They have called for both myself and my ex husband. They knew incredibly personal information about both of us yet refuse to give me any information as to who they are or who they are calling for. My ex husband and I have been divorced for many years and share no debts. I cannot figure out how my phone number is even linked to him as I got this number years after we divorced. They very menacingly threatened to show up at my exhusbands house if we didnt give them our personal information at one point. They knew his exact address. The number they give on voicemail to call: ***. They've been calling for quite awhile threatening to suspend our social security numbers, show up at our homes, serve us with court papers, etc.

Global Mediation Group continues to contact me at work. I advised them on 8/24/2019 and 9/3/2019 that I can not receive calls at work due to being in law enforcement and needing the phone lines to remain open to emergency or important phone calls.

They left a harassing message but did not state what bill they were trying to collect on. They keep calling me at my employment. Not sure who they are but by reading this, I am not calling them back.

Someone needs to stop this Global Mediation Group. These calls saying that their findings against you will be filed for noncompliance and filed with the proper jurisdiction. This is really pushing it and they are going to cause someone to do something they cant take back. I have been out of work since the beginning of May and when I got this message I almost ended it. Being out of work for so long and then this kind of phone call just isn't right. Glad I decided to look it up and found out it is a scam before I decided to just give up.
Any legal action that can be taken needs to be asap before they cause a death.
You would think being we live in the USA the government would do something about this and these low life's that are making these scam call. They want to put there nose in everything else you would think they would want to protect people from st like this.

+1

THIS COMPANY HAS CONTACTED FAMILY MEMBERS ASKING FOR ME. I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP OR OTHERWISE WITH THEM. THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD BE CONTACTING ANYONE ABOUT ME. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME DIRECTLY. IT'S LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET INFO FROM ANYONE WHO ANSWERS. WHEN MY RELATIVE CALLED BACK THE GUYS ASKED FOR ME, MY RELATIVE SAID I DIDN'T LEAVE THERE AND HE HUNG UP. I'VE SEND THEM AN EMAIL TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST AND STOP HARRASSING ANYONE RELATED OR ASSOCIATED WITH ME.

They keep calling me and leaving threatening messages about taking legal action and when you talk with them - they are "phishing" for your info. and rudely using scare tactics to make you pay for "unknown" bills. Please shut them down!

This company is calling my work, a number that I never provided to contact me at. The recording is a very vague threat with legal action. Companies that spam and threaten like this need to be stopped. These are unfair collection practices, there are some unsuspecting people who will do what they have to, to stop the threats and that's not right.

The organization is harassing me, refusing to provide proof of their claims
Additionally, they are harassing family members claiming to have been used as a reference which is untrue. They are practicing predatory, relentless debt collection without providing requested proof of said claims.

I spoke with an Adam. He stated that I am liable for a credit card debt that was defaulted on and that he was taking legal actions on me if the balance wasn't paid. When I informed him that I disputed this debt because I didn't receive or apply for a card, he told me because he had my personal information I am still liable for the balance. When I was explaining to him that fraud is fraud and I wasn't paying he told me he was taking me to court.

They purposefully threaten me with court non-seances and then demand me to provided them with information which I refuse. These people need to be put out of business and sued to full extent of the law.

They call me about 5 times a day. They are very rude. The have threatened me. Also they have called my friends and family members and I have told them that I write bad checks, I lie, I owe them over $1000. None of these things are true. Even if they were I'm I'm pretty sure it is illegal to call random people and discuss stuff like this. They also called my wife's mother and told her that would sue her also. This has absolutely nothing to do with her.

Ithey called me wanting info on my husband and they couldn't even give me the account number or any information. As a spouse I said I have every legal right to know exactly anything related to my husband and any debt owed! I said give me your company name etc as I'm returning the call you called me on behalf of my husband . They would not work with me. Never sent any documents out to us. Very rude and unprofessional. they call all hours of the day and night and make threats but when you ask for information they will not work with you! These people need to be put in prison for there horrible threats etc.

The collector said a very inappropriate comment about my father! This is uncalled for and I will be notifying the news how dare you have racist people working for you. My fathers English is understandable how could your employee say to me that "why doesn't your father know English after being here for 30 years" I can't believe this after all the hate there is.

Global mediation group is calling my job trying to collect debt without stating the company's name they are collecting for. They repeatedly asked me to verify my identity. I told them, I'm at work and can't take personal calls. Our phone lines are not secure. They constantly doing it over and over. This is not acceptable in trying to collect debt and I never received anything in writing regarding this company. I just returned back to my job from being on FMLA, and they are going to cause me to lose it with these outrageous calls. They won't tell me the company they are working for, cause I sent out letters to every company to make a payment arrangement while going on FMLA for surgery. This company is unacceptable and something should be done about them.

