leave messages but no return calls. I keep emailing and no more response. This business shouldn't be in business!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!!!!! Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: They are liars. They didn't refund it until I called and called and finally got through on the 28th then they refunded it on the 30th!!!! It took 10 different times until they finally refunded it. They kept lying to me through email saying it was on its way so I would wait a few days then contact them. I don't think I was unreasonable on timeline. They are sleezeballs. I understand refunds can take a few days but they had my product for months and didn't call me back when I left messages so I lost my niceness. They shouldn't be in business. Liars and if I didn't push and push AND contact [redacted] they wouldn't have refunded it!!! Thanks to [redacted] they sided with me. I do not accept ther response because it was not the correct day and I can show you on my [redacted] account and emails I received from the case. Others need to know how they do business and they should remain in business.

Review: Purchased a side mirror for my truck on 12/30/2014. After the mirror arrived I realized they had sent me the wrong side, I have contacted them by phone and email numerous times about an exchange , not a refund just give me the correct mirror, and have yet to hear from the at all, no return calls or emails I have no other choice but to write this complaint , after reading other peoples complaints I wish I had checked them out before ordering from them.Desired Settlement: Just want the correct mirror . Review: I originally purchased a replacement side mirror from Glassrack.net on May 29, 2014, for $46.89. I asked a couple times for an update on my order/shipment with no reply. I finally heard word when I received an email from their "customer care" department, June 7, 2014, stating the item was backordered. June 13, 2014, I received the wrong item for which I ordered, I contacted them immediately and return the mirror. I tried contacting them through their ###-###-#### number and their [redacted] email listed on the order, but didn't hear back. I tried their online chat as an option, but it's always "offline." I then emailed them back along with an image of the product I needed and asked if they carried the item, and if not, to refund my $46.89 including shipping (because I paid to have it returned). but didn't hear back from them until June 15, 2014. At which time, I only received an email notification of my order being reshipped. It is now July 9, 2014, and I have not received the product or my refund. I have contacted them numerous times (all documented) via email and online chat option (which is not a viable option) to no avail. I simply just want a refund at this point, but I cannot seem to get an answer.Desired Settlement: I originally paid $46.89, including shipping. I received the wrong item and paid for shipping to return it (paying shipping 2x now). I am only asking for one shipping fee to be refunded and the price of the item, totaling = $46.89.

Review: We Ordered a right rear tail lamp assembly from Glass rack(1-888-571-2228). We never received the part or a refund back from Glass rack. After about 15 calls to notify them that we never received the part we finally did get someone to call back and they stated that the part had been lost and we would get A refund which never happened. After calling about another 15 times we spoke to [redacted](1-916-965-7067) who was supposedly a supervisor there who was unable to help. [redacted] stated he would have his supervisor contact us but we never heard from anyone. At this point we are left with no choice but to take legal action and file a complaint so that no one else gets ripped off the way that we have.As a business owner this has been the worst customer service,Rudest people that I have ever dealt withBEWARE! Review: I ordered a replacement mirror for my car on 7/24/2013. The mirror arrived and I had accidentally ordered the wrong one. So I emailed and asked if I could exchange it for the correct one, they said that wasn't a problem. So I sent it back. Almost a year and dozens of emails later I have neither a mirror nor a refund. After 5 months of emails and waiting, I asked for a refund. They have promised to refund my money at least 3 times and have not taken any action to get my money back. I can provide email traffic if necessary.Desired Settlement: I want the original price of the mirror plus shipping ($38.89) refunded to me.

Review: Impossible to do business with this company. Ordered a product, which is advertised as 'order is processed and delivered instantly'. After a few days, I learned that the order was 'overlooked' and would be processed asap. My follow up emails went unanswered until I finally cancelled the order after 12 days, and requested a refund. A few days after the order was cancelled, I received an email from Glassrack indicating that the product has shipped even though I had cancelled the order days earlier. After a few days, a package did arrive, which was refused and sent back to sender, since the order was cancelled. Several more emails have gone unanswered.

Warning - Do not buy anything from this company!!!Desired Settlement: Request full refund, including shipping charges ($19.31 total), since order was cancelled with due cause several days prior to shipment.

Review: I placed an order for a mirror 6/29/14 and inquired as to the status 7/1/14 as I checked it online, and it did not seem to have shipped or processed. They had in fact charged my paypal account on that date. I had an email but, no item was shipped. I elected to cancel the order 7/1/14. They cancelled the order for me. I sent several emails requesting the status of my refund with no response. I called 7/9/14 as I had not received a REFUND for my cancellation. I spoke with [redacted] whom very rudely was having a meal and chewing loudly into my ear while speaking with me over the phone. He stated that an email would be sent to me to confirm the refund by end of day. I never received an email or a refund. I called 7/11/14 to check on the status of my refund, [redacted] answered yet again and stated that he would forward the information to a supervisor. I asked for his supervisors name, and he stated that he does not give out that information. When asked what the status of my refund was he stated that it could be issued, so I asked him to clarify if my refund would be issued, and he stated that he would have the nameless supervisor return my call.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the item that was never shipped to me and cancelled before it could be shipped. The amount of the refund should be 26.81. Thank you.
