Receiving harassing phone calls threatening legal action against us. Have blocked their number but they just change number and call again. We know that this is a scam as we do not have do not have any credit issues or owe money for anything. This "company" is just a telemarketing scam and should be shut down.

They keep leaving threatening voicemails with a call back number without a necessary extension. Still don't know what they are calling me about. Lol

They call 10x a day, want me to verify my information which I will not disclose due to my social security, birthdate and my identity has been compromised in the Equifax and Primera Blue Cross leak/hack. My credit has been tanked by both situations due to fraudulent credit cards, loans, etc. that has been taken out in my name/birth date/social, on top of this my bank accounts and savings had to be closed from two different banks due to this compromise.

They are stating they will be taking me to court for a debt that is not mine, threating me, won't verify who they are or what it is for, they are calling family and work. I have told them that I have filed disputes, records of it, and have proof. They continue to call and when they do it is 3-6 times in a row non stop up to 10x a day - which is harassing me and my family.

This needs to stop. I am not sure who these people are or if it is a scam to gather more information in which I will NOT supply unless it is clear to me who they are and what it is about.

It’s too bad you can’t leave a negative rating. They call me 5+ times a day and leave threatening messages. They are also calling and harassing my sister and other family members.

Leaves intimidating, borderline threatening messages without ANY details regarding WHY they are calling.

Global Mediation has been calling harassing my whole family including my husband, under age son, and other family members. Today they called me son at school and then my husband called them back. the guy told my husband his ss number and his license plate number on his truck. he said that he was on his way to our home and if wasn't there it was going to be terrible to pay. This company is so rude.

I have no idea what they are calling about. They called my office today although I have never received a call to my personal phone. From the call, there is no way to tell them to not call here. Absolutely ridiculous and an invasion of privacy since they say who they are. If you google them, it says collection agency. Had I not answered the phone, one of my coworkers would have received that message and could have done the same thing.

unprofessional and threatening phone calls looking for my daughter. actually read me my social security number and asked if it was accurate! called back immediately after I told them not to call.

Threatening me, saying they are going to suspend my social security number. That’s got to be illegal. Don’t even know what they are talking about with any collections.

I just received a voicemail from Global Mediation stating "this was a final courtesy call before they report that I've been uncooperative and if they didn't hear from me or my representation today they will be left with no accord other than to report my noncompliance in this issue to their client and proper jurisdiction office". This is my first time ever hearing about them and as far as I know I have no debts. Now I know that they are a scam I'm blocking their number

I am like many people who are getting calls from this "company" about contacting them or being pursued with other legal matters. I ignore them and still get the calls. I've called them back on their toll free number (***) to find out why they're calling me. They're looking for a family member who does not use this phone number for anything other than to contact me or my wife. Also when they're calls come through, it's using an area code in Montana with a ***. I called that number and "Adam" answers the phone, not a company. I've informed this "company" to not contact me and to remove this phone number from their list. They told me they would and yet I'm still getting phone calls. This is a company cell phone and they need to stop contacting me.

An account was fraudulantly opened under my name at Vivint. I was turned into a collection agency. I discussed this with Vivint and had this cleared up in June, 2019. The account was declared fraudulent and pulled back from the collection company. 3 m9nths later this.company began harassing me and my adult.children through fake phone numbers and they refuse to let.me.send them proof of this or even listen to what has gone on. They didn't contact me first. They harrassed my kids. They won't call me on a legitamate number that I can call them back on. If they are a legitamate company, they need to.use legitamate methods to contact.me that are traceable.

Company calls with very threatening robo voice message threatening to arrest a woman by the name of *** (my wife's maiden name) unless I call immediately - when I call the number it goes directly to a voice mail. I have left messages asking they not call me in the past and those have been ignored. The *** they're looking for isn't even my wife, it's some woman in Florida. I know this because I deal with harassment calls all the time and my wife has even won a lawsuit in the past related to this issue.

Returned a phone call to the company after receiving a voicemail from them. Mrs. W was very belligerent from the start of the conversation. She proceeded yelling at me and hanging up in my face before I could ask any questions. This all came after she took personal information from me. I was very confused by the situation and had no understanding why she would be so aggressive. I called back twice and was transferred back to her. She continued to over talk me and threatening me with the company taking legal actions against me. She stated that she had noted on my account that I did not plan on handling the situation but I never stated that. The situation was very stressful.

Second of all, they never identified their client, no account information or anything. They are scammers, their number showed up on my phone originating from Trenton, New Jersey. My husband is a police office so I am aware of these types of scams, I pray they don't do this to an elderly person who is more likely to fall for this. They need to be stopped.

This fake company has bcalled me 5-6 times a day for three weeks saying if they don’t hear from me they will arrest. They are harassing me and other people. This fake company is scamming people.

They called me and got very rude and nasty. Their looking allegedly for my mother to dispute some business of hers. I got upset and the women began to argue with me. I told her I wasn't being combative sh says well why are you then.. wait excuse me and you're suppose to be a professional looking to collect on a delinquent account. I cursed the lady out I call back the phone number that was left on my phone and someone immediately hung up. I called again the guy was able to tell me my name was able to see I just called and also became very rude and nasty. I believe this company to be a fraud because I've never been spoken to by someone who was to be a professional in their field this way before!

They keep calling and harassing me. Trying to get info from me but wont tell my what or why they want my info. Threatening me with a lawsuit or saying I am being sued. The callback number isn't real. Scammers. People beware of this scam.

I have no clue as to what company or bill they are trying to collect for or even the name of the person they are looking for because they never mention a name.
Am I the UNCOOROPERATIVE person they are looking for? Or is the UNCOOROPERATIVE person, the one who may left my name and number as a reference?
After they leave such a nasty and threatening message, they want you to have a BLESSED DAY.

I have received numerous phone calls from this company. I assume, from looking them up on google, that they work with collection agencies. I returned their call approximately two weeks ago and they would not give me any information about why they were calling me, because I would not give them my personal information. I told them to contact me only by mail. I then found their company website and emailed them, requesting the same thing. They still have not sent me any information and are continuing to call me from various phone numbers.