I retired from the military in 2011 Colorado Springs. In 2013 I put the home I had up for sale and it was sold to *** in early March 2014. Some time after the purchase the investment group rented the home to a *** who apparently ordered some type of home protection equipment in April using a mailer that had my name on it. I had nothing to do with this transaction. A year later this group made threats of court action and collections, contacted several of my relatives in regard to the bill for this equipment, and every other year since 2015 have done it again. I am contacting a lawyer about legal action. The company they work for must be is to receive an order, deliver it, have it signed for in my name with never once seeing a male or proper ID for a co-signer. I had not lived in this house for 9 months and it was no longer in my name a month before this order of equipment from ***. To prove my innocents I agreed to send copies of the sale of the home to the collection group the last time I had these calls in 2017 and was told my name was being removed. This year they asked for a copy of my drivers license to prove the signature was wrong. I told them "*** no". They have all they needed from the copy of the sale of the home which is also public record. I am giving them nothing more. The continued embarrassment of these calls to family and friends as well as the libel and slanderous accusations of not being a good consumer or payer have to stop. I have done all the work to get the information for these companies and proved I was not involved. Now they are calling my relatives again in 2019. Apparently they keep no records themselves of the last calls made or outcomes. When I asked for a copy and the exact amount owed by this Tamara, I was told no as I was not the customer, but I am still the one who has his family and home getting called. I want the information from the sale and any signatures for my records against them.

This company called me and left very threatening information about taking me to court on my voicemail. They never said my name or the “clients” they are representing. It sounds like a big scam!

Global Mediation has called my home and now my work and left horrible messages. "This is a final courtesy call from Global Mediation Group. We have now been forced to report that you've been uncooperative in the findings against you if we do not hear from either you or representing counsel today. We will unfortunately be left with no recourse other than to report your non-compliance om this issue to our client for further proceedings." I called the number and the woman o n the phone was very nasty to me and would not tell me what the call was about. Wanted to get details of my identity and said if I did not comply they would file a law suit against me. For what asked? She had no answer.

Threatening calls saying there is a fine against me that will be processed. They call 5x a day harassing family memebrs

Absolute scam artists. Not a legit company. Phone # they left with me was ***. Ignore their calls. Just trying to fish for info and get me to pay non-existent bills.

This company called my husband about an outstanding debt that had been paid off years ago. They wanted payment over the phone and when we asked for written record of the debt, as well as wondered out loud why we'd never, ever, ever received anything in writing about the debt still being outstanding, the woman asked, "Oh, you didn't?" then got REALLY quiet, and then we were mysteriously disconnected and no one called us back about this matter that was supposedly VERY urgent only moments ago.

When I called back to inquire about a company website, or a way that I could verify--even through a third party--the legitimacy of the business, I was told that there was no website because they "didn't serve the public." When I was told they were a "mediation firm" where people could pay into their outstanding debts, I noted out loud that it seems like that would be "serving the public," and that if I could be asked to provide my credit card information over the phone to pay a supposedly outstanding debt, I should be able to verify online in SOME way that the company was legitimate.

I asked to speak to a manager, who consistently interrupted me, would not provide me with verifying information, and eventually berated me by saying that he thought it was "pretty stupid that you would call a number back that you thought was a scam." I reiterated that I was only trying to verify that the company WASN'T a scam. When he finally gave me the full name of the company, I brought it up online while on the phone with him and told him that our situation sounded like an exact replica of several other complaints on their Revdex.com website. I asked why he wouldn't be able to provide a physical address or other way to verify the legitimacy of the company and he said that he could not provide a physical address "out of protection for his employees" (fine, I get that), and that he couldn't provide me any other way to verify the company's legitimacy without first having our case number and my personal information. We went around this probably a half dozen times, and it always ended by me saying that I didn't believe my personal information OR the case number were material to simply having SOME third-party way to verify that the company a) really existed, and b) wasn't trying to take money illegally from people. I made it clear that scam calls are common and that he should understand that, and that numbers like that get reported to the FTC.

After he berated me some more about how ridiculous and difficult I was being (odd response, given he wouldn't give me ANY way to verify the actual company), he gave me his extension and told me that I could call him if I wanted to (after telling me never to call them again) and then hung up on me.

They never responded to our request about receiving record of the debt in writing.
