This deal has been flat cancelled through the bank.  Refund check ( or in this case ... cash ) is being refunded to the consumer.  While the vehicle was sent to range rover for repairs, we supplied the customer with a [redacted] for use.  Thanks,R[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:1) I have NOT received my license plates as the business claims.2)The warranty was NOT worth $1,995 as the business claims.3)The vehicle has not been registered with DMV.The business has continued to lie regarding this transaction and their services and practices.  The business has paid just $995 for the warranty as my records confirm.  The business has refused to send my plates.  There is no legitimacy to the claim that they have been sent OR that they will arrive at a later date.  DMV records confirm that the car has not been registered under my name. My holiday plans were to leave tomorrow morning which I now cannot do.  At this point, they have now lied to not only the consumer, but to the Revdex.com.  The refund request at $499, no where near covers the amount of damages, repairs, and inconveniences which have now exceeded $4,000.  I now have to cancel my plans to leave for the New Years holiday because I cannot drive my car without legal plates.  This will cost me additional fees to cancel hotel and trip reservations.   Further, in contacting the DMV, the vehicle has not even been registered under my name therefore proving my claim that the business has lied about the plates and will not and CANNOT follow though on their word and obligations.Incredibly irresponsible, unethical, and negligent.  Not to mention just out right immoral.

 You test drove the [redacted] and were allowed to take it for a pre inspection sale.  On top of that, A top tier warranty was provided to you at absolutely no cost ( a $1,995 value ).  GN also offered to fix a small tint issue with the window.  We even went out of our way to make sure this was done by having it done at a place close to her house ( and not having her drive out to Chantilly to get it done ).  The car tags were also provided during the allotted amount of time that we are allowed under law in order to be current and those were provided to you during the 30 day period.We understand your level of frustration, but we feel that providing you a top tier warranty at absolutely zero cost does not warrant us providing you an additional $400 refund.Thanks,GN Auto

Attached is the buyers order for Mr. [redacted].He purchased the 04 [redacted] from us in a cash deal.  As you can see from the buyers order, we did not charge taxes or tags and are not responsible for getting the license plates to Mr. [redacted].

I was told by the sales manger that the 2005 Mercedes ML 350 would pass the Maryland Vehicle Inspection because it pass the Virginia Vehicle Inspection. My wife and I were rushed through the contract and lied to a number times. We just spent an additional $3100.00 for the vehicle to pass the Maryland Inspection. We were promised a Car fax in which we never got. I then went to the website to contact someone and to file my review only to discover that those pages do not upload.
