I last spoke to the loan consultant on september 21,concerning the violation to our written agreement signed on June 23,2015.He was informed then specifically which debtors were not paid I was told by him that his suporviser was calling the account holder that was not paid per our written agreement and would call me back within the day to comfirm the issue was settled and paid in fullI was not called back nor was the debtor paid I waited a few days and continued my complaint through Revdex.com.Since then I have not recieved any phone calls or messages from this company.No emails, no paper copies of proof of payment ,nothingThere are still several debtors late charges and interest fees building from each deliquent account .I requested copies of amounts paid and the dates( federal regulations require these to be provided) back in july when I was recieving over calls per day concerning the accounts that were to have been paidI still have not recieved any proof that these accounts have been paid .since then I have spent numerous hours and days contacting these debtors to try to resolve these issues and am using my own personal money to pay late fees and incurred interest caused by this companies delay and neglect in payments to themI feel it is extremely important for Revdex.com and other authoritiesto be informed to prevent this company from causing anyone else the financial ruin it has caused me

To Whom It May Concern,Global Equity Finance made a good faith effort to extend credit to Ms [redacted] We were ultimately unable to refinance her loan according to her original preferred terms because the appraiser's opinion of value was inadequate to accommodate agency guidelines for the product We were able to provide an alternative option beneficial to Ms [redacted] , but she declined to accept, choosing rather to withdraw her applicationWith regard to costumer service: Once Ms [redacted] 's dissatisfaction in this area came under the attention of Global Equity Finance management, every effort was made to accommodate her needsHer case was assigned to a new licensed loan originatorThe previous originator, it was determined, had not achieved Global Equity's high standards of customer service and was subsequently terminatedWith regard to Ms [redacted] 's Mortgage payments: The attached e-mail came to the attention of Global Equity Management on February 19th, a SundayDespite multiple attempts, her new MLO was not able to reach her until Tuesday the 21st, at which point she was advised clearly about the status of her application for financing; and directed to make her February mortgage payment to US Bank to avoid delinquency, as her loan would not be funding within the month of FebruaryMs [redacted] advised at that time, that she would prefer to terminate her applicationShe did so prior to any delinquency on her payment to US Bank, and with clear direction from Global Equity Staff that this payment would need to be made to avoid an adverse credit eventAny delinquencies on her mortgage payment occurred after she withdrew her application
