I ordered a mirror 10 days ago and still haven't received it? This stinks!!

Review: I ordered a mirror for my car. Everything was fine placed my order 6/8 via email order wasn't processed until 6/13 I was fine with that even though I paid extra for first class delivery option. I received tracking information on my product up until the 17th of June after that nothing made several attempts to contact them via email and phone call. Finally I went to the post office and spoke with a manager only to find out that Glassrack.net actually called to have it flagged and shipped back to them in CA. I called and spoke with a customer service rep and she explained to me she would get in touch with someone in shipping to send me out a new product I waited 24 hrs only to find out she never did it and told her I wanted my money refunded she explained to me she needed to talk to a manager to see how my money is going to be returned she said she would call me back never did .now when I call no one picks upsDesired Settlement: I would like my money refunded so that I can purchase not her mirror from a more reputable company without all these issues

Have spent the last two weeks trying to remedy having been sent the wrong part and get a Return Authorization. Numerous emails, phone calls, and voice mail messages have been made. Either they don't answer or they don't call back. Have talked with Joa @ 1(888)571-2228, Stanley the 'supervisor' at 1(916)965-7067 and Dave @ 1(888)783-9998 who told me today that they were working on our order, the part was coming from another warehouse and that once they checked it to make sure is wasn't 'bad' they would send it us along with the RA. After reading these reviews I'm not holding my breath. Unfortunately, my husband did not use PayPal when making the purchase. So, not only do these folks have our credit card number we have no recourse for retribution.

Review: I ordered a replacement glass for my vehicle on 3/13/2016. Glassrack shipped the wrong glass for my vehicle. I informed them and shipped the glass back to them on 4/19/2016. As of 6/2/2016 I have not received the refund for the wrong glass of the $67 it cost me to ship the glass back to them.Desired Settlement: Refund of the original cost of 132.81 + $67.60 for the return shipment.

Took payment and did not ship product, there is no customer service ... It just goes to VM and no response to multiple emails for update.

Review: They stated card would not be billed until the items shipped. Card was billed 5 days before item was shipped.

Item was to be shipped usps first class mail, the used ups ground.

I left at least 2 voice messages that were not returned. The answering service stated prompt return of voice messages. Additionally the first person I actually spoke with was rude, wondering why I called to find out any kind of information about my order. See first complaint.Desired Settlement: Credit for the shipping amount.

Review: On or around March 10,2014 I purchased a rear brake light from Glassrack. The man who was to put it in for me is a mechanic at Conn. dept of Highway, he looked at the light not working properly and said I need a new light a common assumption. So I ordered one online off Glassrack.net The 1st one came in damaged so they sent it back after approx. 3 week's I got the other 1 in and had it installed. The new light is doing the same thing The old one is doing Top & Bottom light doesn't work middle one does they seem to think it's the wiring in the car. Because it's a considerable price for a light I would like to return it. But glass rack refused To Take The reTurn. I have sent you a copy of Their ADverTismenT off tehre WeB page STATING They woulD accepT all reTurn's no question's asked I am will to Take a small penality for The inconvienense But Do not wish To eat The Brunt of it this is all the paper work I have at This Time. thank you for your help in this MATTERDesired Settlement: The company to take the product back.

Review: I order a replacement passenger mirror for my 2008 [redacted] V50 from Glassrack.net. When I received it on March 10th, 2015 it was broken. It was poorly packaged, I immediately emailed company and attached photos of broken mirror the same day I received it. In the email I explained I wanted a new mirror sent to me at no charge. I received an email back on March 17th stating I would be sent another mirror at Glassrack's cost. In my email I attached 3 pictures of broken mirror. I also noted that mirror was inside of another box for a different style of mirror. To date I have not received a new mirror. I have been calling many times on this trying now to get a refund back. Since I no longer want mirror and have bought a new one from another company. When I do call [redacted] and talk to [redacted], I am always put on hold and then given some excuse as why refund has not been processed yet. I am being told that I will not get full amount back that was charge to my credit card of $53.92, only $49.11. I told [redacted] I expect the full amount back of $53.92, since this is being dragged on for this long. My last call was on Oct 1st, 2015 at 12:55pm. Again I was put on hold and told it is with the bank. What does that mean? Please help me resolve this.Desired Settlement: I want $53.92 credited back on my charge card or a refund check sent to me. I want to be done with this once and for all. I never will order from this company again.

