My car is lease end of 2013 Volt with [redacted], and arranged to have car inspection with Autovin.
The inspector sums up with $1,483 in the condition report.
The reduction of $575 upon presenting the key fob and charging cable.
But it is still $908 remaining.
The ridiculous thing starts here. The inspector stated that the whole mesh grille will need replacement and refinish the whole bumper because of few drops of paint.
I asked why need replacement, the inspector replied me there is the only option he can choose in his computer. That's total $471 !
Well, I can clean it simply with a cloth, and Autovin wants to charge me $471 on behalf of [redacted].
The inspector also claimed that the right side rocker panel is misaligned, and will need to replace the whole thing worth $250!
I bring the car to a garage in El Monte, and the staff told me that the Autovin inspector is full of non-sense. He does not see any misalignment at all!
The wheel scratch can also be cleaned that worth another $125.
My garage guy told me that the non-sense AutoVin inspector is charging something that completely not necessary, and I should only pay $62 for the refinish of rear gate.

This complaint is for a different GNC Franchise location.  My stores are located in Kentucky and Ohio.  This complaint is from Texas.

Review: In the past year I have encountered issues at 3 different GNC locations where I have been repeatedly overcharged for items ([redacted] - [redacted], [redacted] Mall - [redacted], [redacted] Plaza). Even after bringing in my receipts to show the discrepancy, multiple associates have refuse to amend the issue. Most recently I was at the [redacted] location and they failed to adhere to the return policy that is clearly printed on the back of the receipt. I contacted GNC corporate customer service and gave a very specific account of each incident and was told that I would promptly be contacted by the district manager. I have still yet to hear anything. Overall I have been overcharged almost $75 dollars in the course of the past year, and no one in the company is willing to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Refund the purchase cost of all items that were overcharged in the past 8 months.

Review: Hi, I purchased 2 big protein powders based on the recommendation of the attendant in this GNC store. This is not the usual protein powder that I buy but due to her good recommendation I tried it and bought 2 big tubes of this protein powder. This happened saturday, April 27, 2013, afternoon. I tried the powder in tuesday the next week and it tasted awful so I tried to exchange them to my usual protien powder on 5/1/13 but I have lost the receipt. they said they cannot exchange here and now I am stuck with a $130 approx. worth of protien powder that I cannot take. I did have a membership in this GNC so I figured that even though I lost my receipt they can easily retrieve my information through my membership to show that I purchased it. I also opened the idea to them if they can look up the sal (a few days ago) to confirm that I purchased it as any system in this modern world would be able to confirm this (you can now even have your receipt re-printed in restaurants now adays so I did not think this will be a problem). they did not even bother to check these recommendation and they just decided I cannot exchange them. I think it is but right for them to take extra steps to confrim my transaction and process my exchnage. I would not even be in this scenario had they not ask me to try this other proterin powder. I am therefore complining tand would like the powders exchanged.Desired Settlement: replace both protein powders I purchased with the brand I initally wanted and some sort of settlement (additional products) for the trouble and frustration that this has given me. I drove 5 miles just to exchange this and they did not even bother to come up with a solution to my problem.

At this time, I have not been contacted by GNC regarding complaint ID [redacted]. However, I did found the receipt and had it replaced a few weeks ago. given this, I think this should still affect its rating.

Review: I brought a product on Sunday 9/28/2014, which did not work out, I called the store and they said I could exchange/ return the prodcut on Monday. They cashier then couldn't do it so I called the manager and they would not honor their 100% satifacation promise.I then called the corporate GNC office and they approved the refund and the store would still not refund becuase they said they were a franchise and didn't have to. GNC Corporate found another store to refund the product, but folks should shy away from the store in Clemmons which is a franchise becuase they believe they don't technically have to follow the GNC corporate rules.Desired Settlement: I would like the store contact to ask them to modify their policy and would request that they share with folks and post they are not a part of GNC corporate so customer's have limited benefits.
