I had the most amazing, professional, experience with the folks at Global Equity Finance everFrom the first young woman I initially spoke to, until the process was completed, I had superb serviceEvan N took over from the young man that started the loan process, but he made the transition seamlessThroughout the application process, every question, any concerns, including being just a bit nervous, all were put to rest by EvanI am most grateful for his patience, integrity, experience, time and energyI will recommend Global Equity Finance to ALL my friends & rate them highly

Global Equity Finance did an excellent job following up on all details and making refinance of our house happen!

I was looking for options and Dave F did an excellent job helping me determine what was the best option for my situationVery knowledgeable and did an excellent job communicating with me

Although they were very helpful in solving a problem with a really stupid Fannie Mae requirement, they were very lax in other areas First of all, after many real estate and transactions over the years, I have NEVER had one take this long or have this many problems! I understand the process very well I am also a Notary Signing Agent and have done more signings than I can count; mostly re-fisSecondly, I would email docs to them only to hear much later that they either didn't get them or they were unreadableand needed to send them again Sounds like a problem at their end Finally had to send a lot of docs via "snail mail" Thirdly, the Good Faith Estimate was very wrong twice, and we did not receive a fairly correct one until the final signing Fourth, the payoff figures for our first mtgand Home Equity Line of Credit were VERY wrong, even though they verified them three times! We were told that we could payoff the line of credit and still keep it open We were charged $for a reconvetanceand refund fee, and it will NOT remain open! Lastly, because it was taking so long, our quoted rate did not get locked in on time and when she finally did lock it, it was higherI should mention that our representative usually did respond quickly and was very pleasant

Our whole experience with this company has been amazingI was skeptical at first that it was too good to be true, but it turned out to be legit and such a smart moveOur consultant's name was [redacted] and he was very thorough, polite, helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to work withOur whole process was smooth and snag free, thankfullyI hope that if you are looking for a good company that you can trust and is genuine then you should consider choosing this companyThank you so much for your amazing service and help!

I just want everyone to know that working Carlos G at Global Equity was one of the most amazing experiences He was always willing to take my calls and answer any and all questions I had He would return my calls as soon as possible I would highly recommend Carlos to work with on you finances

Thank you for your reply The reason your loan was declined was because your appraisal value came in at $167,instead of the value you quoted of $190, We did everything within our power to make this loan work despite the lower value- but unfortunately the new terms were not satisfactory and you decided not to move forward We cannot control appraisal values We can only go by what the customer estimates We did rework the file and also attempted to appeal the appraisal on your behalf Unfortunately the appeal was denied by the appraiser; the terms of the reworked loan apparently were unsatisfactory to youAt this point we are dead in water as to what we can do Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for an appraisal which came in at a value significantly under what you quoted us

Admittedly, there was some trepidation on my part in even considering responding to the online advertisement to check out mortgage refinancing But when [redacted] of Global Finance called in response, he immediately proceeded to try to put my mind at ease [redacted] personable approach led to us finding some common ground ( he had previously lived and worked in my State) upon which to start our business relationship From there, his professionalism, subject knowledge and experience shined through, giving me an initial level of confidence to continue on with the mortgage refinancing process, even though I was leery of conducting such business online [redacted] was very understanding of the foregoing, and made a great effort to assure me that he would be there each step of the process He provided information about himself and the company, so that I could gauge their competency and reputation He made himself available through all modes of contact, and was very responsive in keeping me informed of each step of the process He made sure that I satisfactorily understood what and why each document and process was and required, all the way up to the end of the process He also utilized his vast experience to make suggestions and advise as to the best courses of action for my individual situation I would recommend [redacted] , in particular, and his Global Finance Equity Team to any of my family, friends and associates

