Not even worth 1 star. TJ is one of the worst salesman I've ever met. He is as fake as his KNOCKOFF Louis Vuitton belt and if his business skill had been slightly better, he could be considered an amateur. As I walked in, another lady was telling me in the lobby " You are crazy to buy from these people. They are crooks." She shook her head as me and my husband went upstairs to talk money. Needless to say, after listening to his scam as it ran in circles, I walked out. The cars were absolute garbage. I had to purchase my own car fax to find the true background on the car. I went to N[redacted] 2 hours later and got a better truck, with warranty, oil changes and inspections for the life of the car.

Dear [redacted]
Thank you for your call earlier. I hope this clears up the matter at hand.In response to [redacted]'s complaint, The repairs were performed as agreed upon during the point of sale. We did replace the part of the seat that was torn and malfunctioning(the bottom portion). In hindsight, it's my belief the customer didn't realize the seat could be repaired without replacing the entire seat and because of this assumption her expectations could not have been met. At no point did anyone agree to replace the entire truck seat. That would have never even entered into the equation. Secondly, we did store her truck, here at the dealership, for a period of almost 2 weeks. This was done at her request. She purchased the vehicle the same day she left town on vacation and didn't want to make the trip back to her in MD. We agreed to store it for her until her return from vacation. As far as the Maryland State Inspection, we do not now, nor have we ever made any claims that our vehicles will pass any other state's vehicle inspection or reimburse any fees occurred. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, I will send [redacted] a check as reimbursement for the MSI. In closing, I apologize for any misunderstanding and hope this matter can now be considered closed. Thanks again for your attention to this matter. with regard,Zack B[redacted]General ManagerGN Auto, LLC.[redacted]Chantilly VA [redacted]###-###-#### Office###-###-#### Faxwww.gnautosales.net

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Mr. B[redacted]'s email couldn't be further from the truth. I was contacted zero times by anyone in accounting at GN Auto. On the contrary, I called approximately six times over the course of one month to try to receive my refund. Finally, long after the submission of my Revdex.com complaint, six+ phone calls without responses, and GN Auto's obvious attempts to actively avoid interacting with me (it took me calling from a different phone number and having a friend ask for my sales rep before I was able to get anyone from GN Auto on the phone with me), I received my refundable deposit. Because of (1) the immense stress this process caused and (2) the coercive measures that that GN Auto used in its attempt to sell me a car in terrible condition, I still request that I be compensated for the cost of the pre-purchase inspection that I had done on the car.
Regards,

to accounting, as per the original understanding,  [redacted] did have an outstanding balance that would have caused the delay with the start date of both these contracts. Currently both contracts are valid. I contacted his warranty company, Cars Protection Plus,  and they are resending both ID cards. I did ask if a refund was an option but unfortunately these service contracts are cancellable only in the event of total loss or repossession. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact me personally. signed a form stating he understood this. When the first temporary registration expired I could have issued a title only. At the customer's request I waited until he completed his MSI and issued his Maryland tags when he provided us with it as stated when he made the purchase. I have attached the aforementioned form. We would be more than happy to pay for alignment.  Can you forward the invoice amount?  I didn't see it attached.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I had to leave the truck for dealership did not have proper seat to replace and a window's issue  on the passenger side(not responding to being open nor closed) at the time of the purchase. I still have all and each text between me and sale person which clearly indicate what was meant to be done in term of replacement or repair.
Please let me know if you'd like me sending you that texts.

bring in this vehicle for repair. I will email [redacted] a transport tag. He can print it and tape to his back window.  We will need the vehicle for at lease 1 day. Our pre owned cars are always sold as is, unless a prior agreement is made before purchase.  In this case, the client did not purchase additional warranty and signed off on the purchase of the car on the "as is " condition.  When we intake a car during our sourcing process, we take the car...

through a 200 point process at our shop.  We take extra precautions to be sure that the autos we sell are in the best possible condition for our clients.  In the case of this automobile, there wasn't a problem during our inspection of the vehicle.

We flat cancelled the deal with the automobile at the bank and have already processed the refund.  We are having someone drop off the refund check and picking up the vehicle that was loaned to him.
Sincerely,
Roell V[redacted]

I apologize for the delay in response. I hope this letter will clear up any unresolved issues. There was never any erroneous contract. [redacted] signed all the paperwork and took delivery of the vehicle the same day. It was only when he brought the vehicle in for service and left it that I...

discovered he was unhappy with the decision he had made to purchase because he felt the finance charges were excessive. We didn't hear from him again for 3 weeks. When we asked him why, he stated he didn't want the truck. I informed him abandoning the truck was not an option and if he defaulted on his contract he would be at risk of losing his vehicle. I also offered him alternative financing with much better terms. That is the last I ever heard from him. After he defaulted, we made multiple attempts to contact him with no success. Finally I mailed a certified letter stating our intent to sell the property to satisfy his debt. It was returned be he refused to sign for it.Byrd V General ManagerGN Auto LLC

