People called me instead of my mom and told me I need to get in touch with my mom instead of them contacting her directly. Ridiculous company with complete is working there

They are harassing me. I have tried to make a payment. I have offered to settle. They wouldnt accept and keep calling me. They called a family member for no reason. They have threatened me.

The agents at Global Mediation are extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, lie, and act uneducated. I received a call from this company about a debt from 2016 in the amount of $105.00 that was placed in their office. I wasn’t aware I had this debt because correspondence was sent to an old address 2 years ago. I was under the impression I paid it in full. Completely my mistake. I initially tried to work out some type of payment with them but instead was denied, threatened, criticizes, harassed, lied to, and hung up on several times. A little over a month, I called them back and explained to the agents that I would be able to pay the debt off in full but I needed them to send me an email with the company information, or send a letter via mail with the amount and company information. They instead criticized me, went around in circles, complained, talked to me very disrespectfully again and then hung up. I was hung up on many times. I then called the original creditor asking them how can I pay this debt because for some odd reason the mediation company won’t work with me so I can pay it in full. COME to find out, they no longer have my debt!!! Not one time in our conversation did they state they no longer had it in their office. I have worked with mediation companies before and have ALWAYS been able to receive some type of correspondence. When I called to speak with a supervisor, she did nothing but make excuses and again tell me how I was difficult. I called to pay my debt, come to find out is no longer with them, which they never once mentioned, and I’m difficult. I always treat people with respect and always pay my debts even debts that I fall behind on. The way they handle business is shocking and so unprofessional!

A message was left on my phone. I called back and spoke with whomever answered the phone. He told me that I am behind on a bill which I am. However he stated that the contract was signed in KS in 2018. This is false. I have lived in TX since June of 2017. He also stated that the laws of the state I signed the contract in would apply. I informed him in TX the only things that can be garnished from a payroll check are student loans, child support and back taxes. He continued to berate me and tell me he pays his bills and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. This is a tactic that seems to be their game plan.

after years of telling them not to call me, as they say they are trying to reach my adult daughter. they still call and leave threatening voice mails telling me they will start legal proceedings against me if I don't respond to their call

This collection agency calls your friends and relatives and tells them all your business. They tell them how much money you owe and if you don’t pay they will take you to court.

I believe that it is against the law that a company calls your family and give them financial information without your concern.

This company has repeatedly called me and left voicemails regarding an individual they are looking for. I am not the individual and these calls were made to a private cell phone. The last voicemail stated that they were going to close Ms. Whatever's account because she had 'blatently ignored' phone calls and it would be a breach of contract, which sounds a lot like information that shouldn't be disclosed on a voicemail and may be better pursued as a letter. They then proceeded to say 'please relay this information to Ms. Whatever', which I wouldn't do even if I did know her because I do not get paid to make their collection calls.

When I called them back, and let them know I didn't know this person, didn't know the number or where to find them, they seemed surprised in that I was not a place of employment for this individual. Last I checked, making calls to an individuals place of employment is legal HOWEVER revealing they are a debt collector is not. My voicemail is very CLEARLY a cell phone voicemail, and even if it was an employers voice mail it's made clear there has been a breach of contract and that this company is attempting to collect a debt. I get it, everyone has a job to do, but have some class and do it right.

These people keep calling my family saying they have been trying to contact me, they haven’t. I’ve never heard of them and have no idea how they got my or my family’s information.

I received a voicemail from Global mediation. They said they were based out of Atlanta claiming they were going to file a
report of money owed. They had my SS# and were phishing for information. They also called multiple family members
trying to obtain information illegally. I asked them to provide information on claims and they threatened me. They then
hung up. I called back and requested the same information. They said they would not provide information and
threatened me again. I said what they were requesting was illegal that I would be contacting the attorney general

Numerous calls from this company have been coming through. When answered I either get no response or get hung up on after verifying my identity. Enough was enough so I called back and as soon as a person picked up I demanded to know who it was. This man proceeded to tell me he was calling from a mediation service in attempt to collect a debt from 2011.., it is now 2017. He claimed I settled at one point for $570 but the bank rejected it. He said the company on behalf of which he is mediating, Vince E has made several attempts to contact me. I've never even heard of this place. So he went on to tell me what would happen if debts weren't resolved which came off more like threats. Repetitive direct threats of being served, and feeling threatened in other ways because he read my information aloud and completely. He said my bank and full account number, my place of employment, home address and part of my social. From the begining of the call he seemed h-bent to verify my identity. Asking me serval times if it was indeed me. He even didnt state " this phone call may be monitired.." until well into the conversation. Everything about this phone call made me feel uncomfortable. The man would not answer any question I had. I wanted to know when this amount I so called settled for was rejected from my bank, I wanted the number to Vince E, I wanted more information about the loan but all he kept spewing was my personal information. He answered none of my questions. This call lasted 20 mins. I can go on deataling the unpleasantries I've faced but it was too many. At the end he told me I wasted his time and he's going to mark my file as delinquent and uncooperative or whatever and I will be served at my home address. I don't know what this is about but I'm in the investigation stage now and in the process of changing vital information.

This comapany is nothing but a scam comapany. They call people and claim that you have unpaid debts that need to be paid for loans that people have never taken out. They call and harass family members even when those family memebers have asked to not be called and bothered. They call you from local spoofed number, giving false names and using false companies that these false debts are owed to again. I repeat this company is nothing but a fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!! I have reported them in my state to the AG, the FCC and have also filed a fraud feport with the FBI.