My husband and I are truly happy with Global Equity FinanceTim Valaski went out of his way to help make the process easy for usHe was always there if we needed anythingWe are more than happy with the outcomeI would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Date Sent: 5/1/2:15:PMNo fee is ever collected or kept by Global Equity for the Customer's appraisal Per the Dodd Frank legislation, the third party Appraisal Management Company between Global Equity and the Appraiser collects the difference in feesThis is a required fee by Federal Law imposed on consumers by the Dodd Frank Act [redacted] E was terminated by GEQ during this timeThe client was contacted by [redacted] M both by phone and e-mail immediately after [redacted] Ewas let goAt this time the client advised [redacted] M that she wished to terminate her application Global Equity Finance made a good faith effort to extend credit to Ms [redacted] We were ultimately unable to refinance her loan according to her original preferred terms because the appraiser's opinion of value was inadequate to accommodate agency guidelines for the productWe were able to provide an alternative option beneficial to Ms [redacted] – after some discussion she advised [redacted] M and [redacted] S (manager) of her intention to proceed with the loan application under new termsWith regard to Ms [redacted] 's Mortgage payments: The attached e-mail came to the attention of Global Equity Management on February 19th, a SundayDespite multiple attempts, her new MLO was not able to reach her until Tuesday the 21st, at which point she was advised clearly about the status of her application for financing; and directed to make her February mortgage payment to US Bank to avoid delinquency, as her loan would not be funding within the month of FebruaryMs [redacted] advised at that time, that she would prefer to terminate her applicationShe did so prior to any delinquency on her payment to US Bank, and with clear direction from Global Equity Staff that this payment would need to be made to avoid an adverse credit eventAny delinquencies on her mortgage payment occurred after she withdrew her application I signed all necessary paperwork by secured email and returned everything to ***He said the loan was complete and ready to go.See aboveGEF also stated in their Revdex.com response that there was clear direction from them that the February payment would need to be made to avoid an adverse credit eventFebruary was never delinquent, as I stated in an email message dated March 30, 2017, to ***He responded, "Great." The March mortgage payment was paid on March 30along with late charge.The clients March payment was reported days late by her current creditor, US BankThe client was advised multiple times leading up to this, by several GEQ staff members, that she must make her March payment to avoid derogatory credit impact [redacted] who replaced ***, stated that I could skip the April and May payments because this loan should be approved shortlyHe denies this, saying that it was possible, not probableHe then informed me that the appraiser erroneously did the $appraisal (I paid) for a conventional appraisal, not FHA, so that needed a REDO but this appraiser refusesNow they need to get a new appraiser...plus I needed to pay the April mortgage payment because of this delay[redacted] first contacted the client in response to her initial complaint with the Revdex.comShe informed him that she would like to move forward with the applicationHe took pains to advise the borrower that although he was optimistic that the loan could close in April, it was possible that final approval would not be ready until MayThe appraiser who completed the client’s initial appraisal report unexpectedly declined to provide an Conventional to FHA conversion to the report; causing an unforeseen delayThe client was advised of this right away, at which time she requested that her loan application be terminatedI scrambled to get the March payment togetherNow I need to pay for April, and I don't have the fundsGEF has destroyed my credit -- I've attempted to get financial loans and failed because I now have mortgage delinquencies on recordLoan app started Feb and has gone on till now, April 25, GEF should fix this--I'm unable to get credit now or refi, thanks to them.Global Equity Finance has not taken any steps or measures which have in anyway adversely impacted her Credit RatingThe borrower did not make her March 1st payment within days of its due date, even though she was repeatedly advised that it needed to be made in order to avoid having a late payment reported by US BankContrary to the client’s assertion, GEQ is able to provide the client with refinance fundingIt is the client who terminated the application; it has not been declined by GEQIf she has difficulty obtaining credit elsewhere because of delinquent mortgage payments, it is despite the best efforts of GEQ staff to communicate the urgency and necessity of making her mortgage payments on time

I contacted [redacted] with a challenging refinance requestAt the outset we both agreed that my situation required a very special person to complete this refinance [redacted] stated that he was up for the challengeMr [redacted] and his processor, [redacted] , professionally and tirelessly gathered information and documents to make sure that my file was as complete as possible prior to submission to the underwriterThen, when additional information was requested by the underwriter they immediately respondedThey did not miss a beat and did not stop their efforts until the loan was cleared to close, closed and funded Thank you [redacted] and [redacted] for a awesome job I would highly recommend this team