Review: I ordered a replacement mirror for a car. I was charged, and they never shipped the item. I called them 7 days after I ordered it and they said they don't know why I never received it. they said they would look into it and get another one shipped out that day, he promised me it would ship and I would get a tracking number in my email. I didn't get tracking number until next day. two days have gone by and tracking number still doesn't work. it just says a label has been created. I have tried to recontact them to figure out why it hasn't shipped. I have left numerous messages and emails. they are ignoring me and wont return my calls. I have been charged and have nothing to show for it. the order confirmation shows tracking number which shows label was created but usps never received the package. I have tried to call during there normal operating hours and get though to nobody. this is a company that shouldnt be in business, and clearly has major customer service issues.Desired Settlement: I wouldn't have ordered the mirror if I didn't need it. I would like the part ASAP or a refund immediately. and please keep me updated with the process and outcome. if they are not going to make good on the order I need to order it from someone else asap.

Review: Hello, I am writing this complaint because of the lack of customer service I encountered and because I was refused to get my refund. I ordered a [redacted] Camry driver side mirror glass on October 24 2016, and I called to cancel my order few days after because the shipment was taking long. The person I spoke with told me it would take few days to get my refund after he canceled my order and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called and left voicemail so many times because they are ignoring my calls. I haven't got the item I ordered or received my payment back. My receipt number is [redacted]. although the price was inexpensive, I am moved to right a complaint because they might be doing the same to other customers, and this type of service is unacceptable. Yes I would like my refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund. I will no longer will do business with this company.

Review: I placed an order with the company back in October, at which point, the company was very proactive in communicating with me to clarify that I did indeed place an order for the correct item. When I assured them that I had, they said that they would send me a tracking number shortly. A month later, I contacted them for an update to find out my order had been "overlooked" and I would receive a tracking number shortly. Reported for non receipt of item paid via PayPal. Do NOT do business with Glassrack.Net under any circumstances. Company reported to PayPal and to FBI section on Internet Fraud. No contact from company owner Thomas Ntongoi (probably doesn't exist) and Stanley L. Hayes, (Chicago) claimed item shipped via UPS yet carrier has not received item.

Complaints will continue to be filed with proper authorities (local, state, federal) until refund or product is received and/or company goes out of business.

Review: Good afternoon,I purchased a passenger mirror for my [redacted] 2008 RX 350 on March 3, 2015. I realize I got the wrong item and reached out to them on 3/10. After 10 phone calls to the company and 10 emails I sent them, I finally shipped the item on 4/7. I called them during their posted normal business hours and the recording said they were closed. They have charged my credit card. I researched their company further and have discovered they are a scam and have stolen from other customers. Please contact this company it appears they are providing fraudulent services. I would appreciate my order to be canceled and have the purchase price of the item and the shipping charges refunded, for a total of $66.90.Desired Settlement: Order canceled and money refunded please.

Review: I bought a mirror for my car through this mirror and glass website. The mirror did not fit my car eventhough the description matched my car. I contacted them numerous times by email and phone calls. They were hardly responsive over a couple of weeks so I had to file a dispute with PayPal. They finally responded and said they would give me a refund and to send the mirror back. I sent it back and waited for my refund. The dispute expired through PayPal and suspiciously two hours later they emailed me and told they were sending me another mirror. They never responded and told me that I was getting an exchange. I have proof through the email on PayPal and my personal email. I've never had so much trouble with a company that said they would give me a refund and then go back on it and not respond to me.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me from this company to resolve this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: the first mirror was sent back and is sitting at their local post office and I told them this in an email. After I sent the first mirror back, I asked for a refund since it took so long to get responses from them. I have no merchandise from them in my possession. Then without even asking me they sent me an email that says another mirror is on its way. I responded promptly and told them I never requested another mirror and had told them I ended up buying a mirror from the dealership because it was dangerous wasting time not having it on my car. So when the second mirror arrived I refused the package (there is no tracking number for this since the post office just takes it back). I don't know why they would send me another mirror without telling or asking me if I wanted to exchange. Here is the tracking number for the first mirror which apparently is still at their post office and this is where they told me to mail the return:[redacted] Arrived on October 17, 2015 [redacted]I have a thread from our coorspondance from PayPal where Glassrack said they would refund me among other emails that support what I've said in this email. This company has been extremely poor with communication and I've never had this much trouble with another company ever.

I called the number on the website and no one answered. I left a message and no one has returned my call. Then, I decided to check if other customers had any issues and found out that they have had the same issues.Desired Settlement: I hope that with my complaint, this website will be shut down and others will not fall into their scam.