Review: A contract was made and signed between GN Auto and myself for the purchase of a 2007 [redacted] costing a total amount of $7200. I put $4000 down in cash on 5/26/14, the remaining balance of $3200 was agreed to be paid with a post dated check dated for 5/30/14. I was given a bill of sale along with the keys to the car and told the title would be mailed to my address the day the check cleared. I was issued a 30 day temporary tag while I waited to recieve the title in the mail. The funds were available and GN Auto cashed the check on the day we had agreed upon. I still did not receive my title by the end of the 30 day time period so I called to ask what the hold up was. I was told the the title was mailed out just the day before. They issued me another 30 day temporary tag while I waited the received the title. I had called again within those 30 days to check on the status of my title and was told that there had been trouble with the delivery. I was told that they were going to get it back so they could mail it over night through [redacted] and that they would message me back with the tracking number. I never received the title or the tracking number so I called and text again. When I did finally get ahold of them, I was told that the bank had the title and they were having difficulty retrieving it from them. Since, I have been issued 2 more temporary tags only valid for a fews days. I have made numerous attempts to contact them in regards to obtaining my title. There were many occasions where I had called and got no reply or my calls were sent directly to voicemail. On 2 different occasions I have been unable to drive the car because I was unable to contact them before the temporary tags had expired.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either the title to the car or a full refund of the purchase price along with other costs and a reasonable amount for the cost of repairs.

I have finally gotten my title. Thank you so much for your service.

Review: I put money down on a vehicle and when I tried to get the finances sorted out, I was presented with an erroneous contract. I tried calling their finance managers but the sales personnel always says that he is either not there or is in a meeting. I have tried numerous times to contact him, but I am met with the same results.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or at least a contract and the vehicle I was originally trying to purchase.

My fiancé and I bought a car from this dealer at the same time just about 2 weeks now. Since the day we drove off, and noticed some issues on the cars, especially mine (2006 infiniti fx35), we would call, drive over there but still no direct solution. They lack communication skills, customer service and no knowledge of business whatsoever. My fiancé just found out that his navigation system is displaying 2 colors due to some malfunction. We regret ever walking into this dealership. I can never refer anyone to them.

Review: Cannot get anyone to call us back. We purchased a vehicle from them and it had some problems (see timeline below). Promises were made from the sales representative but, can't even get in touch with him. No one in the company calls us back. Promises were made to repair the car and to cover half the cost.

Here is a timeline of experience with G & N Auto.

September 30, 2014 - Took a [redacted] for a test drive.

October 1, 2014 - Put a deposit of $500 on credit card to hold vehicle.

October 2, 2014 - Paid balance due by check for a used car.

October 4, 2014 - Service engine light came on. Took it to [redacted] to run codes, was told it was the catalytic Converter and it looks like the code was reset.

- Spoke to Vince (our sales rep) and he apologized and said please bring it in on Tuesday and we will take care of it for you. Let him know that it was the catalytic converter codes and what [redacted] had said. He said don’t worry about it we will get it fixed for you. He stated he spoke to the manager and that because it was so close to the purchase date they would make it right.

October 6, 2014 - Dropped the car off for service for the next day.

October 7, 2014 - Called Vince about the car and he said it was ready but, that they had not replaced any parts instead they put an engine treatment in it and reset the codes. He said that the mechanic was sure this would fix the problem. He said but if for some reason it doesn’t give him a call and we could pay half on the repair of the catalytic converter.

October 9, 2014 - The service engine light came back on. Called Vince immediately and but got no answer.

October 10, 2014 - Called Vince and left a voice mail letting him know about the catalytic converter.

October 13, 2014 - Called Vince but, no answer.

October 14, 2014 - Called Vince and left a voice mail asking to please call back.

October 15, 2015 - Called Vince and left a voice mail asking to please call back.

October 17, 2015 - Received a call from Emily to let us know that title was ready for pick up. Explained to her the situation and she said Vince has been at work this week she would go see if she could talk to him. He was busy with a client but, wrote her note saying Catalytic Converter. She said she would contact the mechanic but, that it was late on a Friday and he is off on Monday’s so she would call us on Tueday.

October 23, 2014 - Called Emily since we had not heard from her either. She said she never heard from the mechanic so she would follow up with him and give us a call back.

October 27, 2014 - Called and asked to speak to the manager. Was told the manager was busy and could she help us. Realizing it was Emily, we let her know that we haven’t received any call backs from anyone. We were very upset about the lack of service and professionalism we have received. We feel we are getting the run around and that they knowingly sold us a car that had major issues by resetting the codes. Let her know we can’t even register the car without the repairs and the tags run out this weekend. She said she would give the number to the manager to call us back. Also, we left a voice mail for Vince.

October 29, 2014 - Never received a call back from anyone. Logged a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Keep their promises. At this point, we don't trust them to fix the car. We would prefer for them to give us $500 towards the repair. 25% of what the actual repair would cost. Everything that had been discussed with regard to them paying for the repairs has been what they have offered to do to make it right. Because they felt bad it happened so soon after the purchase. We would like them to make it right.

From: GNAuto Sales <[redacted]>Date: Mon, Feb 2, 2015 at 12:54 PMSubject: RE: [redacted] Rebuttal ([redacted])To: [redacted] <[redacted]>I've spoken with Vince and he reiterated what I already knew. He never stated we would "don’t worry about it we will get it fixed for you" or "he(I) spoke to the manager and that because it was so close to the purchase date they(we) would make it right" This is not the way we conduct goodwill work and Vince knows he would be terminated for making promises like that. [redacted] never spoke to me or I would have cleared it up straight away. I was the one that promised to pay half the cost of the repair if the customer brought it to our shop to have it done. I spoke with [redacted] personally and then I never heard from him again. It's my belief the customer was trying to recoup as much as they could towards a repair they already had done. They never sent an invoice or estimate or anything backing their claim. If they had brought it back here then we would have treated it as goodwill work, even though they refused to purchase a warranty and knew it was sold AS-IS. Just as it did the last time I spoke with [redacted], the offer still stands.
